Due May 18th with our second child, first daughter. Our sons name is Lennon Warner but we have no name for our little girl yet. DH likes traditional names like Evelyn and Abigail, I like Ezra and Isla. I want to pick something soon!
From the very beginning I knew if we were having a boy the middle name would be a tribute to my brother who passed 2 years ago.
We just found out we r indeed having a little boy,,,
Hubbie and I had a few favorites and it didn't take much to come up with ou r little angel' name:
Sebastian Solidônio Romero.
After 5 years trying many losses we are finally welcoming our gift from heaven and it made sense to pay tribute to my brother who I have looked up to and will now be celebrated in life thru our baby.
Were not finding out the sex but if baby is a girl her name will be Nora Eloise. If baby is a boy his name will be Theodore Reid with Theo as a nickname
I'm sorry. You do realize she is a human being, and deserves to be named like a human being. Not like a stuffed animal or imaginary friend.
Childhood: "Princess! Oh Princess! Time to go to school!"
High School: "OMG...did you see that new girl? Her name is PRINCESS and her last name is Heaven spelled backwards! Haha! I mean-- what were her parents thinking?!?!"
Adulthood: "Princess NeVaeh? Yeah...we can't hire someone with that name."
Please-- think about it.
Yeah and I just said my best friends legal first name is Princess and she never had a problem with it growing up. And since when is this thread criticism on what we chose to name our kids...I went thru this thread and it appears that my name was the only name that people are saying anything about. EVERY name I selected was found in a baby book not something I made up. 2nd...NeVaeh was one of the top names a few years back... I don't appreciate the criticism or the smart ass responses. That is what I'm naming my child...if you don't like it that's fine...I'm naming MY child not yours and for you to be so mean reflects poorly on you. You are going to make decisions for your child or do things with your kid that people won't like...would you appreciate them telling you that. Even the same subject...regardless of what you name your child....do you really want anyone saying something negative about the name you chose?
My first baby and I'm due May 2nd.. we are not finding out the sex, but decided on Caden David for a boy. David is a family middle name to first born son, it's my husband's middle name. And deciding between Elianna Grace (nickname Ellie, after my grandmother's name) or Vivian (nickname Vivi) Grace. We can't wait to see what we are having!!
My husband and I are expecting our first child on May 21st. We are having a little princess ( in her ultra sounds she's a diva lol) and her name is Akira Denise.
Our 3rd boy is due may 21 - his name is Samuel Alan (he'll join his big brothers, Isaac Ray & Nathanael Lee)
All middle names are family names & each of their first names have more detailed reasoning
Isaac is to remind us that no matter the sacrifice, God's calling on our lives must come first. Nathanael is gift from God - definitely God's timing on our Nate. ... and Samuel is "ask of God" - always wanted 3 boys!
Due May 4th with my first and it's a boy! His name is Abel (still not sure on middle name) and I am so tired of people's negative reactions. I love his name and cannot wait to meet my little man. Anyone else getting rude replies?
Our little boy will be Tanner Michael due May 28. We knew we'd use my dad's first name as his middle name, but struggled with a first name (hubby being a teacher didn't help matters since he's taught just about every name out there). He finally came across Tanner, which he's never had in class, and I just loved it!
I'm due May 19th with our first. We decided on the name Madison Stella. There are no family ties because both our mothers are way too competitive. We just liked the name. We chose Madison because we want to call her Maddie and Stella is a Swedish name meaning star. DH is from Sweden so her name has to be able to be pronounced by his family.
If it was a boy we would of named him Ezra Rafael and since its going to be girl it's Emely Elizabeth . We would use my DH name as middle name and my name as a middle name for our girl.
Having a tough time deciding for my little boy, probably won't make a final decision until he's here!! His middle name will be Jules (a family name) and can't decide between 4...... Jasper Jules, Asher Jules, Ezra Jules, or Sidney (my great grandfathers name) Jules aka Sid.
We are having our first baby, a little boy name Cooper Michael. We always thought we would name our first boy Colton, we had picked it out when we are just dating. But once I was pregnant I realized I wanted to explore other options. So we had a list of both gender names and said we would wait until the baby was born to decide on a name, so we could get a feel for him and what fit him. But as soon as his little manhood popped up on the screen we instantly knew Cooper was the name. Michael is hubby's middle name.
We are having our 2nd - a girl - EDD May 8th. My husband picked our son's name long before we met. Liam John - very Irish! Hubby's middle name is John, after his father. I picked Maggie Nicole for my daughter when I was very young. Maggie was my foster name for 4 months before I was adopted. Nicole was my sisters name, she passed when she was 4. I got lucky that I married an Irish man because both names are perfect for us
