    I know it's not the MOTN but LO started crying last night so I hopped up, shuffled to LOs side, took up our position on the sofa with all our things arrayed around us. And lo and freaking behold I left my freaking phone on the bedside table!! Please god let that never happen again!! :)

    I'm fucking tired. DD has been up every hour since 10pm. It's almost 3am now. She wouldn't even fall asleep in the swing.

    Good grief. I've been trying to get LO to sleep for 3 hours now. I even gave up on the basinette and embraced the idea of letting her sleep in the swing tonight while I camped out on the couch. She didn't even like that. I did manage to get about 15 minutes of shut eye while she managed to keeping her pacifier in her mouth. But during those 15 minutes I dreamt about not being able to get her to sleep. Ugh!

    I've entered a new realm of crazy tonight.

    Why oh why must you poop rather than falling asleep small child? He slept so good from 10:30ish until 4:15. I fed and changed him and listened to him wiggle around and squeak happily in his bed for 30 or so minutes. And then you fart and poop so loud and now it's stinky. C'mon dude, I would have liked to go back to sleep but now it doesn't look promising.

    DD1 is standing up in her bed pulling her pants down. When I walk in to check on her, she jerks her pants back up like she's been caught doing something bad!! Lol I don't care what you do in that bed kiddo as long as that diaper stays on that butt!!

    DS slept beautifully last night from 8:30-3. I dunno why I was hoping for a repeat tonight, but it's not happening. I love my little dude but after getting the Mirena today all I want is to lay I bed with a heating pad!

    LO slept for over 6 hours! I feel human again. I will admit to checking on her breathing to make sure everything was okay. Wonder what late today will bring.

    Fml. I fell asleep holding lo on the couch and when we went to bed I forgot to swaddle him and now he's been up 3 times. Maybe he will sleep the rest of the night if I wrap him up burrito style now.

    DD1 was born with a little hickey on her wrist!! I had forgotten about that! Now I miss her being a little squish. But she did put on *one* of her own socks yesterday, that was pretty damn exciting!!

    No hickeys yet! She did try to suck my neck when I was burping her the other night. I swear I feed her all the time!

    LO tries to suck on my cheek when I burp her.

    She actually slept last night. I feel like a new person. Today is her two month appointment. I feel so bad because she has to get her shots.

    Got a woombie today and put the baby in it tonight. He's been in the miracle blanket but I felt like he wanted his arms up. We will see how this goes. Seeing him move around in the woombie kinda creeps me out....

    This baby refuses to sleep today.. we cried for 2 solid hours, stopped for 40 minutes because I remembered how much she loves baths.. then cried again.. I just sat down and cried with her which actually seemed to stop her crying for a bit.. now I am staring at her on my lap and praying she will just let me put her down...

    Ok then. Apparently LO just wants to sleep in her crib now. Two nights in a row I've put her down there with no fuss. I guess maybe I was holding on to having her in the basinette for too long! I shouldn't complain, but it's odd not having her in the bedroom with us now.

    Also, I should really take advantage of this and go to sleep...what is wrong with me?!

    I've been waking LO to eat at night because the pedi never told us to stop. Well told today at her two month check up he said to stop waking her. I feel like an idiot. So of course now that he's said this she's awake when she has been sleeping.

    Woombie fail. Slept 4 hours but totally wigged out when I put him back in it after eating. He was pissed, like actual yelling. Never heard him make those sounds before. So, back in the miracle blanket. Out instantly. Too bad DH can't figure the damn thing out so I guess I will just get up with him forever and ever. Ugh. Having a moment.

    Lo slept really well last night. From 7 to 12 then 1245-5. This is only the second time he's slept 2 long stretches and since I only do one sided feedings my left boob was rock hard and tough to latch since had been 10 hours. Ouch! Any other ladies do one sided feedings? Does it get better as LO does longer night stretches?

    @emmylu30‌ B only nurses one side at a time. When he started sleeping 10:30-6 it would hurt so bad so I would let him nurse when he woke up and pump the rest. It took almost a week. Then he started going to bed at 9:30-4:30 which is still pretty much the same time frame so it wasn't hard to make that transition, I never wake up in the MOTN so I don't get to pump anymore.

    @emmylu30‌ LO doesn't sleep very long at night, but, because I do one sided feedings as well, if he sleeps longer, I have the same issue. He helps by usually emptying both sides before bedtime, but if they're still full after a feeding, I pump MOTN or early morning as well.

    Will someone buy me a king size bed? DS loves sleeping in or bed. He goes down so fast! He loves to sit and stare at me then falls asleep. But DH is a giant and we have no extra room to co sleep. It would be so much easier with a king size.

    Nothing like pumping in the MOTN and having to dump a bottle cuz a gnat landed in it before getting the lid on...at least it was the 1.5 oz side and not the 4.5!
