Baby weighed the same for me at my u/s at 29 weeks. To make you feel better my first born weighed 8lbs 10oz and and second was 7 lbs 10 oz. thinking this baby will be around that size.

29 weeks 5 days today and she was measuring about 4lbs. Dr said she's in the 98th percentile. However, based on what everyone else is saying I'm not sure how much I trust that!

29 weeks today, baby is 3 lbs and 11 oz. GD specialist said baby measured large & are 2 weeks ahead. Idk how accurate it is but it make me feel a little bummed since I don't know how much bigger he is going to get by the time he is born. I'm only 4'11 and petite so I'm worry if that is going to cause me to give birth early or have a C section.

@sherilb100 I've got a big one coming too. At 32 weeks she was 5lb2oz. The ultra sound tech guessed that she'd be born 10 days early. Did they tell you to expect early?

Out little one was 3lbs 1oz at 29 weeks. Apparently I'm having a long baby, daddy is tall so not to worries about the length it's more the circ of the head

At 29w, my girl weighed 2lb 7oz via ultrasound. My other two babies weren't much more than 6lbs. I'm high risk due to age (37), malabsorption due to gastric bypass (but I did gain 17 lbs the first preg, 30 lbs the second preg, and no weight currently but am overweight), and I'm on a medication that could affect baby briefly after delivery.

If anyone gets any more ultrasounds I wold like to know the weight compared to the last. I should have one at the end of this month or beggining of next. Good luck ladies.

@mistyjewel88 I had one last Tuesday and will have another one April 1st to monitor growth. I will keep you posted. I'm due May 25th (according to OB) and May 29th (according to MFM).

How come they gave you 2 due dates? I think they are off on my due date. I am due May 1st but this baby is already so low and so many contractions I do not think he will make it. Also they are trying to say I am wrong on my lmp but I had a tracker on my phone..... Who knows. But definitely keep me posted. Thanks.

At 31 weeks 5 days baby was weighing 4.2 pounds and they said that puts baby in the 50th percentile if that helps!

All these weights make me wonder if the ultrasounds are wrong or if some of us are just going to have bigger babies.

I didn't know my last LMP. I just know that on 8/18/14 I had a dental procedure. They gave me steroids bc I can't take pain meds. I got my period later that week. My Obgyn just used the date of 8/18 as I was only able to tell them my LMP was that week. MFM must of came up with their due date (4days after the ob's due date) via ultrasounds.

Yesterday she measured 3 pounds 12 ounces. I'm 31 weeks today. The tech said she is right on track. I don't think the scans are all that accurate though. I'm diabetic and expecting LO to come out a bit bigger. I asked the tech if they measured fat layers and she said no. So really then... what??

My baby at 29 weeks was measuring at 3.8 lbs. Tuesday at 34 weeks I'm having another ultrasound to check fetal growth. If the baby measures at 8 lbs or more they are taking him six weeks early. I don't think that he will grow that much. My first child was 7 lbs 6 Oz

Just got out of my appt sigh so the baby is measuring 5.1lbs and tummy is 95th percentile. I have my 3hr GD scheduled for Monday. Pretty sure I have it. Worried about how big the baby is :-(

Just had my growth ultrasound because I was measuring a little bit big. I am 32 weeks today and she weighs 4lbs 13oz! She is in the 86th%. My son was born weighing only 6lbs 15oz but I never had a growth ultrasound with him so I don't know how accurate they are.

I had an ultrasound at 31 weeks 6 days and they said baby was right at about 4 pounds and 50th percentile at that point.

6 weeks early because of measurements that are rarely accurate?! Yikes! I would get a second opinion if I were you. The risks of a baby being born 6 weeks early far outweigh those of a big baby (and they have NO way of knowing how big your baby is or will be).

Ultrasounds r soooo off don't go by them.. My first daughter the ultra showed she would be 7 lbs she came out 9 , then my second daughter the ultra showed she was going to be 8 lbs and she came out 6 lbs13 oz.... So ultrasounds are for estimates apparently lol... ..

At 32 weeks, she was 3 lbs, 12 oz. exactly average. I was measuring slighter bigger than average and so was she at 28 weeks. I think they grow in spurts and so many people have told me how wrong their baby's predicted weight was. It's all an estimation and I'm trying not to be obsessed with the numbers.

For the ladies that have posted what their other children weighed compared to the ultrasound measurements....How long ago was this? I know there are some newer high tech machines just since my daughter 2 years ago. My doc claims they are pretty accurate if done correctly. I am not sure. I think we all can get pretty nervous about having big babies especially us with GD. I do have to add my daughter was born at 5 pounds 7 oz and I had GD last time as well so I am not to worried about this causing babies to be to big. I think as long as we follow diet then we should be good. I would like to go natural again so keeping my fingers crossed this boy is under 8 pounds
