Apparently according to the other thread, my love for glitter is unpopular! Hahah
I have a glitter wall in little ones room, her going home outfit says "brand sparkling new" with a huge glitter bow, and her colors in her room are mint green, light pink, and gold glitter. Lots of gold glitter.

And yes, I'm from the south!
My wedding colors were Ivory, Chocolate, and Gold glitter. I don't use glitter much but I loved it! I do however have things with gold glitter that will never come out. It's the herpes of the craft world.

appropriately timed... my friend just posted pics of herself and another friend on FB and she's in a romper.... annnnnd looks amazing. My eyes would be shooting daggers if it weren't for the fact that the reason it looks so good is because she's mid-divorce so she's lost some weight. She's said it's been one of the best things that's come out of it all lol
You guys, I'm unpopular then.... because I own like 7 rompers. Both the shorts type of romper and the pants type of romper. lol.
@mizzkbrat, i love glitter. especially gold glitter!
I lol'ed out loud at your herpes comment @MRSCORKER!
I will say, I am not a fan of leopard print stuff though... also don't like the rhinestones glued onto things like picture frames and purses, belts...and especially jeans!!!
Sorry guys, I signed up to post the UO thread, but I'm on the west coast so by the time I'm up to post the UO thread it's already late morning/afternoon for a lot of you
No one's steppin' on my toes by posting it up, I just don't wanna let ya down or think I'm slacking!
@annabenanna... you would! ;-) And you probably look fabulous in them too
Once upon a time, I did. LOL. Now, not so much. I was pretty bummed the other day too, because I found my white romper I bought in November '15 and bought it thinking "this will be perfect for the upcoming summer!" Hahahaha. I guess it'll have to wait till Summer 2017.
@MRSCORKER That's what my husband says about glitter! I love it, but it's not allowed in our house because you can never get rid of it lol
I'm indifferent on the romper thing. I have a mild dislike for them which I think is really just envy because I keep trying them on thinking they'll work and they NEVER do. I have a long torso and short legs so they usually look really weird and give me camel toe. (lol tmi?)
I HATE rhinestones and camouflage. DH is on an airsoft team with his friends and one of their wives bought all sorts of camo stuff for their baby when he was born and keeps telling me I can have whatever he's grown out of... NOPE.
I love those miss me and rock revival jeans with the rhinestones on the butt pockets. They are the best fitting jeans I have ever owned. Guess that's my UO! Lol
@MRSCORKER and @amye102485, I knew this girl (ex-H's cousin) who had a business called "Bling You Up" and they literally put bling on evvvvveeerrrrrrything. Everything: nails, starbucks tumblers, hats, etc.
@Julia70286, one of my friends' newborn photoshoot is of her baby in camo. I don't get it, but the baby is super cute, so he can at least pull it off. You know what's worse than regular camo? PINK CAMO.

I'm way late because I haven't read through the rest of these UOs yet, but I bought a super cute romper in January for a trip we were going on in May. I got pregnant and we didn't go on the trip because of Zika and that poor romper is just hanging in my closet with the tags still on. Summer 2017 it's coming out!!

@KenderTas06 I agree. I said that to my family and they all looked at me like I was crazy! So I guess I have no choice but have a big party for his 1st.
Married 11-11-11 TTC only since Dec 2015. I had some weight to get off. Been working hard in the gym for over a year. BFP 02-15-16 with our first IT'S A BOY!!!
I think having a huge blow out 1st birthday party is a waste of money. I don't understand spending all that money when the child won't remember it.
I threw one for my daughter and honestly it felt more like a "I made it through the first year of motherhood" party to me. This baby probably won't get one because I'm lazy now.

Soo I love leopard print and I own a pair of miss me jeans and that belt shown that I wear to the rodeo or the country bars.
My UO opinion of the day is (don't judge me- I've never posted on this thread before) that sometimes when I'm trying to concentrate on something at work, baby kicks are a lil annoying!
Add me to the anti-rhinestone and anti-camo campaign. I do love all things glitter.
I spent a lot on DD's first birthday. Alice in ONEderland. It was more a celebration of making it through the first year alive. She didn't get a second birthday party because I was cycling and didn't want the added stress.
@nlane0723 I was firmly in the anti-vera bradley camp until I saw a daiper bag in mint/coral and fell in love. I fought it for a while and then gave in and put it on my registry and it was the first thing someone bought. I still hate most of the prints though!
Along the same lines, I hate Lily Pulitzer. Everything looks like a watermelon threw up on it.

I can see that. I definitely think celebrating the making it through the 1st year/ their birthday is important. I just can't understand spending thousands of dollars on the party and make it into a huge production, (we have a friend who is having a circus theme- and is renting popcorn machines/ cotton candy machines/ bounce houses/ ect.)

My UO then is that I love little tiny baby shoes. I would never buy any new ones though because what a waste, but I can't resist when I see them at second hand stores! My SIL gave me a bunch of hand me downs from her son, and included were a pair of shoes I bought for him for her shower. I was talking to my cousin about baby shoes a few weeks ago (her LO is like 6 months) and how adorable and silly they are at the same time. She had the good point that they help hold on socks lol.
Oh, and Vera Bradley. I used to hate them, thought they looked too busy, but now I adore them. I actually just ordered a duffel to use as my hospital bag!
Edited because I forgot stuff lol.
