I missed bumping today!! I was at a workshop all day. Best part was, at 12:30 the workshop was over. My supervisor says, "well, you guys can go back to your schools if you want (we were at the board of ed), or you can eat here, or you can go out for lunch and come back here...whatever." So instead of 3 annoying afternoon classes, I had a 90 min diner lunch, talked to hr about maternity leave, and moseyed back to my school for the after-school program. Teacher win!

Heard this today. Apparently on the news, there was a story about a man who was in the middle of robbing a house and found child porn under the bed. He then called the police while still in the house he was robbing

I entered about 5 million cloth diaper giveaways since I became pregnant, and i finally won one, and it came in the mail today, and Im dying its so cute. I want to put it on a stuffed animal and say im practicing.

Why don't people have a filter when talking to pregnant women? The other day my client asked how I was feeling and then she said, " your face is filling out." I said, " oh, ok." Her statement was so insensitive. Thanks for saying I look fat. I don't think my face has changed. I'm way smaller all around than when I was pregnant with my son.

When I got my first shipment of cloth diapers when I was pregnant with DS, I totally practiced on a teddy bear because I was so excited to try them out.

My husband is a saint. I came home from school and cried because people won't shut up about my weight. I was told this morning that I must be having twins (I'm not) and this afternoon that I'm too skinny (I'm not). I said I'm excited about my hips expanding because it will help my pants stay up and literally got laughed at as the lady said, "OH we feel SOOOO BAD for you!" So DH hugged me, told me I'm beautiful, and made me a huge bowl of pasta. Love that guy.

In my never ending quest to get my daughter to sleep in her own bed and potty train, we found a way she can "hug piggies." We're starting an 8 week farm class for toddlers.

I'm way more excited than she is.

Despite all the days off and how sick I am of weather and being at home, I am irrationally pissed off that I have to go to work tomorrow at normal time. I also am pissed off at whoever decided 7 was a good time to have a meeting. Now actually be on time and be ready to start working right away rather than eating breakfast while I check my email at my desk.

Haha! If you are actually on the east coast I think it's safe to set your alarm for 6 a.m. ;-) Last time I only made page 1 because I happened to be unable to sleep and took a picture when I went downstairs for a snack at 3 a.m. PST.

On a related note, I said I was going to put on pants this time but I just realized I'm calling into a deposition from home tomorrow. Definitely no real pants or make-up again tomorrow!

I'll take the sleep instead and settle for several pages in. I do get up to pee several times but trust me y'all don't want to see me at that hour!

SS alert! I moved my A/S from 9:20 a.m. Monday 2/24 to this Thursday at 2:30 p.m. I really need to work on my patience so I can handle three kids. Also, it was 39 degrees out today when I went to get my nails done. That's the first time it's been above freezing in two whole months, and we get two more days of it.

I was all set to go out for Taco Bell for lunch and then realized that we're getting some freezing rain right now. So I'm eating Oreos and ramen for lunch.

I was all set to take a picture of myself yesterday and post to HDBD before work today, but of course I didn't. I don't have a smartphone so I can't do it until I get home and get DS to bed and have some free time. I feel like the moment is over by then.

I am not sure I believe you - is there such a pant?! I have a tight tank on today that is holding everything on. Oh and I also tuck the top of my pants in to my bra for extra hold...

@JayBzo...they're from MM, their khaki pants. My other pants from them do slide down. I have no idea what it is...maybe because these are petite and fit better? No idea.

I wanted to wear my skinny jeans today with a maternity shirt. They don't fit and I don't have a belly band. SO, I have a hair tie attached to my button and threaded through my button hole. Pants won't stay zipped, but I don't care!

It's called a Nalgene Splash Guard. There are some on Amazon, but you can get them at any outdoor store.
