@caseyw8784 and @lilmissslp thanks for the quick replies. I immediately called nurses, waiting for return call, but googled spotting in early pregnancy and all sites said spotting is common and fine but bleeding is not. As of now it's just been spots, so I'm hoping nurse says same thing. Ahhh not sure why I thought it would be black or white, nothing seems to be that smooth in the IF world, always guessing and tricking us.
@lilmissslp I think you will be surprised at what a few more days of stims can do. Don't get too discouraged.

The stimming had been really easy, but the past few days have been getting unpleasant. Like @FatPony said, I think my ovaries are pushing on my bowels. I'm feeling extremely bloated and yesterday I had 15 minutes of extremely painful cramps. So bad I was worried and called the after hours line on a holiday. The nurse said it's really normal. Glad most of y'all didn't experience anything like that!
@mr&Mrs.d congrats on bro. Its probably old blood from implantation. I know when I went in for u/s when I first started stims the re said I had blood up there I was suppose to be starting AF and it didn't come still for another two or three days. So it could be ib and it just not come down. @adunkin I hope beta gives you good numbers fxed that the hpts are wrong @Knottie17863111 I know exactly how you feel before et I was in agony. @kyrgyzshan gl today.

I just got back from my lining check and the doctor said that everything looks great. My lining is at 8.92. That means that my transfer date is officially scheduled for July 14th with my beta on July 25th!

@kyrgyzshan I totally would have done that, but my window is 6-8pm and we were gone from about 2pm to 11:30pm. My nurse said two hours on either side is fine.
@Knottie17863111 When I did my stim cycle I was lucky enough to have kissing ovaries. Yeah, they were so big they were touching each other. Stimming can be quite unpleasant! I remember my nurse telling me I could do 30 minutes of walking towards the end, and I tried. I made it about 5 before I turned around because I was so uncomfortable!

@mr&mrs.d I am sure it is just implantation spotting! I have had cramps and zero spotting so I was worried my embaby did not implant because there hasn't been spotting! Lol - worried if you do and worried if you don't. When I read up on it they said spotting can come like a week or two after implantation so it's probably that! afm had my first blood test and my E2 is 69.52. Nurse says that's great and continue with my calendar. This is my first FET so I have no idea what to expect for an E2 at this point, I've been on estradiol for 8 days, anyone know what the ideal level is at this point?

@adunkin I'm sorry to hear it wasn't the news you were hoping for but it sounds like you have a plan on moving forward to grow your family!
@cat4151 I'm still waiting for my RE to call to discuss this mornings results. Last week she said I'm basically maxed out on meds and my blood estrogen was responding well, but my lining wasn't. I'm hoping since it's taking her longer than normal that she's staffing my case with other dr's in the practice and coming up with a good plan moving forward. I'm doing acupuncture once a week and was told I'm responding really well. She really switched things up last week after a not so great lining and I'm hoping to be able to update her this afternoon with whatever plan my RE has in place to see how that impacts things.
Well that was an unexpected call from my RE - transfer is set for Tuesday 7/12! She said she was happy with the increase in my lining and expects it to continue to thicken over the next week, especially with the addition of PIO on Thursday. We both know my lining will most likely never get to 8+ so we have to work with what we have and both would be happy to get it close to a 7. Continue on all meds as is and add PIO nightly starting Thursday. I'll schedule acupuncture at the clinic before/after the FET and might try and squeeze one more in with my lady this week.
@adunkin I'm so sorry it didn't work out for you. I think that is amazing that you're planning to foster and you're moving forward optimistically. Best of luck in your new journey.

You all are just incredible and I have no idea what I would do without you all! You get the roller coaster of emotions and how one phone call can either make or break your day! I'm really excited to have a transfer date but am being realistic that pregnancies with a thinner lining, while possible, are also not as likely. So hopefully I will be pleasantly surprised and if not, we can take how my body responded this time and use it to tweak things for next time.
@mtpbadger So much congrats for getting to transfer in a week! I can imagine how excited, yet also nervous, you are! It's tough when you get a phone call that isn't what you want it to be, but nice when your nurse/doc listens to you and does something positive about it! I'm gonna be hoping for you that your lining gets nice and cushy over the next week, and that your behind doesn't get too tender!

@emgem819 Yay transfer buddy!! I did the PIO for a few days right after ER in case they had me do a fresh and my bum definitely got sore. I've been doing the del estrogen shots and have some nice bruises already but the liquid is thinner than PIO so it's not too painful. I'm a little worried when I have to do two shots on the same night! I'm debating about doing both on the same side or one on each. DH will also be on a business trip the three days after transfer which means I'll have to do the shots myself!! Eeek!
Well, I'm super bummed. I've been sad and moping around the house all day. We had the transfer earlier today and out of the 5 embryos 3 made it to yesterday. So that's what I was expecting to hear when I went in today. However, 2 of them stopped dividing and the one remaining one is very poor quality. They told me it's a D quality. Basically it's the same as the embryo we put in last cycle that didn't work. So I'm already expecting a BFN but I've got to wait a whole two weeks to get that. I'm glad I've got the rest of the week off before I go back to work. I'm just going to lounge on the couch and finish binging on orange is the new black to try to keep my mind off of things. I'm also going to call the doc tomorrow and ask why we can't get any embryos of good quality. Ugh!!!

AFM Still feeling very uncomfortable! I had lots of 18's today. They are putting me on a reduced dosage of meds tonight and triggering with lupron tomorrow night. Because my ovaries are so packed they are still expecting a high risk of OHSS so I can no longer do a fresh transfer. I will now be transferring around mid-August. New ER date is Friday (7/8).
@adunkin I'm sorry about your news but think fostering is an amazing thing. DH and I have spoken about it, many times, there are sooo many kids that need and deserve good homes. Seriously happy you have a plan and are still able to build your family.

@Knottie17863111 - nothing wrong with an FET! I overstimulated in 2014 so I wasn't allowed to do a fresh transfer. Which worked out just fine bc the FET got me a LO. I remember I was sooo pissed that I had to wait a few more months though. The important part is to recover and get your body ready for pregnancy. Plus, hopefully you'll get lots of little embabies.
Afm, I want to baaaaarf. Very similar nausea to my last pregnancy, just not as intense. Damn you (probably) progesterone pills for toying with my emotions

Kerami1 Sounds like we are pretty much on the same timeline! I go for my lining check tomorrow, and my estimated transfer dates are 7/13-7/15 (will be determined at the appointment tomorrow). Crossing my fingers for a good lining number, but my big worry is my blood draw--that is what was screwy at my suppression check (estradiol was 149, supposed to be below 50; progesterone was 12.5, supposed to be below 1). Really hoping to move forward!

@mtbadger I am sorry that everything has been such a struggle. I really hope you can stick around and that your cycle doesn't have to be cancelled. That sounds incredibly stressful!
I just got back from my lining check and the doctor said that everything looks great. My lining is at 8.92. That means that my transfer date is officially scheduled for July 14th with my beta on July 25th!

@cat4151 I'm still waiting for my RE to call to discuss this mornings results. Last week she said I'm basically maxed out on meds and my blood estrogen was responding well, but my lining wasn't. I'm hoping since it's taking her longer than normal that she's staffing my case with other dr's in the practice and coming up with a good plan moving forward. I'm doing acupuncture once a week and was told I'm responding really well. She really switched things up last week after a not so great lining and I'm hoping to be able to update her this afternoon with whatever plan my RE has in place to see how that impacts things.
@mtpbadger wahoo that's a great surprise! Happy to hear your lining is up and your transfer is scheduled. Looks like acupuncture is doing the trick. Wonder if my acupuncturist can help my follies grow?!

I'm doing PIO this cycle as well (different than suppositories last) which is supposed to help the lining although not exactly looking forward to the bruises ladies keep talking about!
TI for 4 cycles: 1 round of femara; 2 rounds femara/ injectables: all ended in BFN.

AFM Still feeling very uncomfortable! I had lots of 18's today. They are putting me on a reduced dosage of meds tonight and triggering with lupron tomorrow night. Because my ovaries are so packed they are still expecting a high risk of OHSS so I can no longer do a fresh transfer. I will now be transferring around mid-August. New ER date is Friday (7/8).
