RE's office was supposed to wait until later in the day to call me back so I wouldn't find out at work but they didn't.. Makes me even more glad it is good news. Beta is 213!!!!! 2nd beta will be Sunday morning.

@gatorlorit I am going to try very very hard to not. I think I will be too nervous to. gatorlorit - what's funny about your question is that they are literally a PITA I usually ice the area for about 45 - 60 seconds before I do the shot and I don't feel a thing.

@gatorlorit My RE's office said not to use ice at all because it will thicken the oil when it goes in. I usually stick the vial in my bra for 30 min and then we do the shot right away followed by heat. Mine isn't bad at all.

cmmxv8 - we are so close! Can't wait to hear about your 2nd beta. I'm not entirely sure how many weeks b/c some of ivf calculators say due date is Dec 28 which means I'm over 4 weeks 4 days today... I think that goes with what RE said the ultrasound would be 5 week 3 day. Sometimes I can't tell if I'm feeling pregnancy symptoms or symptoms from all of the drugs we are on. lol... Nausea is starting to come in waves a little. I'm definitely more tired but nothing crazy yet. I did take naps on Saturday & Sunday.

My news today wasn't so good. I wasn't surprised when they called this afternoon since we tested at home this morning. I'm upset, disappointed and a whole bunch of other things and not sure what our next move will be. We've been on a nonstop TTC train for 2 years and a straight 9 months of trying things with the RE. I might just need a break for a few months to gear up for another round right now.

For some reason, this time is so much harder. I know no words I say are going to fix it, but please know you'll be in my thoughts. Good luck to all those transferring this week. @halips how are you doing? AFM- I made an appointment with a new RE, only to cancel that when I found my 1st ever RE. I've met with my RE who says I can transfer hopefully in the next few weeks. I will be doing PIO shots this time. Can't remember the full list of meds but I'll post back when I find out. Hope everyone is doing well!

Although my transfer was not in April, I started the next cycle very quickly. I'm now taking follistim and ganerilix injections, and it seems to work for me. Not that I'm crazy about doing injections again, as long as it works, I'll do it. My lining is at 7. I'll be following the May FET group but I'd like to keep following this group as well to see how everything works out for everyone.

AFM- I made an appointment with a new RE, only to cancel that when I found my 1st ever RE. I've met with my RE who says I can transfer hopefully in the next few weeks. I will be doing PIO shots this time. Can't remember the full list of meds but I'll post back when I find out.
