Hi everyone First timer here! My sister suggested joining as it has helped her through three pregnancies and she is still close with the ladies from her first son. Well, I'm 31, my fiancé is 32 - and honestly this was our 'first try'. We weren't necessarily TTC, but we weren't preventing. Just decided to see what happens. Low and behold two weeks after valentine's day here I was on Sunday with my BFP! We're both pretty shocked, but more than excited
So weird, I wrote much more than that but it didn't show up! My due date would be the 5th or so of November, but I tried to add it to the sheet and it won't let me from my phone

My eldest nephew will be 5 in may and she still talks to those mom's almost daily lol so I'm happy to be partof a community like that Yay for November 5th!! It's actually my second eldest nephews birthday lol and my youngest nephew was born at the beginning of this month. Seems crazy that my baby could have the same birthday as one cousin and the same birth year as another! (Also that was my first reply here! Thank you!)
I am so excited to be a part of this birth month club! I am 26 and my husband is 29 -- we have 2 dogs (a dachshund and a basset hound) and a ragdoll cat. This is our second pregnancy, but our first ended in a loss last fall. Hoping for a sticky baby this time around! I'm due November 10th. Looking forward to getting to know you all!
Hello ladies! Second time mama here, have one LB turning 2 in April and a puggle named Penny. Felt faint and dizzy last night and got my BFP today! Moving from Southern CA to Chicago next month, driving in fact! Last pregnancy I was sick from 6-14 weeks and I'm hoping this time around it doesn't hit. Looking forward to getting to know you all!
Hi, everyone! My name is Leslie, from Florida, and I'm new to the bump. DH and I have 3 already...a 14 yo DD, a 9 yo DD and a 6 yo DS. So excited to be on this journey with you all!
This is my first pregnancy and I'm still in shock about my BFP earlier this week. I'm 26 and my husband is turning 27 in three days (I think he got a pretty good early birthday present today!) and I'm excited to be a part of this support system. Right now we have two dogs and a cat...I have pretty much zero experience with babies so I'm a little nervous about adding a non-furry member to our family but also absolutely thrilled!
Hi Ladies! My name is Brooke and I am 30 years old! After what seemed like an exhausting 9 months of trying I went to talk to my OBGYN about possible problems with fertility. He had me and my husband starting a basic work up over this next month but seemed very optimistic and ended the appointment with "come back pregnant next month" and apparently that's all my body needed. I got my positive 4 days before my missed period. We are cautiously excited as we know it is so early and have had so many people in our lives miscarry. Its great to have some support people to go through my first pregnancy with!
Just got my BFP and I still can't believe it! This will be my third pregnancy, and hopefully second baby. My first pregnancy was ectopic so I have to go in for an ultrasound in the next couple days to see if this little guy found the right spot or not. I also have a lovely rambunctious little 14 month old girl. I got pregnant with her (surprise!) 2 months after our first loss, but this little one took 6 months of trying. I had just stopped kind of expecting anything except another BFN. Still kind of in shock!! I was minimally active (mostly lurked) in the Jan '15 group with her, but couldn't get into my old account and had to start a new one
Hello ladies! I am cautiously introducing myself. I just got the surprise of my life. Our first little man is currently 20 months old. We went through fertility treatments to get him. We weren't trying and I started having dreams about positive pregnancy tests. I have endometriosis and PCOS, so I am very irregular. I am estimating maybe a November 12 due date, but won't know for sure until I see my OB. I am getting bloodwork with my old RE and repeating those on Monday. I hope to stick around!
My first post, am 29 DH is 38. First round of IVF, great numbers. Had a day 5 embryo transfer last Wednesday and bfp yesterday and today! Blood test is om Monday, am excited and nervous! My trigger should be well out of my system by now so I'm fairly confident it will be a yes!!
Hi All - This is baby #2 for my husband and I. Our DS was born in August 2014. My pregnancy and labor were difficult so I am excited and nervous at the same time. I am looking for a new high risk doctor and think I will feel better when I have that all lined up. Looking forward to getting to know all of you!

Yay! I'm also an August 2014 mother. Welcome!
ETA: And it looks like our due dates are the same!
Just got my BFP the other day, should be about 4 weeks right now. We have one son who is almost 17 months old so he will turn two right before #2 is born. Very anxious and nervous to have two little ones so close in age but I am looking forward to it! First appointment scheduled for April 6th!
Hey. My name is Erika. I'm 24. I currently have a 10 month old and just found out I'm pregnant again. My due date is roughly November 7th. I'm excited but shocked. And nervous to have two under two
Hi Everyone! I'm Kate. 37 years old. This will be baby #3!!! We have a 5 year old daughter and a 2.5 year old son. Due date based on LMP is 11/2. The kids will be 6 and 3.5 then. I've been lurking for a few days in "new member purgatory" unable to post. I'm mostly thrilled but a little terrified about having a #3. Never though my husband would want another, but lo and behold he does! Here we go again!
Me: 1979 * Husband: 1976 * Little girl: 2010 * Little guy: 2013 * MMC: 2016 * Last baby: EDD 2/11/17!
Hi Everyone! I am soooo excited to be here! DH and I are both 35 years old and are very Blessed to be having our second (and final) child. DD will be 3 this coming May and so that will put her and her sibling at almost exactly 3 1/2 years apart.
With DD we got pregnant on the very 1st cycle of trying but with this pregnancy it took us 4 months and while that's not long in terms of TTC it still threw me off since the 1st happened so quickly. But it's all Gods time, not mine. In the end I'm here now and so thankful! Provided all goes as scheduled this baby should arrive just a couple of weeks before I turn 36! As of right now the due date is November 11th. We'd love a Boy so we can have the pair but obviously we will love this child, more than words could ever say, no matter what the gender is. Due to my age we should be able to find out very soon, no team green here lol.
Hello Ladies! I'm Nordy and am 27 years old, DH is 28. We tried for 14 long months to get pregnant and after several rounds of IF treatment we finally got out BFP! We're both still in shock, but my first beta came back at 47 with progesterone at 70...I was waiting to post my intro until my second beta came back and it just did and was at 150! I loved being on the TTGP board and look forward to getting to know all of you.
Our EDD is 10 Nov. And our first appointment is March 29. Other than DH only 1 person we actually know personally knows we got our BFP. We're going to wait until Mother's Day to tell family. I'm not sure when the shock will dissipate, but we couldn't be happier to finally start growing our family! Wishing you all a very happy and healthy 9 months!

hello! i am pregnant for the first time, got a faint positive at what i believe was 9 DPO, today would be 14 DPO, my tests have been slowly getting a bit darker but i am very nervous that they are still pretty light. i have my first doctor's appointment this coming Monday the 7th so i am hoping for some clarity then. I am 33 and my husband is 47, this will be his first also. we are so very excited and also very apprehensive . we were trying for about 7 months, charting for 3. wishing everyone good health and a great 9 months!
Hello Ladies. I am 34 Husband is 39 this will be our 4th child due November 4th. We have two daughters 14 and 12 and a son who is 7. Congrats to all and hope that we all have happy healthy pregnancies.
Hi everyone, I am 27. Hubby is a Marine and we are expecting our 2nd child. EDD is 11/9/16. Our son James is 10 months and EBF. I am not planning on weaning, and my goal is to tandem nurse! I should also add, we have a furbaby, a Bug named Barney. Regarding this pregnancy, needless to say, I am so excited! In Dec we started NTNP, and then in Jan I "tracked" my cycle with a calendar, this month I used OPKs.
Last pregnancy was absolute bliss (minus the fact, my husband was gone with the military the whole time, missing the pregnancy, the birth and the first two weeks). I really, truly adored being pregnant though! I am hoping for another beautiful 9 months! I also had the most phenomenal natural birth and am really excited to labor naturally again! My first ultrasound is scheduled for April 6th, and my husband (who will likely be here this time the entire time) is very excited to be on this journey with me! We plan to announce to the "world" in May with a superhero themed photo shoot with our son!
Congratulations to everyone! I hope everyone has a healthy and beautiful 9 months!
Hi ladies! Baby #2 due Nov 4! LO is an IUI baby just like our 2.5yo. We have also had 2 losses. I lurked my last BMB but this time I wanted in on the action!
Awesome Kid #1: Born September 2013! Awesome Kid #2: Due November 2016!
Hello everyone! I only lurked in the TTGP group and am looking forward to being more involved over here. DH and I got our BFP yesterday after four months of TTC! DH was told to expect some fertility problems after a traumatic injury to his "daddy parts" a few years back so we are shocked this happened for us so quickly! We are both 26 and have been married since June 2015. We have a fur baby, Ranger, who is one spoiled pup and might have a nasty shock coming his way. My EDD based on LMP is November 16th. My BFP came pretty early, only 10 DPO so I am going to wait until my "missed period" to call my OB/gyn. I am a pediatric oncology nurse and am feeling a little nervous about everything I am exposed to, both diseases and drugs. But plenty of people on my floor have had healthy babies so no reason we can't too Happy and healthy nine months to everyone!
@talkthewholetime is indeed pushy so I'm back too. This Is baby 2 for us. DS was born in May 14. Happy to be back with my M14 ladies and meet some new people. Let's do this!
Hello, my name is Candace. I've been married since August 2014, and later found out I was pregnant, miscarried in October. Got the ok to start trying again, and I finally got 3 BFP.
Im SOOO excited!! This is a different feeling, this is an I want to shout to the moon that we're having a baby. I have a 4 year old not with my husband though.
Hello all! I am so happy there are so many of us here already! *TW Loss Mentioned*
Im Britney and I am 25 my DH is 26. We have been together for 8 years and are highschool sweethearts. We had a MC this past Sept and it crashed our worlds but opened our eyes. We were married November 6th! I developed gallstones while pregnant and just had my gallbladder out last Friday. I took a test last Wednesday and the hospital also tested Friday morning - both negative. I still just KNEW they were wrong, we will call that intuition! (OR sore breasts, superpower sense of smell, and cravings) After my period still did not show up all week I decided to test this morning and again this afternoon. Finally both positive!! All my Husband and I have wanted was to be pregnant before the end of March because that was our due date and I guess we felt it would be easier and comforting. Now to try not to go crazy waiting to hear back from the Dr for an appointment!!
Ps. Due date for now based on last period is Nov. 7th. (Happy one year anniversary present to us!)
I vote for weekly symptom board! Also, can we make a newbie guide or is that a no for BMBs?
Wishing us all a very happy and healthy 9 months!
ETA: So happy to see so many familiar names from TTC!
Hello ladies! Making the jump over here from the TTGP board! I mostly lurk but just started speaking up! Just got our BFP yesterday. I'm 30 and DH is 32. This will be our second. Our daughter Harper is only 6 months old so we will have two under two. YIKES! It took almost a year to conceive with her so we started early this time thinking there was no way it would happen this quickly. Woops! Even though it happened quicker than expected, we are SO excited! Due date is November 14! Thanks for having me!
Hi all, I am so happy to have found this board. Got faint positives on wondfo, FRER, and Clearblue Plus this morning at 14dpo. This will be our first pregnancy. I am 29 and DH is 32. Based on OPK, due date is November 12th. Congrats to all!
Hi everyone, I'm Carlatron. I've been a member of thebump/nest/knot since 2005, though I'm not very active. I got my BFP yesterday at 13 DPO. Wondfos suck, I'll never buy them again! Stark white in the morning, faaaaintest shadow yesterday evening so I went to the store for a FRER and the BFP popped up immediately on both regular and digital. I'm due November 12th.
Anyway. I have a 4 year old son who was born in November 2011, so this will be my second November baby. He was conceived with IUI after a couple years of fertility treatments. After him, I was able to get pregnant using Femara in August 2013, but sadly miscarried at 6 weeks. Since then, nada until now. This baby was also conceived using Femara, which is awesome! This was to be our last cycle of just Femara, we were going to move onto IUI/IVF next cycle so I'm glad to avoid that.
Nice to meet everyone, and I'll see you around.
I've probably been on The Bump longer than you have.
After 31 cycles, baby boy K (IUI) born 11/03/11
BFP (Femara) - 08/09/13 m/c around 6 weeks. xoxox Baby April
@carlatron welcome! Glad to hear I'm not the only one that had an issue with Wandfos. I kept getting the faintest lines and then finally took a FRER and got an second line immediately, no question it was positive. Don't know if I'll use Wandfos again.
I got bfp super early (only 8 days dpo) and am 5wks 1 day now. Im 26 and DH is 34. This will be baby #3 for us. We have an 8 year old and a 1.5 year old, both boys so I'm praying for pink so I'm not too out numbered. Lol. We are high risk due to DH having DNA frag. resulting in multiple miscarriages but we made it past the first hump and hcg levels are going up nicely. Maybe a little too nicely since now the doctor is worried we got really "lucky" and may be having twins. Levels went from 100 to 6000 in less than one week!
Thanks for saying this. I'm torn between throwing them in the garbage, or just peeing on them all till they get dark lines. I ordered about 100 last year and I still have probably 40-50 left. I'd normally offer something like that to anyone I know who might be TTC, but I just can't give someone a shitty product like that, you know?
I've probably been on The Bump longer than you have.

@carlatron I hear you, but it is crazy how the do work so well for some people. I know some people who swear by them! You never know, maybe if you give them away to someone they will actually get real dark lines on em.
Re: *Introduce Yourself Here*
My due date would be the 5th or so of November, but I tried to add it to the sheet and it won't let me from my phone
Yay for November 5th!! It's actually my second eldest nephews birthday lol and my youngest nephew was born at the beginning of this month. Seems crazy that my baby could have the same birthday as one cousin and the same birth year as another!
