    We are doing Clara Nicole. Clara for my DH's grandmother he was close to, and Nicole is my middle name. DD1 is Ryleigh Blake and she has her Daddy's middle name. :)

    Yay!  Glad to see I'm not the only one who picked a second girl name based on how well it would sounds with DD1's name. My husband thought I was a little nuts when I was like " Annabella (DD1) and Ariana sound like such cute sister names!" He seriously rolled his eyes and said "ummm no". Such a party pooper.

    We are having a girl - her name will be Ella Kaitlyn. I have a Hannah Noelle at home already :)

    We just narrowed our names yesterday. For the first time my hubby was truly excited about a name. Her name will either be Arabella Charles Elizabeth or Arabelle Charleigh Elizabeth. A mouthful, I know, but each name has meaning to us. Family will most likely call her Charleigh either way. Hubby's favorite part. . . Her initials will spell ACE! Lol.

    I love Charlee Megan for a girl. Megan after my mom. My HD doesn't agree though. I'm stuck on it though! We find out the sex in a week!

    Elaina Christine or Elly for short.

    Elaine is my mom and my middle name is Christine.  Both boys have family names as well!

    Names will be Reagan Vail and Sloane (mn undecided).

    @sastahlman - Ridley is great, and would probably make my Alien-loving husband happy!

    I am having twins and we have tentatively decided on Nova and Aurora if they are girls. I'm thinking twice about Aurora though because it is so dang hard to pronounce!

    We're having a Poppy! If babe turns out to be a girl anyways (don't find out until the 31st). Poppy Abigail. Poppy as a reference to The Wizard of Oz, my favorite story since I was a little girl. Abigail is after my sister.

    The only name we both agree on is Emma. I love this name but I know 3 Emma's born in the last year (one was a variation, Emmalyn). I really want her to have a name that isn't so popular, but I love the sound of Emma.

    For a MN I like Elizabeth (my MN).

    My stepdaughter has my husband's initials (Brandon Michael and Brianna Michelle) so I feel like this baby should have his as well, or mine so she won't be left out...any suggestions? My initials are ME...

    We are also doing Spanish/English names. If we have a girl, she will be Camilla Mae. Mae is for husband' s granny that passed away.

    Another team green here!

    We came to an agreement on the possible girl name almost immediately

    Scarlet Aurora Mae ( Mae was my great grandmother's name)

    Elizabeth is even more popular than Emma, especially as a middle name. (Only saying this because you mentioned popularity as a downfall) I'm a fan of unique names. Just a few ideas, you may hate them all.

    I just found out on Friday I'm having a GIRL!!! I'm so excited, when I was pregnant with my son I chose a boy and a girl's name. I named my son Jelani Alexander who is now 8 and for my Baby Girl who will be here 4/5/2015 will be named Jaciana Elise. I just love that name.

    I am really liking the name Vivian right now- middle name will be Elizabeth. DD#1 is Layla Ruth. Others on our list include:

    I like older and not so common names. I also have this thing with names that can't be shortened into nicknames, but so far this time around most of the names I like are all nickname-able.

    We are going with Lily Helen.  MN after my maternal grandmother.
    I know Lily is rising in popularity right now but I really just do not care.  DH and I love it and that's what matters.  I feel it is timeless.  
    A few names I always loved but DH just could not get on board with:

    August (I like this for a boy too)

    Still don't know the sex of our LO yet though.  Jan 5th if s/he cooperates!
