That's good! There are usually good treatment options for weak swimmers. I feel her pain on the expense...we have spent a crap ton of money on IF and it wasn't as bad as others have to spend. Insurance doesn't usually cover much.

That's what I suspect too. Although, it could've also been the tots- that's been enough in the past!

Also, I know what my FFFC is for tomorrow. But it's so disturbing I'm worried that I'll scare people. And possibly result in the entire thread being closed.

@MamaNicoleof3 now I want ALL the all-dressed ruffles.... when we had them stateside for a brief second, I think H and I devoured about 7 bags in 4 days. Haha!!

Also, 2 friends have named their DDs the middle name we were considering in the last week...

We had this problem & luckily it was fixed with a few months of clomid for DH and didn't cost us too much money. I think the prescription was about $50 a month. Hope they can find something that works!

@MsbeachNJ I'm keeping your dad in my prayers! I've seen both types of surgeries and they are very routine so hoping that part goes well and starts his progress to recovery!

@KOR121 the exhaustion is real! I was just telling my H how I feel like I'm in a fog yet the anxierty just keeps me going. I feel like I'm going through the motions subconsciously. I'm not sure how I even manage to drive around for my job right now or talk to customers.

I have my first of two baby showers on Sunday. This one is for my girlfriends and the second is hosted by my family for relatives and family friends.

Yesterday, the host of Sunday's shower asked me to check with 2 guests to see whether they were coming since she hadn't heard. Both told me weeks ago they'd planned to come. One of the friends, we'll call K, tells me she can't make it because her dad wants her to bring her daughter to church on Sunday to hear a special music program, and they have a birthday party to go to after. "But don't worry", she says, "she's planning to come to the second shower", and asked "Is that ok?...".

Ok, so, let me get this straight, K.
1) You suddenly can't come to a shower you'd already told me you were "excited" about attending because of your dad's church plans for your daughter and a birthday party you'd never previously mentioned.
2) It seems you weren't going to RSVP to Sunday's shower, and only told me this when I asked.
3) You're planning to come to a shower you weren't invited to.

Freaking really?!

Guess who managed to roll/twist/sprain their ankle (we'll see, it doesn't feel too bad so I don't think it's sprained) literally 1:30 before their husband leaves for a 4 day guys trip to Vegas? This brilliant lady. I feel like a total dumbass for somehow forgetting there is a 6 inch drop outside our front door and H just offered to get me a life alert for while he's gone since apparently I can't be trusted alone. Yay Friday?

If it makes you feel any better with my back pain and decreased lung capacity I have trouble getting up the stairs. DH has offered to get me one of those stairlift chairs for seniors so I can just sit and ride my way up the stairs...

Boo to bad baby shower RSVPers and twisting ankles.

I cannot adult today. My 18 month old was her normal self and I just cried all morning. Mostly because I felt bad that I was frustrated with her. I dropped her at daycare and still feel like dookie. Hoping the day gets better.

I hear you. I've been super impatient with my kids this past week or so and feel major guilt-until they drive me crazy again

Piper (DD) nose-dived (dove?) off my lap at bed time yesterday and she was so upset and scared. I felt terrible!!

Sad story on March 16 BMB. Poor mama had a traumatic birth experience. I feel so bad for her. I already lurked and posted but if anyone feels like sending some more positivity to her I'm sure she'd appreciate it
