Omg I'm totally loving this weather! Sure it's windy, but we are almost at 70°! Usually by now it's the teens-- 20 ' s out and already have 2 feet of snow. I hate the crap so I'm glad we don'thave any yet! I even busted out the flip flops and ignored my coat when i went out!
I have to work today......but I don't plan on doing a darn thing other than play on the internet. I busted my butt (12+ hours days) earlier this week.......I am done adulting until after Christmas......

After writing a big long post in the Pregnancy "Diet" thread about all our healthy meal options, I'm currently having a breakfast of coffee and cheesecake. But I'm justifying it because A) It's Christmas eve bitches and, 2) I'm celebrating because I just got my semester grades and after a VERY stressful term, I somehow managed to maintain my 4.0 which I really didn't think was going to happen. It was a really hard semester. I deserve cheesecake.

Is third trimester vomiting a thing or should be thinking more food poisoning/stomach bug? I'm sure it's somewhere but I'm too sick to look.
I still have MS but I had a bug a few weeks ago and it felt completely different than MS. Hope you feel better!!
My gift for DH made it in time but I'm really not that happy with it. The girl only charged $25 but she said she'd stain it etc. also she put the year 2015 on it without talking to me about it first. He really likes it even though I had to point out that it's babies HR on it. This was the only person I could find who could do the HR so I'm kinda bummed.
Find someone who can do wood burning and burn a heart into that over the 2015 and then finish it. It's not too difficult. She shouldn't have put the date on it though.

Reporting back to say I think it was a stomach bug. I was sick all night long. At one point I even thought about going into l&d but my doctor never called me back. I'm pretty upset about that because at my appointment on Monday he made several comments about how high my bp was getting to be and that we would keep an eye on it. Nursing a migraine and dehydration now.

@skruhmin thank you for thinking of me. I slept alot better than I have been. Still alot of tossing and turning but I would fall right back to sleep. Didn't even get out of bed at all during the night. Unisom definitely made a difference.

February Siggy Challenge- Post pregnancy indulgences
Baked two loaves of banana bread (one for my neighbor) and I have the cinnamon roll dough rising as I type! Once that's done I'll roll them out, fill them, slice them up, and put them in the fridge to rise and bake tomorrow. Yum.
So ever since that double pregnant thread DH has probably referenced getting double pregnant AT LEAST twice a week. So today while we were driving to his parents we were talking about how getting doubly pregnant wouldn't be that terrible. Like imagine if we could get started on our next kid right now and you could have your pregnancies overlap. These are the things that we think about y'all lol
I gave her just 3$. And I put it in a change purse I had bought for her stocking and with it I left a note that said "I am in cahoots WITH santa this year!" Merry Christmas from the tooth fairy.
That is usually what I give her. Of course her father has given her as much as 10 but it's a rotten tooth that is gonna end up in the trash.

Well Ds is asleep... We hoped he would nap so he could stay up late, but he didn't so 630 bedtime it is. On the other hand it is Finally time for lobster festivus to begin and now I get to eat hands free! Picked up the live lobsters about an hour ago and dh is prepping potatoes as we speak. Then we just need to make the crab bisque and cheddar bay biscuits and we are all set. We saved up enough change in our change jar (we use it every year to help cover the costs) to pay for all 3 lobsters and the crab meat for the soup! This mama is going to be well fed tonight!
Well the family tradition continues. DH opened up a box full of jammies for everyone, and Jim Carey as the grinch. We have started the movie and soon she and dh will go start the cookies (they are just the break and bake, but DD cooks them really well).

Took a long bubble bath with Epson salts and a bath fizz bomb. Dh knocked " are you ok in there? The door is locked". I reply " yep, I'm good, just reading in the tub. The door is locked to keep you and little man out." Dh " well you have been in there at least 15 minutes. " Me " yep and I will be at least another 15.. or until the water gets to cold. Remember, little man needs a diaper change, and if you could, pop my fuzzy blanket in the dryer".
Lol, he sighed pretty loudly but did as I asked. Feeling pretty good now.
So its 3:50 A.M. and I'm wide awake. MIL is awake with my 18 month old nephew, who's been up since 2, and now I'm just waiting for DH's youngest brother to wake up so Christmas can get started! Merry Christmas y'all, enjoy your families and food (:
So late last night (or really super early this morning, whichever way you want to view it), I was trying to make a last minute Christmas gift and I had to preheat the oven. About two minutes into preheating, the lower element catches on fire and starts to melt. So now the oven is broke. I had to deal with this while trying to not wake anyone up. I opened a window for smoke and all. Needless to say I was not really in a Christmas mood last night. At least I got to sleep in. My fiancé has to work today so we aren't celebrating until he gets home.
Ugh, I'm nauseous, gassy, tired (didn't sleep last night even with unisom as I started feeling icky just before bed) MIL changed the time for her dinner from 1 pm today to 3 pm today after dh told her that my family is hosting their gathering at 5 pm an hour away. Pretty sure today is going to suck.
