I see mine on the 21st with the NP. Not sure if they are doing an ultrasound or not, I will be 7w3d. I have had three prior losses and an super nervous about having to wait another week and a half before anymore testing or anything is done. Are any of y'all going through the same? If so how are you dealing with the anxiety? I am not sleeping well at all.
I'm incredibly anxious for my first appt. I've had three previous losses (two mmc and one chemical pregnancy). With my mmc, I had to have several ultrasounds several days apart to confirm, and that waiting was pure torture. Because of that, for me personally going earlier doesn't seem to help my anxiety. I'm trying to hold out until I'm 7 weeks and certain we should see a heartbeat for my first ultrasound.
@aimeetellier, i know what you mean. Some days I am very anxious and scared (esp. appt.. Days), but for the most part I try to stay positive and tell myself "most pregnancies are normal". I was a statistic last two times, so I am hoping to be in the majority this time around. So far things are going well, I have gotten betas, early u/s, which I didn't the last two times. But to tell you the truth, it would have not helped for my last losses. However, we are not taking any chances and keeping a close eye on this pregnancy.

I'm also going for confirmation on the 26th, so I'll be 7 weeks. I'm going ahead and calling my endocrinologist today too because he stressed once I got pregnant that it is vital I get my thyroid hormones checked every 3-4 weeks, especially during the 1st trimester.

I'm also on the 26th! I'll be 7 weeks and a few days.
I couldn't wait so I texted one of my doctors I work with to write me lab orders and I had my HCG taken on Friday and at 5 weeks exactly I'm 5826, so I'm pretty excited about that.
I was told that my doc doesn't schedule patients until 10-12 weeks. Based on their estimation, I'll be about 11 weeks when I go in, but since I know I ovulated late (YAY TTGP knowledge!) I'll be more like 8 weeks.
I've already had 2 early ultrasounds, the one today confirmed a 6w 3d pregnancy with a heartbeat! But I haven't seen my OB yet, only talked to her on the phone. I have a phone visit with the NP on 4/26, and then an in person visit with the NP on 5/9 (10 weeks) and then with the OB on 6/6 (14 weeks).
They scheduled me my first U/S May 9th, and my first visit May 12th. I will be nine weeks already! This is still so surreal - I feel like it will feel much more "real" once we have the u/s. That is also the week before our move, so we will be packing, and life in general will be a mess.

I had my intake with a nurse today at 6 weeks, meet with the OB 5/4, and have my first U/S May 11. It feels like so many ladies get U/S way earlier...my office explained they were finding insurance wasn't covering an U/S to confirm pregnancy so they stopped doing them. I'm trying to take it as a good sign and be patient, but this is our first baby, so it's tough!
@queenklau thanks so much for the advice. It's definitely hard to keep in mind that most pregnancies are normal when all of your have resulted in MC but I am trying. It's good to know I am not the only one who has anxiety about it. I hope everything works out well for y'all.
I just called and got an appointment with my OB for May 2nd. I'll be about 8 weeks- however I learned that this won't be an ultrasound. I guess my doctor typically waits until 12 weeks. It's a little disappointing, but it sounds like it's typical.
Friday May 13th! I almost didn't schedule it then because... the date. But I reminded myself I am not superstitious and it's the date DH can make it and it works the best. I'll be 8.5 weeks. Sticking with the same practice as last time. It was fine and I'd rather minimize variables than take the chance that another practice may be better.
I'm so happy my OB is willing to see me soon! My first appointment is tomorrow, April 12th. I am 6 weeks pregnant. I need the peace of mind so it can all register as ACTUALLY HAPPENING. Very excited!

You are so lucky! This is my exact thought too, I want confirmation from someone that this really is real. My appt isn't until another month though!
I've seen my RE weekly for three weeks now, have had two ultrasounds and will have two more before being released to my OB. I just scheduled my first OB appt for May 5 (I'll be 9w4d) and I'm pumped!

I have another early ultrasound tomorrow and I'm really nervous! I'll be 6+5, so hoping to hear the heartbeat. I'm happy DH can come with to help keep me calm.
I called today and my first appointment will be May 5. They do an orientation where they go over what the DR apps will be like, what you can and can't do, etc. They will also do my blood work and an ultrasound then. I'll be 8weeks4days.

It's been the longest week, waiting for today! Like others, some confirmation would be great!! But, at 5w5d, I think I'm mostly just going in for paperwork. Hopefully something more, because DH insists on coming too. We also need to discuss having a CVS vs amnio done so I expect to talk about that with the OB too.
My first is April 28th, I'll be 6+5! She is going to do an U/S to confirm the heartbeat - question: is this also a dating u/s? Or does that not happen until 10w?
@cgss11, is there a particular reason you are opting for the CVS vs. one of the NIPT tests (if you don't mind sharing)? Just curious...since I'm AMA, we'll probably opt for some form of NIPT this time.
@h4apartyof5 - I am a premutation carrier for Fragile X, so not something an ultrasound would show. We learned about the cell-free Dna thing at our appointment today, so I think we will do that. Then, if we learn it is a boy, we will proceed with the amnio to learn the fragile X status. If it's a girl, the risk isn't as high so we probably will not do any additional testing until after the baby is born.
May 11th. I am excited to see the baby, but I am not in any hurry.
They saw a *lot* of me last time (high-risk), including weekly u/s, twice weekly NSTs, regular appointments, special appointments, etc. I am not in any hurry, I'll feel like I live there before it's over.

This up coming Monday for my first ultrasound. I will be 7 weeks and a couple days. Fertility clinic wants to make sure baby is okay then I will start with a midwife on the 27th.
I have my first appointment on May 5th and will be around 9 weeks by then. I am beyond excited! Is an u/s routine for the first prenatal appt? I was told that I would not have an u/s at my first appointment.
I didn't realize I wouldn't get ultrasounds at the OB. So my first appointment we mostly talked about dos and donts, they drew blood, and then I got a referral for the ultrasound place to make for the following week.
@em01092I have Hashimotos as well!!! I'm not on a very high dose but so far neither my specialist or GP has mentioned monitoring my levels! let me know how the monitoring goes!!
