Hi ladies, sorry for vanishing...it's been a rough couple days. I tested Sunday morning- BFN. But my DH's body apparently decided that I needed distracted, because I ended up taking him to the ER a few hours later with massive pain in his left side. He had multiple large kidney stones that he couldn't pass, and one was stuck and they were afraid it would rip up his kidney and ureter. So he had surgery to remove them yesterday and had a stent put in and is home today resting. Happily the surgery went really well. Definitely kept me distracted, but hopefully he is on the mend and we can move on to IUI #2 once he's recovered!
Oh @skysong113 I'm so sorry to hear this! I'm glad your DH is okay, that the surgery went well, and that you are already thinking about IUI #2. I know how devastating it is every time you get a BFN. Hang in there, sending you hugs!!!

I totally cracked and tested over the weekend. BFN. Waiting for my beta on Thursday to just move on to injectables. I TRULY hope no one follows me with the BFN's!

@fivetimesnoluck I tested once on Sunday afternoon (faint positive), then I tested again Monday morning with FMU (super negative), then I tested later in the day after a hold (two even fainter positives). Tested again this morning (negative). But all three positives were with cheap Walmart tests, and the negatives were with FRER's. So I'm banking that the FRER's are correct, and the Walmart brand is just super crazy sensitive and might be picking up the tiniest bits of the trigger left. Which I think is crazy because I took the first test 11.5 days after my trigger!
@mjacks16 yay! welcome. Hope everything went well for you today! FX'd!!!!
AFM-AFM-I had my ER this morning. Everything went well. My RE ended up getting 13 follies, so 1 more than the 12 she was estimating on Monday. FX that at least 1/4 fertilize and make it to day 5. My Transfer will on Monday 9.19 at 12:30. My paperwork updated my Beta to 9.28. EEEK...getting excited.
AFM I had my progesterone blood draw this morning. My level is always low so FX it's at least an ovulatory amount. Honestly I'm not optimistic about this cycle -- I only got 1 syringe of Ovidrel from the pharmacy (silly me for not looking in the box before the night I needed it!) so who knows if the trigger even worked. Plus, not sure our timing was that great (morning after the trigger, then the morning after that, and that's all!) so... we shall see!
But, having low expectations makes for a much calmer 2WW, so there's that

It was a BFN for me as well. I've cried my tears and all I can do is hope the next IUI has a better result. I was just so hopeful because everything went so well on this one. I had a good follicle, DH had an amazing sperm count/motility, and my lining was perfect. So disappointing.
I'm so sorry about the BFNs @mrsdaddario and @mrsdrwombat. The IUI success rate is so disheartening, even when everything is perfect. Best of luck to you in your next cycles!

@mtpbadger - I also do the low expectations method as a defense tool. If only we could know right away!! Nope, need to go through an agonizing wait. All we can do is hope, and @wifeinraleigh28 and I are really pulling for you!
@wifeinraleigh28 as of yesterday, I had 3 AA quality 8 cell follies; 1 at 10 cell; 1 at 6 cell. The other 2 aren't officially out, though. That was my last update until I go in tomorrow. I'm definitely getting excited and anxious! Hoping the 3 continue, so I can tranfer 2 and freeze 1. Although, I would be happy with even 1 good follie at this point.
I'm going nuts over here @wifeinraleigh28!!!! We had a busy weekend, but I still found plenty of time to fret. I'm coming off a cp cycle, so I'm terrified even if I am pregnant! I've been having early pregnancy symptoms over here - I'm not sure if that helps my worry or makes me more worried. Blood test is tomorrow but I don't find out until Tuesday. I'm hoping for a firm yes or no, so even if it is negative, it will put me out of my anxious state.
One week down, one week to go! I think it's cruel that my clinic does a FULL two weeks after a 5day transfer. Trying not to symptom spot since I still have a week but it's SO hard! The first week wasn't too bad but I have a feeling this week is going to be tough. Trying to keep busy at work and told DH to plan things to do this weekend to keep me busy. I think on Saturday we are going to a bunch of museums in DC and Sunday take a drive in the mountains. I'm planning a beach trip over Columbus day weekend to celebrate our 3-year anniversary so that should keep me busy and something to look forward to, either to celebrate good news or relax and recover from not good news.
Good luck today @fatpony! I will be on pins and needles waiting for your results tomorrow!
As for me, I am sitting and waiting. I have a beta draw scheduled for Wednesday. I am planning to POAS that morning but not before. Today I am 10 DPO (really dpIUI) and I have few, if any symptoms. I have had some vivid dreams, but otherwise, I am not even really feeling the usual side effects from the progesterone, so I am not holding onto much hope. But of course, time will tell.

@fivetimesnoluck I'm 10dpo, too, but not supposed to test till Friday. I caved and tested yesterday AM - there was a 2nd line but still from the trigger which I know I metabolize at pretty much the slowest rate possible!
OMG @FatPony I cannot believe they make you wait until tomorrow to find out your beta results!! Definitely cruel and unusual punishment. FX for you for a huuuuuge BFP!
@mtpbadger Ahhhhh one more week for both of us! I HATE waiting! It sounds like you've got some wonderful stuff planned to keep you distracted. I need to get on that!
Fx @LizzieJ13 ! I've noticed every cycle on progesterone the symptoms are less and less. I take it as my body just getting used to it, so hopefully your body is adjusting and no symptoms is a good sign!
Hi Ladies, I'm finally home from my transfer and officially PUPO. Things apparently went well. The had to put me under for the transfer as well. But, I had 2 awesome embabies transferred. One AA quality, one AB quality both got to expanded Blastocyst stage, which is what she wanted. She seemed very happy with the outcome considering where I was 9 months ago.

@radmom27 fingers crossed for you today!

@mtpbadger Ahhhhh one more week for both of us! I HATE waiting! It sounds like you've got some wonderful stuff planned to keep you distracted. I need to get on that!
FX for both of you @fivetimesnoluck and @LizzieJ13... not too much longer to go!

Let the TWW commence.
