I know i should call the doc, but busy at work and dont have the time to..
anyone know if there is any over the counter stuff we can take for a head cold? Stuffy nose, etc.
The list my OB gave me says: Tylenol Cold and Sinus, Benadryl, Claritin, Mucinex, Singulair, Sudafed, Zyrtec. It also clarifies 'No products containing alcohol'.
@dbjackson25 I am sorry for your loss, that is so terrible Suicide is such a hard thing to comprehend. I had a cheerleading coach who decided to take her life. It just leaves everyone so confused and hurt and wondering what they could have done to help So, so sad.
Eviction notice for LO set today with OB after she read the report from the MFM.....January 23!! I'm excited & my almost 27 year old baby brother is sad because he wanted the day before since it's his birthday. LOL he's such a dork! Glad I do have one last week "alone" with the kiddos before Raegan shows up!
@flyster we live 45 minutes from our hospital which is also the closest hospital. I think a 40 min drive would be ok. Like PP's have said just make sure to bring everything with.
Yeah that's a good point a few of you made. I'm a bit spoiled...we live 15 minutes from our hospital, and 40 minutes to an hour is pretty standard for many people. So will probably go to party We don't have cable, so it would be sad to be at home during it.
So I finally backed up my phone and purged over 1500 photos/videos that were on it so I could have room to do the new system update (and over 30 app updates) that I didn't have enough free space for before. It was tough taking all those precious photos of LO off my phone but I was able to keep about 50 on there that always make me smile.
FYI: The last time I back up my phone was March of 2013.
@DBJackson25 I'm so sorry! What a hard thing to deal with.
We did our maternity care navigator appt and tour of L&D this afternoon. So, I know I have done this before, but I still can't believe I'm gonna have a baby.
My doctor is thinking I may go early for a variety of reasons. I'm due February 8. H just asked if we should have a Super Bowl party. I wish I had a picture of my face.
I just realized yesterday by dd is super bowl sunday. I hadn't really thought about it. Usually I push more then dh to go to a party to see a group if friends who are about 40 minutes away from where we live. Probably a bad idea this year
I'm good with going to one if I'm still pregnant. But I'm not throwing one.
Sorry about your DH's cousin, that is tragic. I wish you didn't feel guilty, as it certainly was outside of your control, but I understand that feelings aren't always rational. I hope you feel better soon.
@flyster sorry to hear about your GBS test. I totally understand the stress. Loads of people assume I'm doing a home birth because I'm crunchy, or politically like the idea of midwives, or, am anti-drugs, etc. And while there is a grain of truth in some of that the most compelling reason for me was to avoid entering a hospital. I have panic attacks in hospitals (or even if something smells like a hospital) and while I will face that fear to have a healthy baby 1000 times over if necessary, I'd also do everything in my power to avoid facing that fear. So, sorry to hear about the IV. All I can say of encouragement is the old standby "this too shall pass" line.
