WTO. CD 9. I had a high temperature this morning, but I think it's because I was restless. I started taking maca this cycle and am a little concerned it made me ovulate super early. I have a tell tale tiny pimple on my chin that I only get at ovulation. I guess we'll see in a couple days.
Feeling good! No rants right now. Ask me again if I've missed the FW (though we did last night so that might have been on O, if needed)
Had an awesome weekend, in the end. Me and DH did a lot of cooking, all French. Made tourtiere and ratatouille and poundcake, nothing fancy. DH's beloved Oma used to make poundcake, so it was very emotional for him. The sixth anniversary of her relatively unexpected passing was just at the beginning of the month, so it was in honour. We played some video games and went for a couple walks. I did day 1 of a yoga challenge. All calm and good.
4. I have! I met Yanic Truesdale who played Michel on Gilmore Girls and James van der Beek who was Dawson on Dawson's Creek. Really weird considering Gilmore Girls is a passion of mine and Dawson's Creek was everything to me as a teenager.
I was walking near my apartment to go get junk food when I was twenty one with my roommates and James van der Beek had been shooting a movie on our street and was sitting on the patio of the only place to sit on a patio in Winnipeg! He'd apparently already hung out with my boyfriend at the time's brother, who was involved in the movie scene in Winnipeg at that time. Unremarkable, mostly.
The really cool one was Yanic Truesdale. We'd gone for brunch in our neighbourhood in a new place, a but tucked away but insufferably hipster. It was not a great brunch and our waiter appeared to be high on some kind of medication. I was irritated and very hungry (as usual) and out of the corner of my eye - I swear I said to Devon that's Michel?? Should I say something?? Is that rude?? He got up to use the washroom and sure enough, it was him (he owned a spin class studio at the time in Montreal). As he was leaving, I got up and just said I'm the hugest fan of Gilmore Girls and it's such an absolute honour to have run into you. He was very polite and kind and shook my hand. I kept my cool. It was really neat and I love that it happened.
My friend Emily is famous in Montreal?? She gets stopped on the streets all the time. Her band Motel Raphael does all right but are poised to possibly blow up eventually in Canada. They sang the national anthem before a Habs game on Hockey Night in Canada (and looked terrified and couldn't hear themselves over the crowd to do their three part harmonies), but I think that's the biggest thing they've done so far. Anyway, I knew her before she was famous, haha.

2. TWW either 5 or 6 dpo. I was sick and spiked a fever and it messed up all my temps. I'm leaning more toward 6dpo though. Not feeling to confident this round, our timing wasn't great. BD at -2 only because of that damn flu I had.
3. Rant: I am so sick of this snow! It snowed all day yesterday and it looks like January again out there. I'm very much ready for grass.
4. GTKY: I met the Road Hammers this last summer. Was a pretty cool experience, hung out with them after their show and had dinner with them. My MIL was working the catering so she got me and my SIL in!
A little bit nervous about my LP length - excluding the one right after my MC (6 days...), I've got one that was ok (10 days) and one that was short (8 days) and the short one was the more recent one. I'll go see the GP if this one is short too.
3. Not so much of a rant/rave as a "life" - DH and I are working through some issues right now. We have a plan going forward, which isn't what I thought it would be but he says it will help him so I'm all for it. Still quite nervous because we only talked about the plan on Friday - after arguing on Monday. It was a stressful week.
Rave: I also started a yoga challenge - @reneeannemm and I are doing the 30 day challenge via the Yoga with Adriene on Youtube if anyone wants to join us. I also went to a yoga class on Saturday and it kicked my arse!
Rant: Wednesday is the last day of classes - which would normally be a rave - but there is a day long beer garden on campus. I normally avoid the campus completely but this year I have to teach in the early afternoon - to a group of first year students. I've heard stories of professors in my department cancelling class because of the smell of alcohol and/or vomit in the classroom. I've warned my students that they should not come to class drunk - fingers crossed they listen.
4. Not that I can think of
EDIT: they were filming Fargo on campus last year but I didn't even catch a glimpse of anyone good... Second edit because I thought of something else to say as soon as I hit "post"

3. Rant: I've had some crazy symptoms over the weekend that I've only gotten before the cycle I was PG, so I took a test this morning and it was a BFN. Soul-crushing. I realize it may be a bit too early to know for certain, but I had a chart dip at 7 DPO (Friday) and with all the symptoms, I got my hopes up too high I think. So, you're not out until you're out, but I think it'll be a no-go for this cycle.
Rave: Weekend was pretty good with a friend visiting. We went glow bowling, which I haven't done since I was in high school. Also, had just a nice relaxing weekend.
4.
GTKY: Have you ever met someone famous? Tell us about it! As a surprise present for my 30th birthday, DH took me to Comic Con (I'd never read or owned a comic book before), but I got to meet John Barrowman from Torchwood, Doctor Who, and Arrow. I also got to meet Nathan Fillion from Firefly and Castle. Totally awesome! I got my picture taken with each of them.

@dpjennifer CAPTAIN JACK!! He's on my favourite era of Doctor Who (I have the tattoos to prove it). Russell T Davies' DW gives me life.
Edit: sorry, I was very excited. You're not out, but I'm sorry nonetheless. I did that last cycle and it was no bueno.

3. Rants/raves: I'm still learning about charting, but my temperature spiked this morning. I'm blaming it on taking my temp a little later/after being a bit restless because I am trying so so hard not to get my hopes up. Buuuut lets be real I read in to every little twinge and cramp and feeling just like everyone else.
4. GTKY: Have you ever met someone famous? Tell us about it! I haven't! Maybe someday I'll just be famous and take care of that But @reneeannemm I'm so jealous that you got to meet Michel! I'm a GG groupie.

3. The BSC is in full swing. Temp drop today but had the exact same amount of temp drop the cycle we got our BFP and the charts are looking really similar which is not helping. I have so much invested into this cycle right now I think it is going to be a (can't even think of a strong enough word) time if/when AF shows up.
4. I have a lot just thanks to the circles I run in. The DH played professional baseball for 8 years so we have a lot of friends that most people would consider famous people and I have spent quite a bit of time with big leaguers over the years. I am a big run Disney person and we run social so through that I have met Sean Astin and Andres Barber (kimmy in full house). Then my best friend is a producer for America's Got Talent so I have met Howie Mandel and Sharon Osborne from hanging out at work with her

2. Status (WTO, TWW, Benched, etc.) Benched. But maybe technically WTO now! I was benched until after my first AF and I'm on CD1 now! Never thought I'd be excited for this
3. Rants/raves: nothing! Just excited to finally get AF. I was on like CD 56 or something crazy
4. GTKY: Have you ever met someone famous? Tell us about it! Just baseball players if that counts. Oh and Dan Marino! That was pretty cool. He has a winery in my state, and my FIL also does and is friends with Dan Marino and his partners (also NFL players but the names are sipping). We met them at a winery open house.
3. Rants/raves: not feeling very hopeful about this cycle. We got DH's semen analysis back and it was not particularly good. I am in the waiting room at the RE to discuss all of our testing now. I will update later!
4. GTKY: Have you ever met someone famous? Tell us about it!
I have met a few, but nobody crazy. Mostly from waitressing when I was younger. I waited on Tony Shaloub from the TV show monk. He was super shy and reserved. I have also met Matthew McConneghy when he was filming in my town. It was when he was young and just getting to be famous, he was not very friendly.
1. I'm new ish so I'll introduce myself again. My name is Laura and I just turned 28. Been TTC off and on since 2010, no kids of my own just a 13 year old step daughter. (Things ended between my ex and I partially because of the TTC process but mostly because he was a controlling jerk). Luckily (I hope) my doctor has finally figured out what is causing the issues with me not being able to keep a pregnancy. Unluckily according to my hematologist it's pretty rare but still possibly treatable I'll just be a Guinea pig figuring out what amount and timing I'll need.
2. I think we are benched? I'm trying to get info from my doctor on what she recommends. From what I've read there is only a 10% chance I can keep a pregnancy without proper treatment. Otherwise I'm waiting to O I'm on CD10 so hopefully my doctor will get back to me ASAP.
3. Guess my only rant is how irritatingly long it takes my doctor to get back with me. I get she's busy but hey, I'm important too!
4. I don't think so. I'm terrible with names and faces so even if I had I probably wouldn't know lol
Rants/raves: My midwife wanted to wait until today to draw labs and do my follow-up appointment because I was still getting a faint + on Wondfo's on Friday. My Wondfo was the squintiest of squinters this morning and my OPK was clearly negative so I feel like I'm definitely moving in the right direction. (Still seeing + on the tests feels cruel.) FX that she gives us the final blessing to try again!
GTKY: Have you ever met someone famous? Tell us about it! I had lunch with Eric Stonestreet at the Moana Surfrider when he was in Honolulu to film a WWII documentary! ...at a different table...across the restaurant...

2. Status (WTO, TWW, Benched, etc.) I see my RE Friday so I am in limbo right now at CD12. I usually O around CD19-21 (I have 35 day cycles), so I am hoping she will let us 'try' this cycle even if it is unmedicated, I don't see the harm. I am not very hopeful but I just want to ask because I am getting antsy now. I went in last Friday and they took freaking 13 tubes of blood and I asked why...to build a profile? I feel like this should have/would have been done in the beginning? Anyways, hoping to get answers Friday!
3. Rants/raves: Nothing in particular. I think my current status is enough, haha.
4. GTKY: Have you ever met someone famous? Tell us about it! Jim from The Office (John Krasinski) when I was in LA, we were both hiking and I literally ran into him. I am 5'2 and he was well over a foot taller. But seriously adorable in person.
@catiecatp it sounds like you and DH are communicating and working through it, which is good! It's never easy disagreeing with your SO. Thinking of you!
@Aera11 I am so jealous!!! He is my absolute favorite. My husband knows he ranks second to him.

2. Status (WTO, TWW, Benched, etc.): I am both excited and terrified to be in the TWW. Beta will be 4/22. Trigger was 4/8.
3. Rants/raves: I'm grinning ear to ear. A weekend of DTD was just what the doctor ordered! Literally and figuratively. Since our last loss and being benched, we had not shared much in the way of intimacy. But after this weekend's escapades, I looked at DH and said, "We've still got it!"
4. GTKY: Have you ever met someone famous? Tell us about it! I waited tables for a long time - that's how I "met" most anyone famous that I have ever met. No one really stands out...
Me: 40, DH: 35 / Married: 2009; TTC #1: 2013
2013 - 2015: 5 pregnancies —> 5 miscarriages
TTCAL with RE (RPL specialist): February 2016

2. Status (WTO, TWW, Benched, etc.) Benched, still waiting for first AF- I'm on CD39. Will be 6 weeks post D&C this Friday. Going for hopefully my last beta level check today after work, fingers crossed that all the hcg is out of my system so my cycle can get moving!
3. Rants/raves: Just frustrated that I am in TTC limbo right now. DH is out of town again for work, this time for 1 1/2 weeks- I don't mind being by myself but just right now in my current state being alone allows my thoughts to wander a lot more. Need to do things while he's gone to distract me. Thankfully the weather is supposed to get better this weekend so I can finally get into my gardening.
4. GTKY: Have you ever met someone famous? Tell us about it! I haven't met too many famous people but this past January I went to New Orleans on vacation with DH and randomly ran into Evan Peters (American Horror Story, X Men) and Emma Roberts (American Horror Story and Scream Queens) at a Starbucks. They were dating, broke up and got back together and obviously were together when we saw them. I looked up on some celebrity gossip site and I guess she was filming a movie in NO and he must of been visiting her. I think I may of been the only person in the whole coffee shop that recognized them.
Interesting to see them since a lot of American Horror Story Coven was filmed in New Orleans- we saw the house where the Witch school is located (Miss Robichaux's Academy) and also Madame LaLaurie's actual home (which used to be owned by Nicolas Cage).
TWW- Still on the first cycle after my second miscarriage, not charting yet. I have been having regular sex, and during periods of EWCM, but I have no idea if I hit FW. I'm on day 34 and had a negative wondfo test Saturday. Since I have no idea what dpo I am I'm debating if I should test again, when I should test again, and how often I should be testing. I'm thinking once a week until I get my period (or a positive I guess)?
Rants/raves:See above
I've worked for trendy Manttahan bars and restaurants for the past decade, so I've run into many famous people. The ones that stand out- Sting was a prententious cheap ass who kept a 4 star restaurant open 4 hours after we would have closed, and didn't tip, Tara Reid was a sloppy sad mess and a bitch but I just felt bad for her, Steve-O from Jackass was a huge sweetheart and a great tipper, Lindsay Lohan tried to steal people's phones, Jennifer Aniston GLOWS and Chelsea Handler is incredibly sweet and kind (and a great tipper).
1.)Hi everyone! Decided to join in now. Im 32 and DH is 31. We have been ttc for our first child for about a year now. Got a BFP on 1/28 and went in for our first ultrasound on 3/4 ( at 10 weeks) and they found that the baby had stopped developing around 6 weeks. Miscarried naturally over the course of that week. I have been mostly lurking for a while now but I feel like I could use a little more support so have decided to join in.
2.) Benched I guess. I am about 5 weeks post MC with no AF yet. My HCG levels were at 21 a week ago and I have been very crampy the past 2 days so I don't know if AF is coming or what? Its weird now knowing what is going on with your body.
3.) Yesterday was a tough day for me, I just woke up not in a good mind set. I have been trying to stay away from social media as much as possible but went on yesterday found out 3 people were pregnant. All the National Siblings Day posts kind of bummed me out since Im an only child and don't have any sibling photos or children that are sibling photos to share. The last straw was friend of mine announcing her second pregnancy due in October 2016 which is when I would have been due. Just seeing an October 2016 birth announcement on facebook made me physically ache. Life just seems so unfair.
Hello All. Unfortunately, this is my second time writing an intro on this board. My first MC happened on 12/26 at 7 wks. We were benched for a cycle and got pregnant again in Feb. This time it's been a long, drawn out process starting with a bad ultrasound on 3/21. After several weeks of limbo, it was diagnosed as an anembryonic pregnancy last week, and my second MC started naturally this weekend at what should have been 10 wks (when growth stopped at 7).
2. Status (WTO, TWW, Benched, etc.)
Benched for the foreseeable future. I'm still waiting for everything to resolve physically and for follow ups and such, so I'm not sure how active I'll be here, but wanted to intro anyway.
3. Rants/raves:
No raves this week, and my rants should be pretty obvious. Otherwise, I'm sad to see familiar faces here. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for all of those in the TWW.
4. GTKY: Have you ever met someone famous? Tell us about it!
Never officially met a celebrity. The closest I've gotten was seeing Tom Hanks in the audience of Chicago the night his wife was debuting as the lead.
WTO CD 13. First month really temping on FF, but it feels like I have some sense of control, especially when I have longer 35-day cycles that sometimes are irregular.
3. Rants/raves: Rant: I typically work from home on Mondays but went into the office because I thought my boss was going to be in and I need to discuss some issues and pick up some new assignments. Of course he wasn't here; it'd be no big deal, but I have an hour commute and I could've been working in pajamas on this rainy Monday. Womp, womp.
4. GTKY: Have you ever met someone famous? Tell us about it! Hmmm. I've been to a presentation by SCOTUS Chief Justice John Roberts, but I didn't officially meet him. As a young child, I met Dan Quayle (former VP), but I don't remember it. I've dined at the same Steak N' Shake as John Mellencamp (pre-Meg Ryan and Christy Brinkley) but didn't want to bother him so I didn't meet him either, technically.
2. Not quite benched, but DH is hesitant to really do anything until we have our first endocrine appt....5/27. An eternity. Retesting my thyroid levels next week.
3. Rave that I surprisingly got the day off! Made a spinach pie and took kitty to vet.
4. GTKY: In college I had Andie MacDowell's dog try to attack me with her on the end of the leash...the next days when I saw her running she would wave and smile but I know she was thinking, "please don't sue me." My old boss was married to a CNN anchor so I met lots of them at parties. And last year I got to treat Nick Cave, Mick Jones (of Foreigner) and Ariana Grande for very minor illnesses. NC and AG were totally super nice!
3. Rant: I've had spotting since this weekend and I can't tell if it's the start of my first AF post-loss or if it's just more residual spotting (cytotec was on 3/5 so it's been over a month). I just want to know what my body is doing - I've had all the PMS symptoms this past week, too: break outs like crazy, bloaty, headaches, and wanting to eat all the things - I just don't know if it's PMS or just crazy hormones.
Rave: DH is planning a date night for Saturday since my blood draw on Wednesday will hopefully un-bench us he was thinking if we're un-benched it would be a good kick off to actively TTC wtih a little romance or if it isn't a good result, I would need a little love anyway. He's picking a restaurant and we might go listen to some live music after, who knows! I'm excited since we tend to stay in for our date nights.
4. I met Obama while he was campaigning in 2008; he was very polite and a lot like he seems on tv. I took a class in law school from Russ Feingold (possibly only famous in WI as a former senator) and he was amazing - I absolutely adore him. I also met my favorite chef/cookbook author, Isa Chandra Moskowitz, once and got to have dinner with her, if awesome cookbook authors/chefs/restauraneurs count?
@RiverSong15 So sorry to see you back here and that this has been such a long, drawn out process.
@TScalei I struggled with the national sibling day yesterday too, unexpectedly so. I have siblings, but am struggling with secondary infertility TTC #2. It definitely made me sad. I also dealt with a pregnancy announcement yesterday from my cousin, blah.
@catiecatp Glad you and DH have a plan moving forward, that must feel much better. As a reference to your last day of classes celebration...When I was a freshman in college during our "Spring Fling" weekend we had a Friday afternoon class when the parties had already started. A classmate got up to do his presentation and midway through vomited all over himself and the front row. The professor was like, "well, let's call it a day". I hope nothing remotely like that happens to you.
As for me, my RE appt went great! We have a tentative IUI plan moving forward. Once we get the repeat SA results (initial showed low motility) we will either go with the IUI if he has the same #'s or more number of motile sperm that the initial or if it's worse than the initial we will scrap that and go straight to IVF. We have 100% infertility coverage, so I imagine that plays a role in the speed at which they are moving. Looking at the financial numbers is mind boggling. My state has mandatory infertility coverage for health insurance and I can't even imagine having to add the financial component into this infertility garbage on top of the difficult emotions already lurking.
@catiecatpand @reneeannemm I plan to do
the yoga challenge but I’m waiting for AF. I heard you’re not suppose to start
any new exercises if you get KU so I’m waiting it out. But I’m supper excited
to start. I watched the intro and I’m in love already. Are they 30 minute
videos/an hour/vary?
@BornReady I’m sorry that you have to go to
IUI or IVF but so glad your insurance covers it. My insurance covers nothing
and DH and I are struggling to know how much we are willing to spend.
2. Status (WTO, TWW, Benched, etc.) TWW CD 27 DPO 13 AF due tomorrow. Testing tomorrow if AF doesn't show/temp stays high.
3. Rants/raves: Rave-my bff texted to see how I was doing Saturday. She knows about everything. It was nice of her to check in. Rant-her Facebook Sunday was her SIL's 2nd pregnancy announcement "Finally getting another nephew/niece". They just started trying late fall! I was also surrounded by babies at church:(
4. GTKY: Have you ever met someone famous? Tell us about it! Unfortunately not.
3. Rants/raves: Rant: I have been in awful headspace following my last BFN since it was my last hope for a 2016 baby. I am finally coming out of it, thank goodness.
Rave: planning fun summer stuff like camping and a trip to SC is giving me fun stuff to look forward to. This week and weekend are packed full of exciting things like a food truck rally, Ben Harper & the Innocent Criminals show Friday, a fun even with a best friend Saturday. This is all helping me perk up.
4. GTKY: Have you ever met someone famous? Tell us about it! Lot of musicians: G Love, Donavon Frankenreiter, Citizen Cope, Tristan Prettyman, I could go on & on. Just brief encounters, not like chilling with them for long periods of time or anything.
2. WTO, CD 9. Starting taking OPKs. This is my first month temping. This is my second cycle trying, after being benched for 2 cycles post loss #2.
3. I really love fertility friend. I've decided I'll never be able to get pregnant again but know I'll still keep trying, but believe this month will be a waste of time. (This thought is completely unfounded and irrational, but fuck...I'm grieving). Since my d&c I feel EVERYTHING. My uterus/cervix feels like it's in early labor most of the month.
@RiverSong15 - hugs and love my friend - I'm sorry you're back.
@dogmomwantinghuman - so far they're 30 minutes - looking ahead some are shorter and I don't see any over 30 minutes. I love how she isn't super serious - it really feels like I'm doing yoga with a friend.

Sorry I've been gone for awhile. I have been very distracted and doing some soul searching on whether or not I'm actually ready to get off the bench. I'm back now since we are seriously talking about trying again.
I'm CD 19 and still on the fence about getting in the game. I think we are going to NTNP after this cycle. I know the only thing holding me back is how scared I am going to be when I actually get pregnant. I know I want a baby though and i can't let fear hold me back.
We are going to host a foreign exchange student starting in August and a lot of my energy has gone to preparing for him. It has been the best distraction for my loss and I enjoy the excitement of welcoming a new family member, even if it's not who I was expecting. I'm very excited for him to come.
I have not met any one famous before although my step sister swears we rode past Bill Murry on a Segway tour in NOLA.
@BornReady I also have siblings and had rough day yesterday. We lost #2 in January and I can't help but feel hopeless sometimes that she won't get to have a sibling. I also had a close work friend announce her pregnancy yesterday with her 2nd. I know they struggled to get pregnant both times, but I can't help but feel sad for myself. I now work with two people everyday that are pregnant.
@RiverSong15 Oh no, I’m so sorry to see you back here!
@laeberge3 I also have 35-37 day cycles (plus occasionally a
really long irregular cycle) and have found temping to help me out a lot. At least I know when I ovulated, and
approximately when AF should be arriving.
Makes this process a little bit easier just knowing.
@BornReady I’m glad your RE appointment went well! It must be nice to have a plan now!

Lupron Depo June 2024. Benched 3 months again before next FET.
1. Introduce yourself - Hey there I'm Natalie. I'm on here in hopes of TTC again after my first positive pregnancy test ever, first pregnancy, and first loss with an early miscarriage. My significant other and I are trying to figure out how to pull ourselves up and back together after not coping well relationship wise after our loss. 2. Status- I'll say benched because we are toying with the idea of trying again but aren't sure if we're ready. We probably won't try this month but maybe next. I'm a health nut who is hoping to get him on board haha.
3. Rants/raves - Frustrated with feeling like my life is at a strange crossroad but like I have my feet stuck in mud up to my knees (if that makes any sense). This weekend our last foster puppy went to her forever home so that was a happy day!
4. Have you ever met someone famous? - I've met a couple of Pro snowboarders when I worked at Burton. I ate breakfast at the table next to Danny Davis and was able to meet Jake and Donna (the owners of the company) at their yearly house party for the company.
@SnobunnieMel I've had a slight temp drop yesterday and got the same temp today - just below cover. I've had cramps for days and days and I'm worried AF is going to be a tsunami this month. Yuck!
2. Status (WTO, TWW, Benched, etc.) TWW. I though I was 15dpo but my app thinks I'm 12.
3. Rants/raves: I'm just waiting for the worst AF ever. I'm late but had a bfn on Saturday at 9-12 dpo depending on when I actually ovulated. I just want AF to be over with. I've had cramps for days and I'm worried it's going to be a nightmare.
4. GTKY: Have you ever met someone famous? Tell us about it! I met a few rock bands in high school. No one really famous enough to mention. We used to hang outside of this concert venue in Detroit and wait for them to walk from their buses into the building and stuff like that. They had time to kill and would always stop and talk and sign stuff. Pretty dangerous now that I look back on it. I wouldn't recommend the anyone hang out behind venues in Detroit!
Status- Benched but hopefully that status will change tomorrow. I have a hysteroscopy tomorrow to remove a polyp in my uterus and I am hoping to get the green light once I heal from the procedure. I will be doing IUIs again- but this last procedure is my last hurdle post loss (more info in siggy)
Rant. Dealing with jerks for the last few days- (ex husband and a passive aggressive co-worker) I don't have the time or the patience. Rave: Glad my last procedure is tomorrow. Three in the last 8 weeks counting my d&c. I'm so done
GTKY: I've never met a celebrity, but I've seen pro athletes (hockey and football players)around town and a few years back saw Mandy Moore when she was with Andy Rodick who was in town for one of the tennis tournaments. She was at Barnes and Nobles looking at books. She seemed very friendly.

I had such a busy start to the week, I was a filthy lurker who desperately wanted to respond but couldn't. We had company two days in a row so I don't think I stopped cooking, baking and cleaning for 48 hours. Here's my attempt. If I missed you, I can assure you it was not on purpose in the slightest but just that this is so hard to do properly.
@roper2617 I hope you’re feeling all better and the TWW is being kind to you!
@catiecatp Good luck today with the beer garden campus.
@beff12 I am also a Gilmore Girls superfan! I saw the pilot the day it aired in 2000 and I can barely recall a time I haven’t been watching it as an adult. It’s like taking a warm bath: so sweet and comforting and funny.
@BornReady I used to watch Tony Shaloub on Perfect Strangers when I was a kid. My mind is like a steel trap for 80s and 90s sitcoms. And I’m really excited for you and your plan going forward!
@LCRbelle I hate waiting on news from anything, never mind the doctor! So much luck to you going forward
@virginiaham FX for that negative before your next positive
@Aera11 I recently rewatched with DH (who is too young to have seen it) and we had such a wonderful time. It’s so precious to me and he thoroughly enjoyed it and all its emotional depth and kitsch. @Spartanrd FX for good betas and the the merciful release of your first AF.

@TScaleiWelcome, I’m sorry for your loss, but glad you’ve decided to jump in. I’m sorry National Sibling Day was rough on you and hope you’re feeling better today. I am also an only child.
@RiverSong15 I’m so effing sorry to see you back you. I’m so, so sorry for your loss. Many hugs and so much love to you.
@laeberge3I agree, I’m so into collecting data on my cycles. A little more sense in what feels completely senseless.
@amberrukaNICK CAVE !! Actors are pretty whatever to me and I don’t know anything about celebrities, but musicians steal my heart.
@mandi135I spotted all the way to my first AF (33 days after cytotec) and had really bad PMS symptoms come and go, so it very well could be and I hope it comes soon for you. Isa I’m really not into her food, but she seems like an incredibly a nice lady.
@dogmomwantinghuman Jump right in when you’re ready and keep us posted! She’s so fun, but she also takes yoga seriously. I really appreciate her tone. I think they’re mostly about 30 minutes in the 30 day challenge, but I know some of her other videos are longer. And FX for a BFP!
@ThePax89 I often feel that way, like it hopeless. It isn’t.
kayham12 Where is your student coming from? And for how long? I love hosting people in my home; maybe we’ll try something like that when we have a extra bedroom. (sorry I can't seem to break that link going nowhere)

Well for F-ings sake I think AF is coming today or tomorrow - which means that I've had LP that were 6, 10, 8 and 9 days long. Even ignoring the very first after the MC, they're all short (with one borderline) so off to the GP I go I suppose. What questions should I be asking?

Re: Weekly Check-In April 11th

Hope everyone has an awesome week!

4.) No cool famous people stories.

My state has mandatory infertility coverage for health insurance and I can't even imagine having to add the financial component into this infertility garbage on top of the difficult emotions already lurking.
roper2617 I agree enough with the snow!
@catiecatpand @reneeannemm I plan to do the yoga challenge but I’m waiting for AF. I heard you’re not suppose to start any new exercises if you get KU so I’m waiting it out. But I’m supper excited to start. I watched the intro and I’m in love already. Are they 30 minute videos/an hour/vary?
@BornReady I’m sorry that you have to go to IUI or IVF but so glad your insurance covers it. My insurance covers nothing and DH and I are struggling to know how much we are willing to spend.

@dogmomwantinghuman - so far they're 30 minutes - looking ahead some are shorter and I don't see any over 30 minutes. I love how she isn't super serious - it really feels like I'm doing yoga with a friend.

@RiverSong15 Oh no, I’m so sorry to see you back here!
@laeberge3 I also have 35-37 day cycles (plus occasionally a really long irregular cycle) and have found temping to help me out a lot. At least I know when I ovulated, and approximately when AF should be arriving. Makes this process a little bit easier just knowing.
@BornReady I’m glad your RE appointment went well! It must be nice to have a plan now!

2. Status - I'll say benched because we are toying with the idea of trying again but aren't sure if we're ready.
@roper2617 yes, I am also ready for green grass! The snow on Sunday was horrible!
@catiecatp I hope things will be less stressful now that you and your DH have a plan. I know I always feel better with a plan.
@dpjennifer Capt. Jack! I love him!!!
@SnobunnieMel I've had a slight temp drop yesterday and got the same temp today - just below cover. I've had cramps for days and days and I'm worried AF is going to be a tsunami this month. Yuck!

@dpjennifer I love Firefly, too!
@SnobunnieMel Hope you’re feeling less BSC!
@SDSwenson Hooray, a clean uterus!
Have you seen Don’t Trust the B In Apt. 23? He stars as an exaggerated version of himself it is is H I LA RIOUS.
@fivetimesnoluck That’s right, my friend, you DO still got it.
@Spartanrd FX for good betas and the the merciful release of your first AF.
@housewifehobbyist Once a week is as good a place to start as any, probably!
Isa
@MWoodside I’m sorry for the BFN. I get it.
@ThePax89 I often feel that way, like it hopeless. It isn’t.
kayham12 Where is your student coming from? And for how long? I love hosting people in my home; maybe we’ll try something like that when we have a extra bedroom. (sorry I can't seem to break that link going nowhere)
@HowlCircusGood luck to you and your partner in this difficult time.
@MooFish2364 We’re so big on French food! I love the process. And yes! I have two on my inner forearms right below the elbow that read BAD WOLF and I CREATE MYSELF
