  MH & I managed to DTD by the lights of the Christmas tree last night, as is our Christmas tradition, with 8 kids under the roof. We can barely manage to DTD under regular circumstances with just our 4 here lol

  Sorry for all the sick kiddos. Mine was fine all day yesterday after the puking and fever Friday and I was sick. This morning she woke up coughing again to the point she gags

  Dh took DS out with him to run a few errands..ahhh peace and quiet! A least a small dose of it, considering starting next month, our life will be nothing less than controlled MFing chaos for the next..oh, 5 years!

  Morning! I just intro'd in the lurker/newbie thread, so just gonna jump in here now.

  Went grocery shopping this morning after having put that off for like a week. It was slim pickins around here. Then a stop at Sbucks where my kid decided we should stay for a bit. So an impromptu breakfast date with my boy. Have to ref a basketball game at 1 before the weekly Sunday dinner at my moms- love Sundays. I don't have to cook dinner and I get to do free laundry there (no washer/drier in my apartment). Winning all around. Studying later for a final for a class (EKG interpretation) I took for work.

  I bought this for dd because she kept saying she wanted it when it was on tv. Now they have it $3 cheaper online with an extra mermaid online. Plus the last couple times the commercial has come on she has said nothing. Do I take it back and get her something else? I can't find my receipt either so I can't even try for the price difference

  I'd maybe stop at the customer service desk and see if they can look up the transaction (using a credit card # if you paid by card) and price match.

  I pissed off the guy at the deli today. I asked for paper between the cheese slices abd again he screwed it up. I made him redo it. When i explained that the cheese gets stuck together he rolled his eyes and huffed. Do it right the first time, ass.

  The paper b/t the cheese slices is super important. How else am I supposed to pull apart my thinly sliced cheese without it turning into shreds?

  I don't even have my wedding dress. I had lost weight before meeting DH. By the time we got engaged and planned the wedding I gained. My zipper popped during a fitting. I ended up with a lace up back after that. It was the same dress.

  My mom took my wedding dress to get preserved then never picked it up. It has now been 8 years. Sometimes it makes me sad that i don't have it,but then i think it's just less clutter to deal with.
