We went through a MC back in September and we were heartbroken. We're now cautiously optimistic with this little one. My plan is to call the doc tomorrow and request HCG and Progesterone levels...though I don't want to think about another MC as a possibility. Hopefully this time around, we'll stay with you all!!!

Hello! I haven't been on the Bump for a few years. DH and I had been TTC for several years and finally decided to pursue adoption once I was done with my masters degree. Then out of the blue this month I stated to feel like I had a weird flu and PMS, but then my period didn't show, so finally tested. Got a faint I-sort-of-see-it-when-I-turn-my-head line on Saturday, slightly darker Sunday, broke down and busted out the digital today and got an unambiguous BFP! I'm still really in shock; we had really given up the idea that we could get pregnant. I can't think of another time I've been so glad to be wrong Regular intro stuff: I'm 37, DH is 34. I study Nutrition. Tentative due date is 12/18 but I'm not exactly sure when my last period started so we'll see.

Hi everyone! I've been on the Bump for a while, but was a lurker with DS and then stopped once he was born. I thought I would actually join in the second go around. I am 29 and DH is 36. As I mentioned we have a DS who will be 2y in June, and we have 4 furbabies. We have been NTNP since December and got our BFP yesterday! According to my LMP, I am 5 weeks today, and our EDD is December 16. I'm excited to take this journey with everyone!
Hi everyone! Took alittle break from the bump last year because I had a lot of family stuff going on and then found out I was KU and had a miscarriage at 6 weeks at the end of October. Got my bfp last Friday morning and was shocked because I didn't expect it to happen so soon, since I thought it would take my body longer to bounce back. We're super excited but alittle nervous since it's still early. I'm 34 years old and my husband is 33 years old and we decided to start trying for a third for almost exactly one year (got my IUD taken out last April). We have two boys all ready....a 7 year old named Ethan and a 3 year old named Finnley. My first appointment is next Tuesday the 26th, at 5 weeks 2 days, because of previous losses, hypothyroidism and one blocked Fallopian tube. As far as my calculations....my due date is 12/25/16! Excited to be here with all you girls and a happy and healthy 9 months to all of you!

Hey everyone. I can't believe I'm doing this again, I'm in the September 2015 birth club as well haha. I wanted to be all creative and do something for DH on his birthday, but I would've had to wait 3 whole weeks after I found out I was pregnant. I am not a patient person, and waiting 4 days was still torture. I ended up handing him my hgc stick (one of those generic ones). He thought it was a water hardness test? Lol. And I said I'm pregnant. Not exciting, though he was happy anyway. I taped the stick to a piece of paper and sent it to my mom in the mail. So far that's all I've told. I don't know if I'm going to do a big Facebook reveal or not. Definitely going to wait awhile to tell anyone else though. I'm only 6 weeks along. We have our first OB appt and US April 29th.

Hello everyone hope I'm not to late I had a miscarriage that started in nov and waited then in December doctors confirmed I miscarried at beginning of December. Doctor said as soon as bleeding stopped( which had been happening since nov.11) I could start trying again whenever I felt ready!! So me and the fiance did around dec 16th then Jan 13 had first AF, ok tried again then feb 13 second AF, thought ok keep trying so March 12 came again came AF!! I was started to get very depressed and anxious... Then Around April 5th started feeling sick and tired so April 9th I took an ept and ther we got our BFP!!! I'm beyond excited and nervous this time around this will be our first child and I'm so happy!! Sorry for such the long post as you can see I'm very new to this so hopefully I get better over the next 8months or so!!

But I think her mom talked her out of an abortion I hope so. Now am freaking out. Idk really what I am doing I don't have any kids!
@TMorris You can totally be here. Have you talked to your ex about what you want? Are you in a position where you could raise the child? Hopefully you two will be able to figure out what is best for both of you.
Making it in JUST before the end-of-the-month cut off it seems (Dec 26th due date). I'm 31, and DH is 34 - turning 35 at the end of the week. We also have a DD who is about 17 months old. Just tested positive this morning (woot!). I feel cautious this early in the game, but I'm really excited as well. Looking forward to getting to know everyone! Congratulations!

Hi, I just moved over here from the November board. My name is Amanda and I'm 28, DH is 32. This is our first pregnancy. My original EDD was November 26, but my ultrasound today showed baby measured 6 weeks, 4 days, so my due date was pushed back to December 9th. Both DH and my birthdays are in December, as are a lot of our friends and family. So another December birthday to add to our December birthday bash!

@PensiveCrayon - congrats! I think there's advantages to being with a group that goes through things before you. My last BMB I was due on the 23 of the month. As a first time mom, I had the experience of others on my BMB as my own personal Google kind of thing. Sometimes when you're the first with X DX, scan results, statement from OB, it can be scary. Also, you never know, I was due towards the end of the month and delivered 7 weeks early!!
I am 7 weeks today!! Due December 7th 2016. I didn't want to post sooner because I have had 2 mc and didn't want to put myself out there. First mc was 5 years ago, all was well at 7 weeks but at 10 weeks started bleeding. :-( dc then didn't try again until recently. January 29 2016 got my bfp at 9dpo and mc right before 5 week mark on March 2. I didn't even get a period before getting this bfp. I did go in for genetic testing and I have a translocation between 3 and 12 which will make it a little more difficult for me. But we are staying optomistic...but cautiously so.
@PensiveCrayon I missed you on TTGP while you were "off"! Was so happy to see you back in my lurking and a BFP too! YAY! I've been participating in both November and December. Based on O my EDD would be 30-Nov but the RE is using the day after as conception date so EDD 01-Dec. IDK if it's frowned upon, but my gut says if you are a positive contributing member to either/both boards (which you will be) no one is really going to mind.
Hi all. I'm Leah (38) and my hubby and I are expecting our second child. We are a little shocked, because conceiving the first time was so difficult. Not complaining, though. We are really excited to welcome a sibling to our son and a new member to our family. TTC has been such a journey and we are so happy to have this gift of being able to complete our family (and before I'm 40!). Excited to get to know some other ladies here, as well!

I am 30 and DH is soon to be 32. We have a sweet, sweet baby boy, who is going to be 3 at the beginning of May. I got pregnant with our first lo after only one month of trying. This second one took about 8 months (5 cycles), so I was super excited to finally get a bfp on March 28th. I was calculating a 12/3 due date, but after my first apt yesterday, I was measuring small, so they pushed me back a week. Super excited to finally share our news, but now I feel like we need to wait even longer!

Hi everyone! I just got my BFP beta yesterday at 34, my second beta is tomorrow. I was told at 17 that I would never have children and have been going through fertility treatments and testing for a while with five cycles of injections! I'm hoping it sticks and tomorrow is a good indication of that! My due date right now would be right around the end of the month so I am excited to join you all through this!
