Hm... I'm really craving easy cheese, or whatever it's called. You know, that spray can full of orange 'cheese' that probably shouldn't be trusted? Yeah. I really want some. Wat the fuq.
Ok, so DH is on a 3-day trip moving a family from our area to somewhere 8 hours away in Kentucky. They packed everything today and drove the whole way there (just talked to DH and he said they're about 45 minutes away). They deliver and unpack the family's belongings and then drive home Friday. The family isn't going to be there till late tomorrow night. So that means the movers don't have anything to do AT ALL tomorrow. So my husband's job is paying the extra money for a hotel and made DH and his partner work some 14+ hours straight when they could've stayed locally tonight (and saved $$) and done the drive tomorrow.
I think personally saying that someone has a personality disorder is offensive and unnecessary. It's also bullying. I left the bump when the TTC forum got too mean and I was going through some major emotional issues with not being able to get pregnant so having people call other people out directly and say cruel things like that is beginning to feel like the TTC nonsense all over again. I'm not leaving this time, but I wish those who feel the need to pick on other people for no reason whatsoever would remember that this is a public forum for pregnant woman. We have so much going on right now and attacking people and saying things about their unborn children is taking things too far. We all have different personalities and that's what makes things fun. But if someone feels the need to pick on someone just because they don't like how they respond to posts, then maybe they shouldn't be responding at all. Either respect everyone on here and join in the fun, or politely read the posts and move on. Sorry, I've been wanting to say that but I've been trying to just stay out of it. I love the Oct15 ladies and I hate seeing them picked on for no reason whatsoever.
@tate62610 no problem. I've been seeing a chiropractor since before I was pregnant. I had a bad accident and my back was beyond messed up. Just make sure they are qualified to treat pregnant women. Most are trained, but not everyone. And the pillow thing should help temporarily. Mine used to be really bad.
OK now here's something to make everyone laugh and cheer you up, I'm sure a lot of us have these conversations with our parents.
This is another WTf moment: My parents are in there late 50's early 60's and are not tech savvy. My mom got an iPhone through work last year and I'm an android person. It was hard enough teaching her how to use that. Today she bought a personal android for non-work calls. She's never owned one. I'm on the phone with her with my dad yelling in the background about how do they set up a Google account. Does she really need a Google account? How does she get apps like candy crush on her phone. How do they get WiFi set up? Is the WiFi password their router number? My head hurts now. We spent a month going over phone options for her because my dad wanted to discuss every option and go over every review. I'm meeting her for lunch tomorrow, I'm sure I will spend it setting up the phone. Granted she come a long way from calling me frantic at the airport asking how to turn her phone off. It's the little things...
This weekend my dad wanted me to teach him how to use Windows 10. I honestly haven't even looked at it yet, guess I'll be updating mine to help him. They always say, "But you're married to a programmer, you should know all this stuff." Yeah, you would think I would.
@intheversa This has been my life this week: trying to deal with teaching technology to people who are totally clueless. Our school system is rolling out 1:1 devices this year and I'm beyond pumped about it, but it's requiring a lot of training which I'm helping with. Our more experienced teachers are really struggling with the advances and I can't even. Like today one couldn't understand how the computer could record her voice when a microphone wasn't plugged into it...
Not a huge deal, but I got home a bit ago and noticed I was wearing two completely different flip flops. One was light silver and the other was dark gray. I'm sure no one noticed, but hopefully anyone who did took pity on the poor prego that can't see past her belly to make sure her shoes match.
It's completely inappropriate to say that someone has a personality disorder.
This.
A love tit wasnt enough, I needed to quote it. So sue me. 8->

I actually HAVE a personality disorder, and id be pretty darn insulted if some stranger on the internet came and accused me of having one. Its not your darn place. And FYI: you cant diagnose someone youve never met. Get off that high horse. So yeah, WTF to that accusation.
I saw this on FB tonight and it made me think of this.
I know it's Thursday but WTF weird dreams. I dreamt last night that SO and I could feel the baby's leg. And not just "oh look his leg is here" more of a "this is his knee and this is his foot look how long it is" while touching both ends through my belly. I told SO this morning and he busted out laughing, I don't blame him because if I wasn't the one who dreamt it and had t feel so real I would have thought it was hilarious not creepy too lol
Omg I did too!! In my dream I could see the form of his entire body through my stomach and we were watching him move around. It was freaky! My dreams have been too weird lately!!

I'm so glad someone gets it!! It's the weirdest thing and then you wake up and are entirely too confused trying to balance the real and the dream. This didn't happen with my other pregnancies and its throwing me off lol
WTF morning sickness, it's back and it's worse. It's that or DH brought back some kind of flu bug from Gen Con (board game convention). DH and I were supposed to work on house projects tonight, but I ate dinner and I was sick to my stomach after. I actually walked by the litter box and almost threw up from the smell.
Oh, the lovely con-crud! I always end up with something after Gencon. Funny story, we bought ticjets, booked our hotel room, and then found out we were pregnant, so no con for us. I hope you get to feeling better. I use a ton of handsanatizer at the convention.
Wednesday may be over, but I still have a MAJOR WTF.
WTF person who broke into my car last night (by picking the lock, not by breaking any windows), uninstalled the stereo, and smoked in the car, leaving ashes everywhere . . . But only stole about $3.00 in change from the center console?
Were you looking for drugs? There aren't any of those anywhere near that car.
@MamaOwl15, I'm so sorry! That is SO upsetting. I'm trying really hard to find a "bright side" -- you don't have to replace a window, they didn't steal a purse/wallet with personal identification/credit cards...that might be it. I feel like you didn't need this AT ALL and it breaks my heart that it happened to be YOUR car on the block rather than someone else's.
@MamaOwl15 that sucks! There have been a lot of cat break ins locally and I've gotten to where i take everything out. But why did they have to smoke your car out? That would piss me off more than anything.
@MamaOwl15 we had that happen too! People broke jn and stole our truck from the driveway and dumped it in a building parking lot a few blocks away. All they took was the owners manual, some pictures (weird and creepy) and smoked pot in it. The police found it a few weeks later.
It seems you had a really rough day yesterday. Hope everything gets better and you have a relaxing and enjoyable weekend.
I'm wondering if my pregnant brain forgot to make sure the car was locked after returning from the pool yesterday. It's possible since I had a sleepy toddler to carry inside as well.
And the change that was stolen was in plain view . . .
But the stereo? I'm worried that another attempt of robbery could be made since they left the stereo. Which I now have to figure out how to reinstall . . .
And now I feel extremely unsafe in my neighborhood, where despite all that goes down there, none of it has ever been directed at me or my family.
So I'm not sure what's going on with all of the negativity but I'm catching up. I did want to offer though that a while back I had an issue with a few women like this from other boards or goodness knows where they came from, what I did was instead of reporting them, I blocked them. What this does is hide any posts they make on any thread. You'll see theie name kind of greyed out whenever they post, but you can't see what they are saying. Let me tell you it was great!!! Other posters would message me and say so and so is still going and I'm all like wow, it must be nice for her to be talking to herself because that chick is literally and technologically invisible to me! Lmao!!!!!
Edited to add: the proper term is "ignore" you click on their username and click ignore and then confirm your choice and poof they're gone.
Re: WTF Wednesday
On another note, WTF has happened to our boards?!? Some people should just stop while they're ahead...
