Re: PGAL Check-In 3/28

  • Weeks: 7

Next milestone/appointment? 1st appointment was supposed to be last Thursday but they cancelled on my  way there. Now it's rescheduled for Friday, which also happens to be my loss milestone. It's not supposed to be an ultrasound (even though last Thursday's was supposed to be...see last week's thread if you want to hear my rant) but I'm thinking about calling and asking if I can get an ultrasound this time because I've had a rough weekend....

Rant/Rave/Anything else:  On Friday I had very very light brown spotting and I had mild cramping all day. The cramps weren't too bad so I wasn't worried. On Saturday I started spotting a little heavier brown and it's been going on since then. It has never been red (like my last MC). The mild cramps still come and go and all of my other symptoms have vanished so I'm starting to panic a little. I'm also traveling for work all week so if this is the start of a MC it couldn't be worse timing. I really don't want to be 1000 miles from home and needing to concentrate on work. This week is not going to be fun.

Questions? Not really. Just worries for now.

GTKY: What is your dream vehicle (realistic, practical or not, however you want to answer)? Can it be a boat? I would love to live on a sailboat.

Next milestone/appointment? Today; follow-up u/s to my appt last Thurs when I started spitting. Should see heartbeat today! And regular 8w appt still scheduled for next Monday; 4/4.

Rant/Rave/Anything else: My cold is starting to get a bit better, but damn it's been a b*tch! Being sick and prego is no fun.

    Questions? Nada

GTKY: What is your dream vehicle (realistic, practical or not, however you want to answer)? I'm totally lusting after the new Volvo XC90. I have one, but it's a few years old and the new one is just AMAZE! Im hoping maybe the end of this year we'll be able to trade mine in for one.

  • Weeks: 6w2d

Next milestone/appt: April 7 for first ultrasound

Rant/Rave/Anything else: I can't tell if my bloating is a symptom of celiac disease or pregnancy so eating is very difficult right now. My favorite food might be cross contaminated so now I am going to have to cook practically every night which is no fun, especially because I am working 6 days a week right now.

    Questions? nope

GTKY: What is your dream vehicle?  A couple of years ago I bought my dad's convertible. I love it but my SO and I both needed new "family friendly" cars so when we started ttc we both got new ones. Now I have a new car (same one a mom friend has, room for at least 2 car seats) but I still have my convertible. I would love to drive it but it's parked at my parents house now and once I get more pregnant it will probably be too difficult to get in and out of. Also when I was younger I always wanted a BMW Z3 (with the James Bond gadgets, of course).
  • Weeks: 6w2d

Next milestone/appointment? Friday.  Should be a u/s to check on placement/progress.

Rant/Rave/Anything else:  I feel like things might not be going well. I have pretty much no symptoms, the ones I do have occasionally are pretty mild, except for food aversions. I hate everything right now. But, I just don't FEEL pregnant.

Questions?  I want another blood test to check on what's going on. I'm really concerned about lack of symptoms. Will they give me one for not feeling KU?

GTKY: What is your dream vehicle (realistic, practical or not, however you want to answer)? I would love a motorcycle to cut through traffic (ridding between lanes is legal here), but they're too dangerous and I've never ridden on one or driven one. But I like the idea of it.

@jrussell16 I'm sorry you're experiencing this while you're away from home. Can you call your doctor and ask them what they think you should do since you're out of town? If you have a PPO plan, you should still be able to see a care provider while you're traveling. *hugs*

    Weeks: 8+3 today

Next milestone/appointment? - Ultrasound & bloodwork thus afternoon. Seeing the family MD next Monday. OB on April 14 (still soooo far away)

    Rant/Rave/Anything else:
Rant: I'm pretty irritated that the wait to see the OB is so long...I'm off work because of the SCH and I'm not comfortable going back on regular duty until I see the OB and get her opinion.
Symptoms: I was worried yesterday because I hadn't really had any nausea over the weekend...then I drank a coffee for the first time in a couple weeks and triggered it to come back, oops. Still no vomiting, just mild nausea, waking up at 4:30 pretty much every morning to pee, sore nipples and tender breasts. Constipation is back, still super fatigued but the bloat has improved a bit!

    Questions? - nope!

GTKY: What is your dream vehicle (realistic, practical or not, however you want to answer)? - I'm not really a car person so this is tough for me...probably an Escalade ESV, pretty and practical!

ETA: @MissAmeliaPond - despite being KU with twins, my symptoms are not that pronounced either. I keep bracing myself for an onslaught of morning sickness but I'm beginning to think its not coming! My most obvious symptom is just the sore boobs and nipples...try not to stress, maybe you're just one of the lucky ones!

Next milestone/appointment? First appointment with my OB not just a nurse on 4/4.

Rant/Rave/Anything else: Today marks 6 months since I had my son.  It is a rough day to say the least.  Last night I was texting my friend about how hard today would be.  Her first text today to me was complaining about how long it took to get off the cruise ship she was on and how long the line was at Cafe Du Monde. 30 minutes of texting how her morning wasn't going right.  Today I don't have the strength to care about the nothing of other people's lives.

On a positive note last Wednesday I got my first ultrasound.  Measuring right on track with a heart rate of 161.  I sobbed when we saw that little flickering.

    Questions? Not really.

GTKY: What is your dream vehicle (realistic, practical or not, however you want to answer)? A Vespa!  In sea foam green with a side car for my dogs.  I've given this a lot of thought and wished I lived in an area where a Vespa was more practical.
  • Weeks: 8+5

Next milestone/appointment? Tomorrow with my family doctor, ultrasound on Friday
and first OB appointment on 4/5.

Rant/Rave/Anything else: I'm still throwing up quite a bit, but limited nausea. It literally comes on super quick, I throw up and then things feel better. The bloat has gotten worse, it's out of control at night.

I made it through my loss milestone, but I'm nervous about my ultrasound on Friday. With my last pregnancy we only saw a sac and fetal pole, no heartbeat. I just hope that everything is measuring on track with a nice little heartbeat.

    Questions? Not this week.

GTKY: What is your dream vehicle (realistic, practical or not, however you want to answer)?  Not really a car person, I guess maybe a Yukon Denali. Eventually we will need a bigger vehicle.
  • @jrussell16 I would call and ask. The worst they can say is no.

@lilwonder and @comealongponds FX for a good appointment today!

@missameliapond It doesn't hurt to ask for another blood test. H has a motorcycle and I refuse to ride it with him. It is way too scary. Except one time we went to a friends a little over a mile down the road (strait shot, barley any turns). I refused to bring 2 vehicles so I rode on the motorcycle with him. He doesn't have helmets so I wore my snowboarding helmet. I was terrified the whole ride.

    Weeks:
    6

Next milestone/appointment? Ultrasound tomorrow! I am so nervous. I am terrified of seeing an empty sac again.

Rant/Rave/Anything else: My symptoms went away last week and caused me to freak out and become anxious. This weekend nausea started up again but a little worse than it was before. Still not throwing up. I am just thankful to feel anything at this point.

    Questions? nope

GTKY: What is your dream vehicle (realistic, practical or not, however you want to answer)? Chevy Suburban would be more on the realistic side and the Cadillac Escalade would be more fantasy. I love big vehicles. My parents have always had a conversion van (the ones with the high top and the TV inside). That is what I learned to drive on so small vehicles feel weird.

Next milestone/appointment? 4/7 ultrasound, still over a week away, sigh....

Rant/Rave/Anything else: I was complaining on Saturday to my husband about not feeling morning sickness. Saturday comes and I'm miserable All Day Long :-( and then this morning I threw up. I never threw up with my DD, so that was new. So far I've been OK since that incident but I guess I shouldn't have complained about feeling good because I think I jinxed it.

    Questions? nope

GTKY: What is your dream vehicle (realistic, practical or not, however you want to answer)? I would have my car now but with more trunk space, 2015 Subaru Outback.
  • @comealongponds and @lilwonder hope you have great news today and that @edk2010 and @m6agua get the same tomorrow!

    Weeks: 7w 3d

Next milestone/appointment? 4/5 for the 1st appointment and I'm assuming an ultrasound. Today is 3 months since we found out we'd lost our last baby. I've just been trying to stay busy and ignore it I think.

Rant/Rave/Anything else: We actually ended up telling my husband's family at Easter. We weren't planning one way or the other, but it ended up feeling right.

Questions? Does anybody else have a FitBit or other device that tracks your heart rate? I'm starting to get really scared because my resting heart rate is not at all elevated. With the last pregnancy it was clear to see the trend of an elevated rate that started with ovulation. And from looking online that is what's supposed to happen. But this time there was a slight peak right before ovulation but it went back to baseline and has stayed there. Do you guys think this is a reason to contact my MD?

GTKY: What is your dream vehicle (realistic, practical or not, however you want to answer)? Well last year I was finally able to get my first SUV which has been great. Since we live out in the country it was really nice to have a better vehicle in the snow this winter. Unrealistically, I'd love to have a Ford Mustang with a manual transmission. My first car was a stick shift and I loved driving it!

  • @Randerson42 I wear a FitBit Flex and my resting heart rate hasn't changed at all, it still sits in the 50s-60s and will dip into the 40s when I'm sleeping. I know some people notice a higher resting heart rate when KU but I don't think it's a bad thing if it doesn't increase.

  • @jrussell16Given your history & the spotting I would call and ask.   Particularly if you're going to be traveling.   @lilwonder Sorry about the cold, but glad you're starting to feel better.  I dread getting anything while KU because of lack of meds!  Also, I hope your appointment went well today.
@ash111916 I wish I still had a convertible.  I traded my last car (VW EOS) in for a more practical one & SO wish I had both!
@MissAmeliaPond I think you should request another HCG check.  You have a history of loss.   I don't think it is unreasonable to request that they check it and your progesterone level.
@comealongponds I hope you don't get hammered later with MS, but I find it awesome that you're cooking 2 and not horribly sick.
@emmieann22 loss milestone days are the worst.  Creepy internet stranger hugs to you.
@m6agua FX & @EDK2010  FX for a great US.  Try not to stress.  It's SO hard.  I know!!
@rspalding001 Sorry you threw up.  I hope it's not the start of something worse.  I will feel like I jinxed myself too.

    I hope I didn't miss anyone!

    Weeks: 4+5

Next Milestone/Appointment:  I have another check of labs and first US on Thursday AM.  It's so early I am only expecting to see a gestational sac.  I think that it may even be too early for yolk sac.  I have a weekly RE check with US and labs until they release me to my OB.  I think that will happen around 8 weeks.

Rant/Rave/Question/Anything else?: I need to stop POAS.  I did one again this AM.  The test line is visible before the pee makes it all the way to the end and it's as dark as the control before 5 mins is up.  They aren't going to tell me anything anymore other than if they start to fade.  I'm doing everything in my power to remain optimistic that third time is a charm.  My nipples are sore, my boobs are starting to feel swollen/hard, and I'm gassy/bloated a lot, but other than that I am feeling pretty decent.  By the evening my body feels tired and all I want to do is lie down but the fatigue isn't overwhelming or anything.  I'm taking comfort in having at least "something" symptom-wise.  With my losses the symptoms never advanced much beyond this and/or lessened some.   Only time will tell.

GTKY: I really like my car I have now, an Audi Q5 except for the fact it's part of the VW diesel scandal!  I think that once the baby comes I may need a bigger car (carting a baby and 2 dogs around in my car would be tough) & I want a Q7.  I was in one at the car show in January and it's a lot fancier inside than my car.  I'm not really a car person so I can't really think of a sports car that is a must have.

I have no symptoms either. Had some minor symptoms before but they went away. It's freaking me out so I have been POAS every other day. There is no spotting so I am hoping I am just "lucky" to not have symptoms. My first appt isn't until April 7 which feels like an eternity but I keep reminding myself "it's next week". I also have Fibromyalgia and celiac disease, both of which when undiagnosed for a while so I feel like maybe I don't notice pain/symptoms as much since I'm sadly used to it.

I hope all goes well on Friday and that they give you the blood test you want. We're due on the same day so I am right there along with you!
  • Intro: Hello everyone.  Introduced myself on the PAL board, but not in this board yet.  I am mommy to a beautiful, active 22 month old.  We started TTC #2 when he was one.  We have had 3 early losses in the past ten months (June, September, and February).  We didn't expect to get pregnant this month, but here we are.  So far betas look good and this pregnancy has lasted longer than the last three.  Hopefully things will continue to look good!

    Weeks:  5w2d

    Next milestone/appointment? Ultrasound on 4/11

Rant/Rave/Anything else: Beta numbers are looking good, so no more blood draws for now.

Questions?  Wondering whether or not to tell some of my nearest and dearest?  Part of me wants to tell them the good news (since I only got to share bad news the last three times) but part of me wants to wait until the ultrasound (2 weeks just seems so far away right now)

GTKY: What is your dream vehicle (realistic, practical or not, however you want to answer)?  Right now my dream vehicle is anything bigger than the one I have.  I have a Corolla and just don't see that being very practical with a toddler, new born, and hauling groceries or whatever else.  Hubby seems to think I'll get by just fine.  We'll see...

@jrussell16  Sorry about your spotting.  Hopefully it stops soon to give you some peace of mind.

@EmmieAnn22  Sorry your friend wasn't more understanding to your needs.

Good luck to everyone having ultrasounds this week!

  • @comealongponds thank you! I was really starting to freak out and it helps to hear that yours hasn't changed. My resting is in the low 70's and drops to the 60's while I sleep which is all "non-pregnant" normal.

@af2013nl obviously you have to do what feels right to you, but personally I've found comfort in telling people. My husband and I have taken the attitude "well these are the people we'd tell if things went badly, so let's tell them while it's happy." It's also helped me to get a little more excited because I can see their excitement that isn't tainted by the fear we feel.

Next milestone/appointment?  I got a call this morning that my first appointment with the OB will be this Wednesday morning!  It will include an ultrasound.  I am feeling so nervous, but I'm glad I only have 2 days to panic.

Rant/Rave/Anything else:  I was feeling great this weekend, even through all the Easter festivities and pretend drinking.  Today I feel like I've been hit by a bus.  I am sitting here downing Chex mix that I made because I wasn't capable of eating anything else for lunch.

I'm going to my u/s by myself because my H will be home with our kids and my neice who we will be watching.  I had hoped he's be able to go with me.  :-(

    Questions? Nope

GTKY: What is your dream vehicle (realistic, practical or not, however you want to answer)? We were approved for a car loan on Friday, and are going minivan shopping this weekend.  If anyone has a recommendation, I'll take it!

Next milestone/appointment? 4/14, next ultrasound. I've already had 2. No bleeding since that 1 day early on and it looked like the SCH was gone on the last ultrasound check.

Rant/Rave/Anything else: Rant: my appt on Friday started with a CRNP who admitted to me that she's not good at using the ultrasound machine. She couldn't find the baby and had to call the doctor in, who then found it. It was a fucking terrifying 5 minutes and I wish she wouldn't have tried to use the machine if she didn't know how. I'm still salty about it, but I should just be thankful that the doctor said everything looks on track. At 7w4d, I was measuring 7w2d and the heartbeat was 140. Praying that this baby keeps growing. Even though the doctor said it's normal, I still wish the size would match up exactly with the day.

Rave: H is bringing me Chipotle for dinner and I could not be more excited for it.

    Questions? Not at the moment.

GTKY: What is your dream vehicle (realistic, practical or not, however you want to answer)? Yellow jeep would be pretty awesome.

Next milestone/appointment? Ultrasound on Thursday. I'm pretty nervous. I just want it to be over already.

Rant/Rave/Anything else: I have been so nauseous lately. I definitely wasn't this sick during my last pregnancy. It's just like my hangovers- I know I'd feel better if I could throw up but I can't.

Questions? Any STM's have good ideas for entertaining my toddler while I lie around feeling sick? She's been watching an embarrassing amount of TV lately.

GTKY: What is your dream vehicle (realistic, practical or not, however you want to answer)? @kns1988a yellow Jeep Wrangler was my dream car FOREVER!! Also sorry that CRNP gave you such a scare. That blows.

Anyway back to the car thing, if I had to answer now I'd just want my little gold ford ranger back. I had that truck in college and I looked really good in it. I don't think it'll be a practical choice for me for a long time though  :(

Next milestone/appointment? Nurse check-in and first u/s on April 21 - it seems like such a long time to wait!

Rant/Rave/Anything else: I almost bust out with the news yesterday during a family video chat for the shock factor because my mom and SIL were chatting in the kitchen (behind the laptop) and my dad, brother, and grandpa were in front of it and I was curious how long it would take for the ladies to catch on. But I am so not ready for everyone my mom is going to tell so I held it in.

Questions? Anyone else feeling itchy? I've been getting super itchy in spurts - my scalp, my tummy, back/shoulders, legs. It also could just be the weather changing drying out my skin, but I'm willing to take any pregnancy symptoms I can!

GTKY: What is your dream vehicle (realistic, practical or not, however you want to answer)? I think Fiats are so cute!
  • Intro: Hi all. I haven't participated in the PGAL check-in yet. DH and I have been married for 4 years, and we are parents to a beautiful, almost 3 year old, girl. We've been TTC #2 since November 2014, and have had two losses since then. This was our second cycle TTC since our most recent loss, and we were lucky enough to conceive again.

    Weeks: 6w2d

Next milestone/appointment? First ultrasound was scheduled for 4/4, but it's been moved up to 3/30 because I've been cramping, having a lot of low back pain, and spotting  :(

Rant/Rave/Anything else: Just a lot of nerves. My betas look good- they went from 102 on 3/15 to 7,172 on 3/22, but my progesterone dropped from 42.8 to 18.7. I started spotting yesterday. I'm trying to stay optimistic, but it's not easy. Hopefully, I'll find out one way or another at my ultrasound Wednesday.

Questions? Has anyone else experienced a big drop in progesterone? 18.7 is still a good number, according to my OB, so I haven't been put on supplement. I'm just worried that there was such a large drop, and I'm wondering if anyone else has ever had a similar experience.

GTKY: What is your dream vehicle (realistic, practical or not, however you want to answer)? We just got a new (to us) vehicle about 6 months ago. It's a white 2012 Mazda CX-9, and I absolutely love it. Honestly, it is the perfect SUV for our family. If I could upgrade, I'd totally get the 2016 CX-9. I used to be all about Toyotas, but this vehicle has converted me to a Mazda lover.

  • @jrussell16 Hoping for the best news for you. *hugs @missameliapond I dont have very strong symptoms like I did last time, so I go through days I say the same thing, I dont FEEL pregnant. Just tell yourself youre a lucky one! ps, I called my OB repeatedly to get bloodwork done so I knew I was okay after a miscarriage 6 mos ago and just having surgery that week and it was next to impossible to get them to agree. I ended up calling my primary care dr who is less stubborn and wrote up the bloodwork for me. Its definitely worth a shot if it gives piece of mind. @comealongponds my appt is April 14th also and I have a countdown on my phone. Im an impatient person to begin with so this waiting has been killing me! @kns1988 I had an early ultrasound on 6w5d due to a spotting/cramping scare and my dr was so pissy when he came in stating how much he hates doing early scans bc they are unpredictable. He put the doppler in for literally 30 secs said yup theres a sac within a sac looks good dont see a baby though. so of course I freaked out by this and he decided to go back in for another look (a whole minute maybe) and showed us the flicker of a little heartbeat which was relieving. Im still salty about his rushed bitterness at a pencil in appt for a scare, but I guess hes just not keen on false hope.

    Weeks: 8

Next milestone/appointment? April 14th! Getting closer but still so far!

Rant/Rave/Anything else: We got through our EDD milestone Saturday. It was a rough day but we were so thankful for this little dumpling to help get us through. I actually had a good apt with my nurse today and was given some good snack ideas to help with my fatigue.

    Questions? nope!

GTKY: What is your dream vehicle (realistic, practical or not, however you want to answer)?  I have never been into cars that much at all and probably couldn't tell the best from the worst apart. I have always liked old Camaros though!

@KilgraveMadeMeDoIt - your story from 3/29/10 gives me all the feels! I'd remember that day (moment) for the rest of my life, too!!

  • @kilgravemademedoit So happy you hung in there. As crazy as it is, I believe intuiton is a real thing to a point. I hate how quick they are with D&C especially when you hear such touching stories like yours. I have all the feels reading it!

Not only that, but I have Asherman's syndrome which is usually, but not always, caused by D&Cs. It comes with a super high risk of miscarriage, difficulty conceiving, fairly high risk of future placental issues, IUGR, etc. Asherman's is uncommon, but not so rare that providers are unaware of it. While D&Cs are are fairly low risk procedures, they aren't without risk, and I think a lot of providers jump to them out of a desire to help women get through the physically difficult part faster, but expectant management (that is, watch and wait) is an option a lot of the time, as is medical management. Miscarriages do get misdiagnosed, and it's not that rare (speaking anecdotally; there's not much in the literature about it, obviously.)

I do worry that some providers jump to conclusions a little too quickly sometimes which may very well result in potentially viable pregnancies being terminated unknowingly. Which is why I share my story fairly openly.

Rant/Rave/Anything else: I'm still very calm and not worrying, but I realized that I'm so focused on being in the present that I can't picture this pregnancy in the future. I got a save the date for a wedding in October that's going to be a weekend thing at a campground (with cabins, not tent camping). I was all ready to RSVP before I remembered that I "might" be hugely pregnant then and wouldn't want to sleep on a bunk bed. I'm sad my PGAL brain automatically put a "might" in there. I thought I was doing so well! :( I think I'll feel better when I see our little dinosaur growing on track with a good heart beat
You are so sweet to respond to everyone individually! Also my SO is IN a wedding a week before our due date. I am glad I am not in it so I don't have to say anything to them just yet. I've already come up with a backup plan (parents on standby near the wedding in case they need to drive me to the hospital). It's a good friend of his and they're pretty chill so hopefully they won't mind if one of their groomsmen doesn't show or leaves in the middle of their wedding. Also I get not wanting to sleep in bunk beds that late. Do they have any "glamping" options where you can stay that might be a little more comfortable?
  • Weeks: 8!

Next milestone/appointment? We are 3 weeks past our loss milestone. Ultrasound is Thursday and really hoping all is well and stays that way. Excited and nervous.

Rant/Rave/Anything else: I'm trying not to read into my symptoms too much... I only seem to get a bit nauseous once a day and my boobs are sore when I get up but get better as the day goes on.

Questions? Nothing I can think of.

GTKY: What is your dream vehicle (realistic, practical or not, however you want to answer)? Fully loaded 4 door Jeep Wrangler... A bit out of the budget right now.

  • Thanks everyone who took the time to write something kind/supportive for me yesterday.  Sometimes little things from strangers can help so much.  I'm so thankful for all you ladies and the stories and advice you share.  And yes I am a sappy pregnant lady today.

@ash111916 I think I'm going to wait a little while and then ask them if there are hotels or anything nearby. I'm usually super into camping and backpacking and do just fine sleeping on the ground, so they'd be confused if I suddenly required a comfortable bed. If I didn't used to date the groom it would be fine to just explain why, but I think that would be a little awkward this early on. Maybe I can track down a big enough air mattress and do some glamping :)

November 2016 April Siggy Challenge - April Showers

  • Hi all!  I live in Central FL, have been married for 9 years (together for 12) and we have a 2.5 year old daughter.  Around her first birthday Sep 2014, we found out we were pregnant again which was a HUGE surprise!  Unfortunately it was an ectopic pregnancy.  I had a TON of bloodwork, surgery, and two different doses of methotrexate.  It was the worst thing I've ever done and I'm still not over it.  We are super excited that we have been blessed again!

    Weeks: 5w1d

Next milestone/appointment? Had 3 beta draws last week--over double both times.  Doc office sent in the order to do an US this Thu or Fri to check that baby is in my uterus.

Rant/Rave/Anything else: I wish doctors offices weren't so slow to call back!!!

    Questions?

GTKY: What is your dream vehicle (realistic, practical or not, however you want to answer)? I would like a "fancy" but practical car--like a Lexus or something.  But with pink pearl paint.  haha
4 years TTC including countless tests, 2 surgeries, and one failed IUI
Scheduled IVF for April 2013--SURPRISE, don't need it! DD Born 9/7/13
Ectopic pregnancy Sep/Oct 2014 ended in surgery, and many trips to the ER

  • Glad to read everyone's updates this week! Seems like it's finally feeling real for a lot of us!

    Weeks:
    8+4

Next milestone/appointment? We had our 2nd ultrasound today. At first the sac looked empty for like a full minute. I almost cried on the table. Then we saw the baby but I could not see any movement/flickering. But finally, finally!!! We saw the little heartbeat and a perfect sized baby!

Our loss milestone is at 9 weeks on Friday, but I feel like we are kind of "there" because we made it past our first 2 ultrasounds. But still... So nervous!

RE wants me back for one more ultrasound in 2 weeks, then I am released my OB.

Rant/Rave/Anything else: I'm still getting over the scare from my u/s today.

    Questions? Nerp

GTKY: What is your dream vehicle (realistic, practical or not, however you want to answer)? I would love to have a convertible one day, but I'd really love to have a family big enough to warrant a suburban!
