April 22, 2014: BFP! beta #1: 80 beta #2: 211 One nugget!
Found out I passed (but only just) the 1 hour on Tuesday. Had to suffer a minor lecture from doctor but overall she's not concerned. My iron was fantastic though!
I had the 1hr about 2 weeks ago and just found out yesterday that I passed. I hadn't heard anything so I was assuming that no news was good news! My iron is a bit low so I need to add a supplement in addition to my prenatal. Good luck to everyone taking the test this week!
Usually if you have it they call right away, because they want to get you into a diet/testing protocol right away. So yes, no news is usually good news.
Mine was on Tuesday (1-hour) and I passed with 114. I tried to tell the Dr I was gonna pass without the stupid test because I check my sugars and always have low numbers.
The drink isn't that bad. Ask for the lemon/lime one. It tastes just like flat sprite.

I think this is normally the case, but I didn't get a call from my OB to let me know I failed until a week and a half after (apparently she was out sick?). I think that's rare, but just wanted to throw it out there. I was convinced I had passed since I hadn't heard from them, but no...big fat fail.

The same thing happened to me last pregnancy. I thought I had passed and two weeks later they told me I had failed at my regular OB appt.
I took mine last wed. The drink was good and I felt fine during the hour waiting period but on my way home I got all shaky and sick and needed to eat immediately. I hadnt gotten a phone call yet so I figured I passed. I went in the patient portal website and saw I got a 97 soooo yay! I'm so glad I didn't have to take the three-hour. I would have died.
Got my results back on Monday and I passed; my blood work also looked great. Good thing because I got very dizzy and sweaty after the first blood draw, so I couldn't imagine fasting for the 3 hour. I rewarded myself with some bacon and pancakes

marsavary I would call your OB office to be sure of the instructions. I was asked to fast for two hours prior to my appointment and drink a minimal amount of water. I wouldn't want to fast longer than necessary!

I have been taking the gummy vitamins my entire pregnancy (they don't contain iron) with the permission of my doc. I'm hoping they don't find GD or an iron deficiency!
Took the 1hr this morning and should find out the results in a few days. Not overly hopeful b/c I failed the 1hr with DS but passed the 3hr. Also got my rhogam shot and had an internal check -- yay for no dilation! Started dilating at 31wks with DS, so they are watching me a little more closely. Good times!
Had mine this morning. Got the red drink. Wasn't nearly as bad as I had prepped myself for (though, "too sweet" has never been something that has bothered me!). During the 1 hour wait I had a 28 week ultrasound (placenta check) and 28 week appt. The good news is my placenta has moved up! Baby's head and abdomen are measuring 2 weeks ahead - 97th & 92nd percentile, respectively. Of course this makes me nervous for GD. Legs are measuring right on track date wise and are 42nd percentile.
When I went down to my appt doc didn't have ultrasound data yet but we relayed what the tech had told us. She measured my bump and said it was measuring 2 weeks ahead also, so I will likely get at least one additional growth check ultrasound.
I usually get blood results super fast, so I'm hoping I may get them by tomorrow. DH is diabetic, so when we got home we used his finger pricker to check me. Of course, it had been 1hr 45min by that point, but sugar was only 83. Not sure if it's exactly the same thing, but hoping that is a good sign.
ETA: during ultrasound we could see baby opening his eyes and then yawning. Today is my birthday and it was pretty much the best birthday present ever!
I don't have mine for another two weeks, but why do some offices ask that you fast and others don't? Mine told me to eat like I normally would breakfast and/or lunch? My appointment is at 9:30 so I will have had breakfast by then.

Just passed mine. Thank goodness. I got to eat a candy bar instead of the drink.
After I passed, my only thought was of pure happiness because I really enjoyed the candy bar and now I can have more. Sad.
