Ish got real for me this weekend. My feet and ankles are so swollen it almost hurts to walk. I have so much I want to get done but I'm so exhausted I literally have just enough energy to shower and then I'm right back on the couch. And last night I had about 3 contractions in a row and one really bad one today. On the plus side, at least I can tell the difference between a contraction and gas now... lol
Me: 34 DH: 34
TTC since Jan '13
BFP#1 - EDD 3/24/14 - d&c 7w5d
BFP#2 - EDD 6/14/14 - cp 4w2d
BFP#3 - EDD 10/28/14 - It's a BOY!!! - Born 10/26/14
Just got back from Wal-Mart and Sam's. I told DH this is the one time in life that it's appropriate to buy a four pack of frozen pizzas.
Currently satisfying a craving for Ruffles potato chips and dip. At least I made the dip with Greek yogurt. Also drinking the last drops of the last box of red raspberry leaf tea. I will not be buying any more.
I am only on page 6 of 9, but there's so much good breast feeding info being shared in these (and other) threads, and I feel like it should be brought out... How do people feel about a breastfeeding sticky? If there are a lot of formula questions later I can update it to a "Feeding" sticky with links to posts about both.
Thoughts? I'd rather not do a pole to determine whether or not a sticky gets cleared for go.
5 cycles of "TTC" - 3 intentional, 2 not so intentional. 5 BFPs. My rainbow arrived 10/15/14. TFMC 08.02.13 at 19+ weeks. Everyday I grieve for my little Olive.

YES, because I keep reading everything and I will never remember it all.
So MIL has asked me every time she comes over about DD's bathroom habits and it's super annoying! So she goes to change her diaper and DD pees on her! Maybe she'll stop asking now? Hahaha!
@crawford411 and @pnwlover12 Maybe a little........ 8-> Mostly when it's somebody due after me though. If this is the real deal for cocomama, I think that officially puts me at the most pregnantest of O14. I don't count the lady's lurking from S14.
Thought I was having contractions earlier...turns out I just had to take an epic poo.
One of these days... *looks longingly into space*
You have a really good attitude about it. I was all kinds of ragey the second my EDD came and went with DD.
We took our dogs on a very long walk, and the moment I sat down when we came home, I started having contractions. I told MH that he needed to make sure that he had his phone on him all week because I was planning to walk a lot (first week of mat leave, woo!).
I sent him to the store for dog food and ten minutes after he was gone, I remembered something we needed for dinner. I called him- and the bastard left his phone at home. I JUST TOLD HIM TO HAVE HIS PHONE. Ugh.
Went and got my nails done yesterday since I was told that the baby would be early. I'm going to be pissed if the baby doesn't come until my nails start looking like crap.
Also, if one person says something about this baby dropping, I might punch his or her face. The dr told me at my 20 anatomy scan that this baby was low then and it's been low ever since so don't tell me it's dropping.
My mom is holding DS and referred to herself as "mommy." :-w
Definitely address that one sooner rather than later!!!
She immediately apologized and said it just slipped out. She is otherwise not weird like that at all so I told her she gets a pass this one time.
My Nana used to do this about me all the time. Drives my mom crazy! It has already happened a couple times with my mom but she is more sensitive about it than I am. #:-S Good luck!

I spent 10 hours in the garage today painting our kitchen chairs. I then proceeded to make chicken alfredo for dinner. EVERYTHING hurts. I am in so much pain, but I have to say I am so happy this shit is done! H got all of our kitchen trim done today and we finally have our kitchen table and chairs! The is the most complete our kitchen has looked since Easter weekend. Now all I need is some pumpkin pie or cheesecake, and there is nothing sweet or yummy in the house! (
Also made some Greek feta cheese and shrimp dish --- shrimp, spinach, feta, tomato, and some dry white wine over angel hair.
Yay for not thinking about dinner for the next few days!
What is turkey ham?
^I was wondering the same thing!
--- It's a fully cooked ham similar to pork just turkey obviously. Smother in a doctored up ham glaze (honey, mustard, etc) and smeared on. Baked until heated throughout.
I'm definitely not sold on How To Get Away With Murder, yet. Anyone else?
I missed the pilot. Could I jump in without it? I need more options for my TiVo.
I'm not sure I'm bought in. You have to pay a lot of attention to keep up with the flashbacks. But I like the drama.
@starla487 There are some key pieces in the pilot that you would need to follow the flashbacks in the 2nd episode. My DH was watching the 2nd episode with me without having seen the 1st and he was asking all kinds of questions. It was hard to explain what was going on while trying to keep up with what I was seeing on the 2nd episode. It's worth a try, but I make no promises.
Tonight's menu?
Turkey ham, scalloped potatoes, and spinach.

Maybe my brain isn't working correctly, but it can't be a fully cooked ham but just turkey??... So, is it a turkey breast or specific cut of turkey prepared in a ham-like fashion?

I just assumed he wanted to meet our daughter just as bad as I do..no regrets! Take one for the team buddy.
I don't know if it's common or not so far along. I didn't feel like this with DS.

This! A million times this! Also the TP
Good luck!
Shonda likes to do the whole flashback thing...threw me for a loop with scandal in the beginning too..

Agreed. I'd say the pilot is necessary viewing.
