I am normally a decently healthy eater but I wan nothing but junk food lately. Last night for dinner I made deviled eggs. Yep.. Just them for dinner. I am hoping once ms starts to go away I can resume a more balanced diet
My first was a boy and I couldn't get enough spice! I basically added chillies to everything! This time round even the smell of spicy food sends me running to throw up! It's all about beige, boring food at the minute! Xxx
I'm struggling. This baby only wants to eat junk. Like carbs and carbs, sugar, and more carbs. It also likes burgers and steaks, McDonals chicken mcnuggets. I'm addicted to Black Cherry Kool Aid right now. Everytime I try to eat something healthy like raw veggies or fresh fruit the baby says NOPE and I get very nauseated. Or vegetables of any kind for that matter. This really sucks b/c I'm diabetic. Only thing I can hold down are carbs, carbs, and more carbs so I'm having a terrible time sticking to my diet plan. Before the pc police get me, I have a nutrition plan set up by a nutritionist that I'm supposed to follow while pregnant. So far, not doing so hot sticking to it since the baby does not like the healthy stuff. I"m holding back as much as I can, but I can't just go without eating at all.
If you can handle sandwiches, Sara Lee has 45 calorie bread, 2 slices are 13 net carbs I have been way off my low carb plan but I am trying to do more paleo, natural carbs instead of things like french fries It's hard when you want nothing but carbs, I am having the same issue! Hang in there.
This one is similar to my last. Greek yogurts, fruits, Subway sandwiches (I only get Roast beef with everything stuffed in it except cucumbers; my favorite for years) salads, veggies...lol for my birthday next week, I'm wanting to go to Souper Salad or Olive Garden...for the soup/salad combo. There's not a lot that makes me sick right now. Only thing different is that I noticed I get full very quickly. I hardly am hungry for breakfast and satisfied with eating once a day although I try to squeeze in a little more through the day.
Really most anything, but had a increased desire for meat - which I usually don't eat much of. I'm eating for now though, b/c if morning sickness sets in like last time, I won't have much of an appetite starting this week!

I have my days... Some are good where I just eat regularly and balanced. Other days, I will eat an entire block of chocolates or a whole packet of biscuits . I really want to be healthy... I just find it so hard at times to control
Hot sauce on everything. And chocolate milk I have at least 2 glasses a day. Have to buy 2 gallons of milk when I go to the store just to keep up. I guess this baby will have some strong bones.
Last night at like 11:50 (I'm normally in bed by then!) I HAD to bake brownies. All I want is the corners. Also, all the cheese curds, like the fried type. But cheese alone GROSS! Munchkin is so strange...
I just ate white rice with a little sriacha and it was heaven. Now, I want Mac n cheese (mostly because I checked the email from daycare and that is what is on the menu for my son). Mac n cheese with hot sauce! I know it will make me vomit, but I still want it soo bad!
I know it's so good for you, but I just realized you can order Taco Bell online now... And customize your orders with a bunch of different stuff. It makes it too easy for me to have a customized order now without the workers glaring while I'm there. And now I really want a crunchwrap supreme.
There is a thread on the 1st tri board about sneaking in more protein, and its making me feel bad. Greek yogurt? Fruits? Veggies? What are these things? Give me all the carbs!!

Nothing!! Everything sounds disgusting and makes me want to vomit. But I have to eat so I'll snack a bit here and there eat some small meals trying to stick to whatever is easiest on my tummy. Last preg all I wanted was cheeseburgers, snickers, ice cream, and coke. This time everything including those disgust me!

Cheese. Anything covered in cheese (especially the nacho type that is horrible and questionable on if even actual cheese). Cover everything with it and I'll love you forever!
+1 for buffalo chicken. Also just chicken. And meat in general. And pretty much whatever I see on TV and nothing that we actually have at our house.
