I figured since the lower back pain thread got such helpful responses yesterday I would make a rib pain one.
Anyone else experiencing this on a regular basis already? Mine is mainly contained to the right side and I can pretty much pin point the ribs that hurt. I know my uterus is already up really high in my rib cage but I'm pretty sure my baby is laying transverse right around my belly button so I don't know if its a body part or not. Also I know its not my gallbladder.
Dr's office says its totally normal and the only thing to do is take tylenol. Anyone have any better solutions then that? Sitting up straight, not slouching and sitting back reclined/laying down on my left side helps. Any other suggestions?

It helped alleviate the pain, but it didn't get rid of it completely. Mostly because part of the pain is brought on by my son snuggling under my ribs at night.
