I have been dealing with what I hope is a 24hr stomach bug... Thought it was just pregnancy but this morning I Had a low grade fever (100.7). I've spent all night in the bathroom and having cramping as a result. I seem to be better this morning but ugh still scary and I had to google which is never a good idea.

@sevenn Unfortunately pregnancy means we are more susceptible to food poising you and you DH can eat the same thing and you are the only one to get sick
I have had low grade nausea pretty much all day except lunch time seems to be my time to eat lol. I do get headaches at least every few days. I am always ache as well but I am 8 weeks tomorrow and I am counting down the days til this first trimester is over so I can have my energy and maybe normal eating habits back.
Anyone else having backaches? I've had some mild/moderate just achy lower back pain since Friday (8 weeks). It's the same type backaches I get fairly often but, ya know, when I'm TTC and not pregnant it isn't concerning it's just annoying. Now I can't help but wonder "... is this normal?"
I've also noticed that I've been getting bad costochondritis. Also fairly standard for me but it's really frustrating now that I can't take any NSAIDs for it. Tylenol just isn't really helping.
@QueenNub I hear you on the bloating. And I definitely don't want to say I'm showing yet because obviously I'm not but I've hit that awkward in-between stage you're talking about. I've lost 5 pounds since I got pregnant because of nausea and food aversions and somehow I still look like I've gained 10 pounds thanks to bloating. It's really bad at night after I eat and especially if what I ate was salty. I switched to maternity pants and let me just say: no regrets. So much more comfortable.

@amberp1528 and @devow27 thanks for your reply. I maybe am turning the corner but have been battling fevers for the past 18 hours as high as 102.5. So scared for my little fetus. I know there isn't anything that can be done so I need to just continue aggressive supportive care. I called out of work today and DH just went out on a soup and Gatorade mission
