because it's June!
I Was up for 2 hours last night with horrible acid stomach and its continuing on today. I put my shades down in my office, closed the door and turned off the lights and laid down. Then I got paranoid and got up.

I could just put a note on my door to scram, but I won't. I hope this goes away soon, I'm miserable and so nauseous.
Re: Symptoms Thread - June
That's about the only great thing, other than that it's constipation still (at least I go every day, just clog up the toilet every other day), horrible heartburn, migraines, yucky taste in my mouth and irritability. My pelvis decided to be a butthead this week too. It's been bad for weeks but I have been limping all week because it's now hurting really badly. I'm trying to give it a few days of rest but might bring it up at my next appointment.

@AnnaS930 I would have been terrified if it'd been this bad last pregnancy as well. And you're right, it wasn't contraction-like so that was reassuring. But then not knowing what it could be (if it wasnt RLP) was just as scary. Haha.
@ivassaq I also get a tightness but only when I'm walking for a long time, I have to sort of grab and holder pressure there, and it goes away eventually. Not necessarily painful but not comfortable!
Tummy feels much tighter and I can't eat big meals as previous. It's getting harder to turn from side to side in bed, but thanks to all who recommended the Snoogle!
I also am starting to feel lethargic again...but not sure if it's coming into the third trimester, or this insanely hot Bay Area, CA weather.
& TUMS ftw.
Also I cannot sleep! 2 nights ago it was 2 am by the time I got to sleep (because I finally moved to the couch). Last night I got up at 220 to pee and it was about 4 before I fell back asleep. Urghhh. And whenever I complain to someone, they say "your body is getting you used to getting up for the baby" then laughs at me. Well I don't want it to do that so it makes me miserable! I'll deal with that sleep deprivation when it comes!
I also went to the beach twice in the last month and now I have very distinct chloasma on my forehead, upper lip, chin. My face looks so muddy. I've always loved my complexion so I am really hoping this fades after birth. I wore spf 30 every single day. What's weird is that I don't ever get the linea nigra, but I am medium/dark skinned, yet my face broke out in dark patches.
I've already preemptively apologized and warned DH and DD about these hormones but still the extreme swings are no fun. Plus it's embarrassing.

@alwaysauntnevermom I am also feeling the pelvic pain. Mine started last week after DH and I did a long, brisk walk. I repeated the walk and tried a jog at one point throughout the week and was in so much pain I barely moved of the couch on Thursday. It's getting better with rest, but now I'm slightly concerned about it being SPD. I just hope this isn't something I'll be putting up with for the next 14 weeks!
I also woke up with the WORST charlie horse in my right calf at 3 am. I woke up screaming OH SHIIIIIIT, it was just so painful. Definitely going to try to drink TONS of water these next few days to get rid of it.
Is that a symptom?

I'm so sick of this.....
Also! To all those with heartburn/acid...i've started taking Apple Cider Vinegar daily and i have only had to take tums once (and to be honest i was pushing my luck by having a dark chocolate frap and then nachos for lunch...what can you expect)....So every morning and night i take 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 2 tablespoons hot/warm water, and some honey...i take it down as fast as possible (it burns a little) and follow it up with some more water. I will be sticking with this instead of some daily ant-acid medicine (i hate taking medicine if it's not really necessary).
