@AnnaS930 UGHH! My brother was visiting this weekend and kept bringing up how he thinks I'm going to deliver early because "Your belly is just so big!" and then we were on a hike and a woman says, "Whoa! Are you going to deliver today?" Thanks everyone...
We had about four things checked as purchased on our registry but never received them and there was no name on them. After over a month, I just put them back on. I can always return them if I get doubles. It was just a weird thing, I don't know if someone was looking to buy them later or something.
Another random: my cell phone is now full of randome videos of my belly that I make trying to catch baby girl moving. I hope my memory doesn't fill up too quickly

This woman told me about how she had her first baby at 37 weeks, but had been trying to convince her OB that they had the dates wrong the whole time, and still believes she was actually 3 weeks further along than they thought. I told her that I have been measuring a few weeks ahead and she said "yeah! See???"
yeah lady, measuring a few weeks ahead, but I am 100% sure on my dates. I'm not going to detail to you that I take fertility meds and know when I ovulated within a 48 hour span.. I am NOT hoping to deliver at 37 weeks.
@AnnaS93@Sbrown721 EVERY DAMN DAY! I just walked into my office and my assistant freaked out about how huge I am. I also had some random older woman nearly fall on the floor when I told her I was not due until September while waiting for a table at a restaurant yesterday. I mean, JUST because I am so small everywhere else, totally? Shut it, lady. And keep your hands to yourself.
Seriously though guys, when do we stop getting bigger? I can't imagine getting much bigger. My belly will fall off, or my back will just break, or something. First pregnancy out of the first trimester, over here.
@jas1982 - others might say otherwise, but I think I got larger pretty much until I delivered last time. I think the increase in size became less obvious but I was still growing, it shows in bump pics.. and by the final few weeks baby is packing on 1/2-1 pound per week, so it really didn't stop until go-time for me!

Answer: some time in September when a baby comes out of you

@jas1982 Yup I'm at this point. I also noticed, thanks to looking at my stomach in the mirror for the first time in days, that I have stretch marks now! :-( I am not skinny so I had some before, but never ones that looked like they were trying to attach to my boobs! Oh and I'm now also starting to get the dark hair line too....my attractiveness is at an all time high right now.
I almost bit the head off of the nurse at the dentist's office last week when she said I looked like I was going to pop and then asked me how far along I was. "I'm almost 32 weeks" came out between clenched teeth. As an after thought I added that I'm having twins. But still.
I just wish people could read a response.. she asked for my due date and I said it with such excitement, and when she said I still have a ways to go I replied really excitedly that it was 8 weeks away. I can understand if I had been rolling my eyes and saying "Still 8 more entire weeks" that maybe a response from her about how large I am would be warranted... but still, just no.
@AnnaS930@Sbrown721 - A friend told me that I look as big as our other friend who is due in two weeks. I have 10 weeks to go. He was all "But it's cute, and it's not like you've gained weight anywhere else, you're all belly, just a really really big belly!" He sure knows how to make a gal feel awesome
I feel like people don't realize how close September is. It seems like summer just started and fall is so far away, but it's only 2 months. Most of us are at least 75% done and that's pretty far along! We SHOULD have a belly!
On another note. I just did the math when complaining about my friend's "compliment", and HOLY GUACAMOLE! I just have 10 weeks till my due date! AHHHHHH!
I'm 32 weeks tomorrow.. that's 80% of the way there!
Update: I just checked myself out in the bathroom since I had to go pee. I look damn good. No risk of bursting here... but I am going to be the same weight, yet significantly bigger looking than I did with my first - and I'm really excited about that! I LOVE super big pregnancy bellies, I really really do!

DH has gotten really impatient since seeing our friends baby last week. So we calculated how far we were percentage wise. We are not counting the first 5 weeks cause you don't really know you're pregnant lol. So we are 30/35 of the weeks we will have known about the pregnancy. 86%!!!
H was throwing DD up in the air last night and her face while she was in the air, right before she died laughing each time, was freaking sheer terror. And then she would laugh so hard. In turn, I laughed really hard and very, very nearly peed myself. That's never happened before. I had to concentrate while I laughed.
The deep belly laughs are my favorite!! Mine laughs so hard sometimes she throws up. While I love give her piggy back rides I don't enjoy cleaning throw up out of my hair haha. I remember my husband doing exactly what yours was and I warned him that if you make her laugh too hard she will vomit. Sure enough 5 mins later I hear a scream from the kitchen, it wasn't from my DD either lol
@lovelylauren86 - oh no!! no no no. I hope it's resolved quickly.. otherwise I'd be wandering stores enjoying their free AC. Is your little one tired/snuggly enough to go to a movie perhaps?
@lovelylauren86 NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! I am so sorry! Get that fixed stat! We have a ho-hum AC in our bedroom and that's all nothing else. It's to be above 90 the rest of the week. DH says we can survive with this, while the one my parents said we could have sits in their spare bedroom. Yea, after dealing with two weeks of +90 heat and who knows when it'll end, DH is finally going to go get the unit tonight. He still thinks its unnecessary...but doesn't want to deal with pregnancy LakeR anymore...
@lovelylauren86 oh hell no. That's heinous. My upstairs AC keeps going out, it got so hot today I broke down and went to work, but it's not quite that hot in ATL. Get that fixed!
lovelylauren86 this was me 2 weeks ago. Hope it's an easy fix.
Seriously it is getting so close to September. Only 7 saturday's left!! I really cannot believe how fast it is approaching! We put our swing set up in the living room this weekend to get the dogs used to it and it feels weird to see it all the time.
Me: 32 DH: 31

Baby #1 DD Born 8/25/2016 BFP: 8/11/18 Due: 4/26/18
@lovelylauren86 - No no no no! I'm so sorry. I have never been to Houston but I keep getting told how lucky I am that we moved to Austin instead specifically due to the heat and humidity. I still can't even deal with it in Austin! Hoping that you're able to get this fixed ASAP!
@PSUBecky23 - Please teach me your Resting Bitch Face ways oh wise one!!! Be my Yoda!
Sorry for all those with serious medical problems this weekend, hopefully this week everything will get better.
Good weekend: The crib came in, we picked it up, and it is now fully assembled. While picking up something from the grocery store H bought me flowers . I now have cable and internet. We went to my complex's pool and it was amazing to swim. Baby boy was more active than he has ever been in a day times two, it was so fun to feel and watch my bump move. Got a call today our table came in and will be delivered Thursday (my birthday).
Annoying weekend: Even though our complex and the cable company saying our unit was wired for them it wasn't, between different people coming and going it killed our Saturday as they were on and off from 8:30-3:30pm. I am using my mom's old swimsuit that is a size or two above mine and my belly peeks out. From this I noticed my first stretch mark. I need to ask my boss for yet another favor of leaving for a couple hours to get home for the table to be delivered and assembled as H cannot do it, at least I have an very very understanding boss.
I still don't know what for transpiration is going on for the shower but may have a person who will drive with me back that I may or may not have to pay for their flight back. Still would be better than paying for two flights and taxi rides and also no ability to bring gifts back.
DH just asked me to pick him up a case of beer. Hey dude, I'm very visibly pregnant and the last thing I want to be seen doing is buying alcohol.
My husband did that to me on a day that he was working and I was home alone with Reese. Not sure how he thought I was going to accomplish that task. Make Reese push the case of beer in her stroller?
Speaking of medical weekends... @seitzy3 - how are things going? Did your mom arrive as planned?
I loved seeing everyone say how "moms make everything better" probably thinking of our own moms.. but we're also (or are about to be) that person for a little one (or multiple). Warms my heart to be a source of comfort for my little guy(s), and vow to be there for them at the drop of a hat for the rest of time.
I go for the opposite of RBF, and smile at everyone. Usually it also wards off bad comments because if I seem so cheerful and positive about something, how dare someone drag me down. It does not ward off ignorant comments that don't realize they're semi-cruel, such as suggesting I may burst.

She is here she leaves tomorrow night.
I feel slightly guilty that she traveled out here considering everything besides mild cramps stopped last night. I feel good today and no contractions at all.
I also feel guilty that I couldn't be that "strong mom" for my kids this weekend. I am very stubborn and hate asking people for help but I felt so scared that baby girl was going to come and I'd be myself!
@Thscary I went into the liquor store with my husband and brother when I was 30-ish weeks pregnant with my first. Most awkward feeling ever. I felt the need to too loudly mention (repeatedly) how I wouldn't be drinking for a couple more months.
Regarding belly size, MIL made sure to inform me that one of DH's cousins asked if I was sure I was going to make it to September because I'm so much bigger this time. Of course, MIL and this cousin were sure I was going to deliver McKenna before 36 weeks because I was so swollen that it just had to mean I was days from popping. You know, because the amount of discomfort you're in is proportionate to when your child will be born.
Also, my belly with McKenna grew the most from 28-39 weeks, especially the last 4 weeks.
@seitzy3 - Yay Mama-seitzy (insert your maiden name there instead). Perhaps the stress-relief of her visiting is what helped stop the cramps. It's like, you bring an umbrella with you somewhere because if you have it, it won't rain and if you leave without it, it will pour. The universe is a strange place, so just her being there maybe helped the weekend work out for you.
And don't be silly - being the "strong mom" is sometimes asking for help... Now if only I could take my own advice, right?
So I keep getting wrapped up in an August 2016 mom's blog about her NICU stay thus far. Baby was due 8/22 and arrived at 26 weeks and some change, so he's now about 34 weeks I think? I stumbled onto it from the August birth announcements and bring up her blog maybe once or twice a week and read all of the updates hoping to see he's making strides, and lately he really has been Not sure why I feel the need to share this with you all, but it's really amazing. Hoping he gets t go home next month as his due date nears!
Random... I LOVE that it's cherry season. We've had cherries in the house for the last month and are getting them less than $2/lb (last night, we even got them for .98/lb). But this leads me to my first world complaint about how much I hate depitting them for McKenna. There has to be an easier way than cutting them in half and fishing the seed out, right?

@PSUBecky23 I have the opposite problem - I call it "Resting Can I Help You Face." I'm not nearly as nice as I look, and yet strangers talk to me.
