@chloe97 - Welcome back! Many prayers that baby sticks!
@MollySm - I'm so so sorry. Sending healing thoughts and ((hugs)) your way.
@MrsBinPA - I hope you get good news on Saturday. You'll be in my T&Ps.
Update- So I had my first ultrasound yesterday due to some spotting and cramping. Baby was measuring 6 days behind (5w5d), but I'm just praying that I ovulated late. I saw the yolk sac, fetal pole, and a heartbeat! 92 beats per minute. Of course the tech freaked me out and said that the HB is slow, and since I should have been 6w4d at that time, it could be the start of another loss. The doctor never even came in to talk to me. I hate this doctor's office. I'm currently searching for a new one, because this isn't the first time they have treated me inappropriately (IMO). Anyway, I have another ultrasound next Wednesday to check on baby's progress. I'm so scared there won't be a heartbeat after the tech's comments. It's going to be a long week of waiting.

@MrsBinPA- I know how hard it is to be optimistic. And try to stay away from Dr. Google. It will do nothing except make you even more anxious. I'll be thinking of you tomorrow.

I've been having a little cramping and back pain that comes and goes, but I also have 2 diseases that cause stomach issues/random pain. I have had no spotting whatsoever so I am hoping everything is ok. Since I still have no symptoms other than the stuff that could be attributed to my other issues, I POAS this morning. The line came up super quickly (before control line) but they were the same shade today, while several days ago the line was much darker than the control line. Should I be worried or just hope it's those cheap sticks? I haven't met my OB yet as I switched to new hospitals/docs this year. My appt is Thursday so I am trying to stay calm. I could call the 24 hour nurse hotline but since I haven't had any spotting is there really any urgency? I'm 7w tomorrow.

There's something called the 'hook effect' where, once your hCG surpasses a certain level it can actually appear to be a lower level on the test. This is common with ELISAs (this is what pregnancy tests are, but they're used for all sorts of things.) It's not uncommon at all. Doesn't mean your hCG has dropped, it probably means it's even higher, you've just maxed out the test.
If you dilute your urine sample and do it again, you'll probably get a darker test.

@ash111916 - When I was pregnant with DD, I was obsessed with POAS. I mean, I tested daily, and would constantly be freaking out because sometimes the lines were a lot lighter than the day before. I have not been testing this pregnancy to avoid the anxiety. Try not to stress. If you want to call your doctor for peace of mind, you could always do that just to see what they say.

So yesterday my symptoms vanished in the evening. I was feeling well enough to actually eat more than a half cup of food. My boobs didn't hurt. I wasn't blindingly exhausted.
Being nearly 9w, I know this is normal and expected since hCG stabilizes around this point. Still freaked me the hell out. Of course now I've spent the last hour staring at 3/4c of soup that I'm trying to convince myself to eat because I'm shaking and I know the protein in it will help settle my stomach, but I just can't bring myself to eat it because I'm so bloody nauseated today.

I was hoping you'd respond with your medical knowledge. Actually my urine was less diluted this morning than usual (didn't drink as much water last night). Thank you! I am not going to test again. As long as there is no bleeding I think for my own sanity I need to just try to relax until Thursday. Thanks to @KilgraveMadeMeDoIt and @rencontrezmoi , I feel better already!
I didnt want to cook dinner last night so I pretended I wasnt feeling well enough to do it so DH would do it instead. I probably could have done it, I was just being lazy
Update: At my appointment this morning the ultrasound tech was pretty sure she saw a gestational sac initially but was worried about something near my right ovary.
After a torturously long wait for my RE to be done with an IVF procedure he came in & seems to have ruled out ectopic!
My labs look like a normal pregnancy. I go back again for another check Monday! Not out yet!!

I'm freaking out a little bit, I've been on Progesterone Suppositories since Friday afternoon (morning & night). I had some light brown spotting on Saturday, it was only in the morning so I didn't panic as it went away. Then yesterday (Sunday) I had a tiny bit of pink spotting in the morning again but went away again. Now today (Monday) I have quite a bit more pink & it has freaked me out!! I tried googling if this is normal & it seems to be that the Progesterone irritates the cervix but just wondering if any of you are experiencing this? I'm on blood thinning medication too so I'm going to skip this mornings one to try let it heal. I'm so scared right now

Given that you're on a blood thinning medication, you're going to see more blood from what might have been just a trace amount in any other woman (maybe even an amount she wouldn't have noticed at all.) You should for sure give your care provider a call, hopefully they can set you up with a scan. I know it's scary but spotting is very very common in the first trimester. I do hope it's nothing and that you get reassuring news soon.
