So he and I have been tracking my af and ovulation schedule...for over a year, almost two now and try and try, we havent been able to conceive. Im starting to get desperate and depressed, im getting older and Im scared I might run out of time. Does anyome have any suggestions or helpful hints? Please

If you've been trying to get pregnant for over a year with no success then its time to see a reproductive endocrinologist for testing to see why you aren't pregnant and treatment to help you get pregnant.

Second-ing @LadyMillil here. If you've been TTGP with no success for over a year, it's beyond time to get referred to a RE and start testing.

You need to see an OBGYN, or better yet, an RE and start getting testing done. You could have blocked tubes, your husband could have sperm issues, you could be unexplained IF. If you are ovulating on your own, monthly, and that's not an issue something else is going on. If it is truly important to you, get the ball rolling now.

You had a 3-day waiting period in which the site tells you to read threads and familiarize yourself with the community. Had you done that, you'd know exactly what to do because we talk about it all. The. Time. Search function is cool too.

OP, @eggplantface responded the way we did because this is a community. We function like a support group, and what you did with your first post was basically like barging into the living room of our house screaming "someone give me support and answers!" without taking the time to learn about how we work and get involved through existing channels.

That being said, we're also extremely welcoming if you want to get involved. Like PPs have said, read the newbie guide, learn how these boards work, and get involved in the daily threads. For what it's worth, this is the only TTC community I had any desire to get involved with for the sole reason that it isn't just a bunch of drive-by posts on a message board. There is plenty of organization, support, and of course, snark!

To your original question, I agree with PP that it seems to be the time to see a RE.

^^This. I saw an RE in November 2015 because I was lurking here for months before even getting an account and got all the advice I needed from reading old threads. Didn't have to ask anyone to take the time to help me.

OP the ladies here gave you helpful suggestions and what @eggplantface was not unnecessary. She was simply letting you know / reminding you to lurk. Lurking provides a multitude of answers to questions you may have that I am 99% certain we already asked and discussed.
