  Honestly, you're probably fine but if you're really worried. It wouldn't hurt to give your OB a call and ask their advice.
  
  I fell on my butt at 16 weeks from climbing on the edge of a slippery bathtub. It hurt my hip that night. No bleeding or heavy cramps either so I was ultimately fine. Asked my OB at my next visit and he said if no bleeding or contractions occur then you're probably fine. I'm 31w4d now and my son is growing great

  You're probably fine. It's probably your own nerves and anxiety getting to you.
  Our babies are well protected, actually.  A sharp jolt isn't likely to cause a miscarriage.

  Just relax. I would make sure the cramping doesn't increase and if you were to notice spotting it's worth getting checked. But a quick brake or turn in a car is truly not a big deal. it's likely just your nerves and nothing that needs medical attention. Baby is well protected.
