@EnglishTeacherMama I am so with you on the pooping thing. I pooped a real poop for the first time in a month yesterday, and you best bet I came out of the bathroom and went straight to my husband to share the good news.

@EnglishTeacherMama I know Friends so well, I can't watch it on Netflix, because they own the TV-edited version of the episodes that cut out whole scenes. I KNOW WHAT THEY CUT, EVEN IF IT'S JUST A LINE OR TWO!! So I have to stick with my Friends DVD collection...

@BaylieGirl I'm on Digeclics too, my doc also gave my zofran to take in between it but DH researched too much on it and refused to let me get it. I can always tell when I'm ready for my next dose, I start gagging. ugh. That would be so awkward to take back though.
Started back to college this week,apparently I need to work on my resting bitch face, because this girl sat down and just talked non stop to me out of nowhere, I just wanna go to class , do the work and then leave. My mom is having hip surgery today, I'm really hoping it goes well, and I feel awful for not being there. I've been meaning to drag out my fall stuff and see what I still need to get but after I get back from class, go get my daughter from school, do her homework and get dinner done I'm like screw it, I'm tired we're going to bed at 8:30.
Hahahaha @chrlyr ! I had a similar experience this AM. It's one of my BFF's birthday's today, and I posted a picture from our college graduation. And then I realized that picture was taken 15 years ago!!!!!!!!!!!
Talk of the April BMB has made it all the way to my BMB Facebook page, and the fact that March is apparently the only "chill" one left in the uptight bump world.

I am going out to dinner tomorrow with DH, my coworker/friend and her husband and their baby will be coming along (shes almost 4 months old) and I am going to hang out at her house for a little bit before we go to dinner....I mentioned how I had never changed a diaper before in my life so she offered for me to practice on her daughter. I am like super nervous!! I am such a FTM newb lol but I figure I might as well try now and its better on a live baby than the dolls in those baby classes.
I didn't see a 'why my pregnant self is crying' thread this week (maybe it's back a page, but too lazy to dig), so I'll add this here: I was watching So You Think You Can Dance and they're doing the next generation this season, so it's a bunch of youngsters. I almost didn't watch this season because I thought the idea was stupid, but then of course I got sucked in. Anyhow, there's this little 10 year old named JT, who's paired with all-star Robert and they're the perfect pair ever. I always start blubbering like a fool every time they have a dance number because it's just so cute and special. They look like father and son. Not sure if anyone watches the show to even know what I'm talking about. I wasn't this hormonal with my son, so all of the crying that I've been doing is totally new!
Ever since much OB mentioned that he thought this baby **might** be a boy I have been going crazy with ZOMGBOY thoughts. Just spent an hour on Pinterest looking at nursery themes. I am the oldest of 6 girls so boys are a whole new world!

However, today someone asked in the intro thread why there were "April Refugees" in our board and I did my best to explain as fairly and impartially as possible without stirring up that drama again.

My son had croup earlier this week and now has hand foot mouth disease. Looked in my mouth and now I have blisters in there. Yuck!!!!

I just finished collecting the blood sample for the Sneak Peek test. I was a total weenie about pricking my finger. I managed to squeeze out the bare minimum and I was so happy I didn't have to prick a second finger.

I did the test too and had the same reaction. I actually had to do 2 pricks and still didn't give enough blood. I just sent it in anyway but thankfully they were able to get results from it because I wasn't going to do it again. It was ok to try once. I don't think I would do it again. I'm a big baby and my finger still hurt for days after.
@chrlyr nice!! I went in expecting the finger prick to be meh but it hurt pretty bad, which made pricking my second finger not fun at all. Good thoughts for you as you await your results!

@KellyT22@spartanrd4 DH is the first one to point out to me that our LO will be born around March Madness. He hopes that I give birth in time for us to be able to spend the whole tourney at home so we don't miss anything. (The games officially begin March 16, which is my due date according to the OB, but we'll see!) I'd chastise him for his priorities, but I'm secretly thinking that'd be kind of cool too!
Ugh, had a terrible day at work yesterday. Had a bunch of managers yelling at me for stuff that has nothing to do with me. So not looking forward to today...
TGIF and its a long weekend!!
Anyone have plans this weekend? We're doing a 5 mile race (during a storm) which I will likely be run/walking.
