Big hugs, @Nerdchild and I get it. Normal, totally. My dad is gone too, this would have been his 4th grandaughter between my sister and me. He never got to meet any of them. Or be at my wedding (he was still here for my sister's at least). 10 years gone and it still fucking pisses me off.
The pain, resentment, it fades but never totally goes away.
My dinner consisted of a sandwich made of two Eggo waffles with Biscoff spread in the middle. It was tasty but has virtually no nutritional value, hence the confession. Oh well, if that's the worst thing I've done this week I'm probably good.
Confession: I have very strong feelings on the circumcision front, with logic and reasons behind it. I convinced DH to agree with me. We're Team Green, but it's a standing decision for all of our kids.
That being said - what other parents choose to do is their decision, even if it's not what I would have done.

Late night confession; I don't think Kelly Clarksons song Peice by Peice is that good of a song. Yes, her performance was great and I cried but I think the song was just blah.
@elenabrent ugh yes, I find it creepy, I don't know why.
Because we're grown adults who are either trying to get pregnant or currently pregnant. We shouldn't need to use euphemisms for sex. It's one of the few ways people get pregnant.
@elenabrent I also hate that term. Although I now separate baby dance and sex into two different categories, where the baby dance is more buisness like sex, plus hips in the air for 15 minutes.
