@ZoeFer our mfm has the 3D probe right next to the normal 2d ultrasound equipment and offered us 3D pics whenever we had a regular ultrasound visit. I've thought about additional outside scans, but I just ended up asking for the 3d's at each of our appointments instead. I heard it varies from clinic to clinic
@ZoeFer at Kaiser they do the 2D U/S in the Dr office and ER but at the bigger scans i.e. NT, A/S they use 2D for part of the scan and 3/4D for the other part.
@Muscatmommyof4 I'm at Kaiser but they didn't say anything about 3D for my NT scan. I'll have to ask for my upcoming anatomy scan. Did you have those in the same place? My NT was with an ultrasound tech (next to OB) and my A/S is with a radiologist.
@ash111916 No my NT scan was in genetics and my A/S is with radiology. It depends on the tech I got lucky with my NT scan the tech did 4D to get specific measurements. She's the one who told me that all the bigger U/S machines are able to do 4D now. It wouldn't hurt to ask the worst thing they can do is say no even tho they can do it.
I had my scan today 21weeks and 3 days baby doing great! Dont know what we are having want it to be a surprise!loved seeing my little jelly bean moving around and touching their little face!❤️
Here is our little baby girl at 21weeks!!! Her little hand by her face makes it look like she's blowing bubble gum and I'm overjoyed that we can tell she has her daddy's nose (: I love this board and all the precious pictures!!!!
Here is our little boy! I was 20w6d yesterday and he measured 21w5d. He was sitting breach so it was hard to get some of the pictures they needed, but I think the picture of him kissing his knees is too cute not to share.
20w6d! I asked the technician to print the pic of his feet because they were just so darn cute! One is crossed over the other. Poor little guy had his hands in fists though so the technician was lightly whacking my stomach to get him to open them up. He finally did and then stuck one in his mouth after she got a photo.
Had our anatomy scan at 20w1d. Everything looked great and we found out we are team pink! Very excited to have our baby girl And our rambunctious little boy!
Our sweet pea during our anatomy scan on Friday (7/15) at 21+6. He was acting pretty shy. We found out two months ago that he's a boy with NIPT, which is good because he made it a little difficult to see on the ultrasound! He was acting pretty shy. He showed us his stuff for a second or two at a time, but that was it. He also kept putting his hands up by his face and hiding. It was adorable. He kicked a lot though, and kicked the ultrasound transducer a few times!
My husband and I have also come to the conclusion that our son has my nose lol. He's also weighing in around 1.3 pounds right now, so he's measuring 5 days ahead. I know the weight is an estimate and can be off, but it still makes me nervous!
Finally had our official anatomy scan and everything is great. Was put on bed rest, but baby is completely healthy. I am 22 weeks along and Baby is 1.5 lbs Glucose test is next week.... Has everyone done that already? How was it?
Carolina at 25 weeks! The most precious little salamander. I got a 4d ultrasound as a gift for dad before I leave Mexico for 2 months. He can't come with me because of work, I can't imagine him being away from us for so long!
