Well that sucks. I told DH I wanted a milkshake (I don't mind making them at home). I asked him to get me strawberry or chocolate ice cream. He came home with cookie dough. I guess no milkshake for me tonight (not that I don't think cookie dough would make a good shake, but I don't want to fight chunks of cookie dough going up my straw- that struggle is real).

helllllooo all. I've been sleeping most of the day no lie. So much stuff I missed! Lol at those gifs and now I want foooood. I felt baby hiccups last week and it was kinda funny. I laughed #badmom @kynbar5 beautiful family!!!

Love it when you guys post pics of your kiddos. Gets my hormones all revved up and I start getting emotional about taking pics of this LO some day. If you'll excuse me I'm off to gently sob in anticipation. Lbvs...
Speaking of the wrestling, when I was preparing dinner last night, I heard major giggling from our family room (our house is extremely open and the kitchen overlooks the family room). It was my boys wrestling on the other side of the couch and being total goofballs with each other. They are at such a fun age and it makes me melt how much they love each other.

It's always followed by tremendous laughter but I told my husband the other day that once they're all at teenage size they will NOT be allowed to wrestle anywhere but outside lol. I can just picture a total "Step Brothers" scene where walls are busted through and banisters destroyed. My husband would love an excuse to build an actual wrestling ring though

March '16 December Siggy Challenge - Favorite Christmas Movies/Quotes
I'm normally one of those super militant health food junkies (partially because I love healthy food—I want to be a registered dietitian as my second career and partially because I've struggled with weight my whole life and living 90/10 clean/cheat is the only way I can maintain a slightly-above-recommendation-BMI). I'm not a d!ck about it to other people, and am totally aware of how annoying *those people* can be, so I try to keep it to myself...try not to hate me. Anyway, because of this a gyro and two donuts is a bit of an indulgence. A pretty normal occurrence these days, but I'm trying to keep my weight under control. I can actually see food traveling down my chest, and depositing on my thighs. I'm not one of those "didn't show until I was 38 weeks, and lost the baby weight in 30 minutes" kinda chicks. It all just sticks around...this is likely due to me being almost 40 as well. <insert self pity emoticon here>
<tl;dr> I struggle with my weight so I feel a little guilty, but not too guilty.
@kynbar5 your family is ADORABLE!!! I refuse to picture you as anyone other than Julia Child, however, so please don't crush my dreams. Imagining Julia being sassy on these boards is what gets me through some days.

Good news is I took blood pressure this afternoon and we are back in my normal range. Lol just a reminder that I can't depend on things to go smoothly and need to get organized and keep an I on things I guess.
Officially third trimester and the baby is getting to that point where I can feel every little poke and stretch. Just the last couple of days the movements have gotten so much stronger.
My five year old is testing my patience one of us is not going to make it today. He's usually an angel I don't know what has gotten into him. Then I come to TB and can't find the community page I didn't update my app but yet it took me 5 mins to find the community page only to have to scroll through 245 pages because they reset everything on the app. I'm done for today we are eating dinner ealry and everyone is going to bed I can't handle anything today plus my arm has been asleep for hours because of stupid pregnancy carpel tunnel. rant over

WHY CAN'T WE DRINK DURING PREGNANCY?!? Sorry you're having a rough day. Hopefully your 5-year old gets it together!! (they have a way of making us question our own sanity sometimes)

I want to make a voice recording of what my house sounds like during different parts of the day and then sell it to people who: complain about their one child who is at school all day, their husband making too much noise, are telemarketers, call me as soon as my older 3 get home from school, think their house is too quiet, need a laugh, are thinking about having multiple children, think sahm's don't do anything with their day, and also just people who generally annoy me. Don't get me wrong, I would lose my mind if my house was constantly quiet or more than 10-12 hours at night but it drives me nuts when my sister calls me and acts like her house is mayhem but her daughter is in school all day, then goes to a friends for 2 hours and then more often than not over to her grandmas to play. Or when I get a call right after school when I'm helping with homework and making dinner and the person on the phone acts like they need undivided attention. Or when I hear someone complain about the noise their kids make. Unless it's arguing or fighting, I love hearing all the different (mostly hilarious) conversations and singing that are always going on. ETA- also the bodily noises. There's a lot of boys so a lot of burps and "toots" lol. But let's face it, no matter how old you are, farts are funny!

Calling the doctor tomorrow, and if they can't get me in I'm going to L&D. Give me the antibiotics, I want it to be done now d:

Yes yes yes more families please!! You guys all have the cutest kiddos I really do love seeing them it makes me kind of weepy knowing we all have more on the way.
I'm going to AW for a minute: finally got the nursery all painted and put together! Word of advice - don't get cheap white paint when you're covering up brown paint. Dog thought the crib was his new bed before it was all put together.
