Gracelynn Blaze born 6/11/15 at 4:30 pm via repeat section. I went into the doctors office for my regular weekly visit and I had signs on pre eclampsia so doc sent me to get a nst and liver enzyme reading. I was contracting when I arrived and within one hour i was dilated to one and having contractions 2 minutes apart. She has been having a few issues latching but think we are being productive. She is so perfect and adorable!
Owen Michael was born on June 10th at 37 1/2 weeks along. Weighing in at 7lbs 5 oz. Was at doctors appointment and water broke on the exam table while waiting to see dr. at 10 am. Fast labor as he was born at 3:39 pm after fifteen minutes of pushing. Had a hemorrhage after that scared me but staring at my son on my chest knowing he was healthy got me through it without a breakdown.
Baby boy Theo John was born on his due date, Thursday June 11 at 2:08am. He weighs 8.5lbs and height is 20.5. This is a moment my husband and I prayed for and dreamed about for years. We are beyond thankful! Labor and delivery.....hard hard work! I thought it would never end. But it did and I got the best reward, my beautiful baby! God is soooo good!
Baby Girl Saiyah has arrived! She's a little thing compared to my boys at birth-- only 6 lbs 9 oz and 18.75". Wasn't dilating much despite persistent labor contractions for several days. Doctor stripped membranes at 4:30 yesterday; definite labor kicked in at 9:30 last night with contractions every 2 minutes. Stood up, water broke with quite a bit of blood. I dilated to a 10 with contractions piling on top of one another; pushed for two hours because Baby was stuck behind pelvic bone. Wound up opting for a vacuum as a result. She was born within 30 seconds of that sucker! No meds. :-)
I'm totally exhausted and shaky! Sariyah is soooo beautiful! So in love!!!
Have birth at 40 weeks on June 10th 2015 at 1:34 pm to a healthy baby boy, Wyatt Edward Weaver! He was 7.75lbs and 19 3/4 inches long with a full head of hair won't let me post a picture:(
Henley Elise is here. She was born around 6:40 yesterday evening after 12 hours of induced labor, so much epidural medicine and 45 minutes straight of pushing. She weighed in at 8.43 lbs and 20 inches long. Stubborn little thing has a full head of hair and is absolutely perfect. Daddy and I are in love with her.
Noah arrived on June 12 at 8:10am. 6lbs150zs. Not sure how long he is just yet. Breastfeeding well. FTM and it felt like it all happened really quickly but really wasn't as much of a blur as I felt it was! Time seems to lose all meaning when you're in that L&D room, working through contractions and your adrenaline and excitement is going!
Was induced at my 39 week appt due to recurring heart palpitations that were increasing in severity and length. I was already dilated to 3cms and at a -2 station. They broke my water around 7:30pm. Contractions were strong but not coming consistently so started pitocin at 10pm. The induction worked well for me. Also I only pushed for 10mins. They only allowed me to push about 6-7 times (due to strain on my heart and potential to set off more palpitations) so they also assisted with forceps. He's a little bruised but other than that a healthy little pup! Good luck to all the June bumpies who are yet to deliver and congrats to those that have! It's a pretty surreal and amazing experience!
Amena Diane is finally here. She arrived June 13, 15 at 1:58am. 40 weeks and 2 days. She is 9lbs and 2oz, 19 inches which was shocking. I had to have a c section after 18 hours of induced labor. We're so in love with this little girl !
Cecil Miles was born last night at 9:58pm, weighing in at 5lbs, 8oz and 1 day before his due date. Mom dad and baby are all doing great! I must say that going in the tub at the hospital really seemed to speed labor up. I would do it again (even though it hurt like hell)!
Addison, 7 lbs., 5 oz. was born June 13th at 3 AM after water broke at 2:55 AM. Arrived at the hospital at 10 PM and barely had time to get antibiotics in me for being GBS+. I managed to go epidural-free but was begging for meds right before my water broke!
Nikolas Andrew was born June 11th at 10:58am. He weighed 6lbs 13oz and was 20 in long. My labor was induced due to gestational diabetes, which ended up being a c-section after not much progress after 18 hours. He is beautiful and we love him more than I could have ever imagined possible!!!
Colton Cheyenne showed up on May 31, 6lbs 15oz. 20.5in. (Depending on which person you talked to, my due date varied between June 7th, 10th & the 12th).
My parents were in town that day helping with a few home improvement projects, and finishing the nursery. Right before dinner I started feeling kinda shitty, and just couldn't get comfortable. (None of us put 2 & 2 together) Had dinner, and now looking back I think my water broke right after we ate dessert.
Parents head home (1 hour drive away). Less than an hour later, we're driving to the hospital. I show up already 8cm dilated, and on the phone with my mom telling her to get back down here asap. Spent about 4 hours total in labor at the hospital, and thankfully my mom got back in time.
He was born with an extremely turned right foot (that has been correcting itself on its own!) and a very large birthmark that the pediatrician is still slightly concerned about. He also gave me a 3rd degree tear which required a couple bags of blood being pumped in, while I was getting stitched back up.
Can't believe tomorrow will be two weeks already!!!
Team green turned blue! Kyle was born on June 13th after 18 hours of labour (including epidural and induction), then emergency csec. He is adorable - doesn't seem to like colostrum but we are working on his latching. After almost 24 hours out of utero, he still keeps his hand beside his head like it showed in every ultrasound.
Antonio joseph was born june 9th. Holy back labor! I went into labor on sat morning and then went to the hospital. Even yhough they were getting stronger, it wasnt enough so they stripped my membranes and sent me home. Too much pain to walk around any where public, we walked at home and after a few mor triage visits, was finally admitted on monday. They did an epidural but it failed twice and toward the end of my labor they diagnosed pre-e. Pushing was about an hour and a half but his shoulder got stuck and they doctors jumped in and made sure he came out safely. Very happy to finally have my little boy here at 9lbs 3 oz and 22in
Baby J H was born July 13 at 6:45pm. After a successful induction (earlier than scheduled) but at 41+1, we met our girl! Born 7lbs 4 oz, 18.5 inches, she is perfect! Labor was 6 hours and I pushed for 45 minutes. Congratulations to all the new mommies! Can't attach a pic on mobile right now
Emma Jean was born Friday June 12. My water broke at 515am, contractions started a little while later and kept getting more intense. We headed to the hospital at 2 and got settled into l&d by 3. Murconium in my fluid required continuous monitoring and the wireless monitor and baby cooperated for about 5 min of relief in the tub (highly recommend the tub) but it was enough of a break to get labor really going so by 6 I was fully dialated. All natural so let body do some pushing on its own and then pushed her out with some help from the doctors hands at 653pm. The pediatrician was right there to check her out due to the meconium but she was fine so after only a few minutes they were able to put her on my chest. She breastfed like she knew exactly what she was doing but unfortunately she is tongue tired so that is killing mommy's nipples. We're trying to figure out the breastfeeding game plan now. But she's healthy and we couldn't be more in love.
Ella Rose, born 41 weeks on June 11th at 11:29pm, weighing in at 8lbs 3oz 20 inches long. Labor was 20 hours total with 2 1/2 hours of pushing, she did not want to come out! Mommy & daddy are so in love with her, she's got a strong latch and she's so mellow. Being held at the hospital for jaundice & coombs positive but fingers crossed we get to take our little angel home tomorrow! Good luck to all you mamas out there.
He's here! Parker Ramsey G. born this morning, June 14th, at 4:08am following almost 40 hours of labor (prodromal labor sucks!) He was born at 38w4d and weighed 6lbs5oz and was 19.7in long. We are already home with him and he's breastfeeding like a champ! DH and I are madly in love!
Little late to the party! But introducing Scarlett Marie born Sunday June 7th at 11:57am via emergency c section after being induced on Thursday at 39+1 weeks. She is amazing
Emma made her appearance today after a scheduled induction. Came in at 8pm to start Cytotec - found out I was already contracting on my own. Started the pitocin at 6 am while dilated to a 2 & 80%. Broke water & got epidural at around 8:30am. Labored until 2ish, couple practice pushes & doc came in to deliver. Quick delivery & perfect baby girl! So blessed.
Amelia Nicole was born June 13 @ 624pm at 39+1. She was 6lb 6oz and 18.5 inches long. Started having painful contractions at 2 am that lasted for 3 hours and stopped. Woke up at 730 with painful consistent contractions. Got to the hospital at 945. Was 3 cm dilated & 70% effaced. Walked for an hour and only progressed to 3.5. While on the phone with my doctor & mid contraction, my water broke in the hospital bed @ 130pm. Antibiotics were up at 2 and epidural in by 215. Progressed very quickly and had to hold off pushing until second dose of Ampicillin was in. Started pushing at 545pm. After 45 minutes of effective pushing she arrived! Not bad for a FTM! It was a truly amazing, calm, quick, & pain free experience! We are so in love with our baby girl!
Rhett Brady was born Sunday June 14 at 6:14 AM weighing 5 lbs 9 ounces. I was 39 weeks and 6 days along. He's such a easy going baby! His daddy and I are over the moon in love.
We welcomed Bryce into the world on Monday June 15 at 3:03pm at 39 +1. It was a whirlwind experience! Started contracting at work at 12:30pm. Was 5 minutes apart by 1:00. 5 centimeters when I got to the hospital, barely enough time for epidural (not sure if it even fully kicked in-felt A LOT) and delivered at 3:03pm. About 4 pushes. Mommy, daddy and big brother are smitten!
Edited to add weight...7lbs 3oz.
Oh and you can't go by u/s weight predictions. My tech guessed he already weighed 7.7 two weeks ago and that he'd be 8 or 9 lbs. she was way off!!
Welcome Blake Charles to the world. Came on his due date 6/15 at 4:43pm. He weighs 7 pounds even, 20.5 inches long. Came in at 1am with contractions ranging from 3-5 minutes after having irregular contractions all weekend, only dilated to a 1.5 but the contractions would not let up so thankfully I was able to stay and labor with the help of pitocin and an epidural. He was delivered vaginally after pushing for about an hour with the assistance of the vacuum. He aspirated some meconium, so he is being observed in the special care nursery now, praying for a speedy recovery.
Baby Madelyn Ann, born today 6/15 via scheduled csection at 8:21 am. 7lbs 4oz and 21 inches long. We are working on nursing. Getting a hang of it most of the time.
Leah Blakely born at 2:33 this morning (6/16). She weighed 7 pounds and 8 ounces. Labor started at about 6:30. I had a cervical ripening yesterday morning and was suppose to come in for induction this morning at 5 am, but I lost my mucus plug and started very frequent contractions and when I came to the hospital my water broke while getting checked in with admissions. I definitely had an epidural, but I had one hot spot so I felt a little more than I wanted, but hey I can't complain I was able to have her vaginally and did have 2nd degree tears, but none of it even matters because I have a healthy baby girl. Love her to the moon and back and so does her daddy
Kailyn Joy was born June 9 at 12:47 am (I'm a little late posting!) 40 weeks + 6 days
So I contracted shingles during my 40th week! Monday June 8 my water broke around 4 pm so we went in, but because of my shingles I was in isolation and couldn't walk around to help with labor they started me on pitocin (was still only 1-2 cm dilated) and by about 9 I got my epidural and was "a stretchy" 5-6. Everything progressed well and our beautiful daughter was born at 12:47 am, 6 lb 10 oz, 19.5 inches
Congrats mommas!!
