So the Ampicillin didn't work I just kept throwing it up so now they have me on augmenten hopefully these work they aren't capsules like the ampicillin so keeping fingers crossed they don't come back up if not I'm giving up seriously. Thank you ladies for all the well wishes I'm feeling better today I think resting and drinking water and cranberry juice like a fish is helping plus the homemade chicken soup I made is what I've been living off of. I just want to feel better I have a few days off work next week and am hoping to get a lot done while my kids are in school.

Definitely do a probiotic with augmenten. It can be kind of harsh. Hopefully you can eat with it.

Apparently my 3-year old is yelling at the top of his lungs "WE'RE GOING TO THE BEACH!!! WE'RE GOING TO THE BEACH!!!" and running around like a madman. He has never seen the beach so it is going to be so much fun for him to really discover it. Apparently he totally skipped nap today...bedtime will be interesting with him this excited.

So the girl that posted the think I am further on than the doctor says" in first trimester posted a question about being prescribed aspirin when pregnant. I really want to ask her how far along turned out to be..haha.

The closest OG to me is 30 minute away. My husband hates it though, so we never go! All this cheesecake talk did a number on me though, so I made him take me to Cheesecake Factory! Mmmmmm

OG last night was the best thing ever. Maybe bc pregnancy and I've been craving it for so long, but it was perfect. Northern Tour of Italy with the chicken Lombardy was deeeelish.

My BFF came over and helped to the first coat of paint in the baby room yesterday. The room was our guest bedroom/storage area and it was an awful dark color. Now it's so much brighter and more welcoming, I feel like things are finally starting to go into place.
Ugh I have a boil on my lower tummy that hurts! I get them all the time and they drive me nuts! I hope it goes away before I go to the dr on the 28th. I hot pack it and it drains a little at a time, and I cover it with gauze and antibiotic ointment. It is right where the pants rub though...
I've been getting them a lot this pregnancy. I had one in my arm pit the beginning of july (didn't know I was pregnant then) that got so big and bad i had to go to the er and have it lanced that SOB hurt even with them numbing it. I don't want to go through that pain again!

@OneRainDrop I'm sorry to hear that. I am a back sleeper and don't look forward to that. I think that rated 2nd only to ms during my first pregnancy. I'd roll onto my back and get woken up.

Went to babies r us today (not a full store, part of a toys r us) and had a look at strollers/car seats/pack and plays and bought a Red Sox hoody on sale! It was awesome, it made me so excited!!!!
Went to the cider mill down the street today and we had cider donuts that were still warm. Mmm. Ds ate 2 donuts which essentially ended up being his dinner. Donuts have eggs and grains right?...
So for my birthday, DH has been planning this huge surprise. And what do you know, yesterday morning who walks into my apartment? My SISTER! FROM FLORIDA! Best birthday surprise ever. I've been feeling so lonely without family here and I just couldn't help but cry because I'm a big ball of hormones lately. Today my aunt sent us on a shopping spree, her treat. Feeling so blessed today and just loving feeling a wiggly baby in there!

We also had donuts for one of our meals today. Krispy Kreme celebrates National Talk Like a Pirate Day by giving free donuts to people who talk and/or dress like pirates. So the girls and I threw on some pirate gear (we have a ton, we are a very pro-pirate family) and walked over to the shop across the street. (Yes, I live right across the street from BOTH a Krispy Kreme AND a Dunkin Donuts. Dangerous.)
I didn't realize that they gave a WHOLE DOZEN PER PERSON when you dress up like a Pirate. So now we have 3 dozen donuts in the house. Well, minus 4.
@kitteh81 how do you live across the street from not one but TWO awesome donut places and NOT weigh 672lbs?!!! I can't even handle the thought of living that close to Dunkin Donuts (my fave). I will dream of donuts tonight so thanks for that haha Also, yes, the pro-pirate comment- priceless! ETA- 3 dozen donuts would last approximately 4 1/2 minutes in my house lol

So we (more like just I) really wanted to take the popcorn ceiling down in our bedroom and paint the walls. What a horrible idea! This was so much more work than I thought and such a huge mess. There is drywall dust EVERYWHERE in my house and I am not looking forward to cleaning my whole house. I just want to cry but then I remember, this was totally my idea and I pushed DH to do it. We've both agreed we're going to hire someone to do the other two bedrooms. Sooo worth it to save up and have someone else do it. Ok, rant over. :P

That's sucks on the UTI I also have one and have to take antibiotics too but congrats on your little boy. Feel better soon.
