I confess I don't understand why people still just lurk after all this time. People are sharing their hearts and struggles but why don't they feel the need to share or support others here but want to just read about it... It kind of makes me uncomfortable when I see people want to join a fb group when they had added so little yet they want to be privy to even more private information. I feel a bmb should be a give and take not a take and take
I have to confess that I haven't even made a registry yet. My manager and "adoptive mom" as she calls herself is throwing me a baby shower because all of my family lives 2000+ miles away. She has asked me about cake flavors and invitation designs and I told her I would be happy with a picture of a cake and invites drawn with crayons. I'm just so grateful she is giving me a baby shower that I am happy with whatever she picks (I did however, let her know that I am a huge fan of chocolate cake ).
I also have to confess that I have been a 'lurker' for a bit now, mostly because I'm so new at all of this mom stuff I haven't really known what to say. However, today I decided screw it, these ladies are sharing their stories and giving wonderful advice, I would like to share in the happiness and hopefully let you all know how helpful you have been in this strange, amazing new adventure!

Either way im honored they love us and our baby enough to show it in whatever way they choose.
