Thanks I'm laying on the couch hoping to convince my husband to come home early. Dinner is in the crockpot prepped it yesterday and set it this morning so I'm hoping I can rest the rest of the day. While he helps the kids with homework.

I wanna know what is up with all the aches and pains threads?  Being pregnant isn't all sunshine and rainbows. If they can't deal with the back pain and the uterus jabs now, how in the HELL are they going to endure labor?!!?

Seriously - it has to take longer to type like that than it does to type normally. I usually assume threads like that are MUD. When things are delivered on a silver platter like that and seem too good to be true they usually are lol.

I would love to think that but honestly there are some people that talk like that. I would seriously hope that at least 85% were made up though!

Also, do all phones not have autocorrect? Or spell check? There are ways around sounding completely ignorant (or at least hiding it).

I do know with iPhones if you type in a word at the end of a sentence before you click send, if you don't watch it  will change the word before it sends.  My android doesn't to that. so if you don't catch your error, it just sends it as is.  Also my phone likes to put spaces after apostrophes and it does some stupid stuff too.  Half the time it can't guess the word I'm trying to type out.

I'm still holding out faith that it's MUD and that people like that don't really exist.... I'm so conflicted on baby showers. I'd never have one at home but here in the States there's already talk about it from my friends and ILs. I'll probably end up having one but I think I'll feel very uncomfortable....I don't know

Sadly I don't think it's mud. I think there are people that selfish. I hate parties that involve paying any mind to my presence. I'm dreading telling my mom and sis no thanks. I fear they'll go ahead anyway and I'll be so uncomfortable.

The worst part about being the mom-to-be at the baby shower is opening gift in front of everyone. But I know that when I go to one, I always enjoy seeing what the mom got, so I made sure that we opened the gifts even though I was uncomfortable. Otherwise, I actually really enjoyed having a baby shower for ds. I look forward to getting to do a meet and greet for the twins. I have family and friends out of state that I miss and it will be an excuse to celebrate and see everyone. Plus we still get the cake and ice cream (cause it's about the best part)
