My mom passed away when I was 5 and Joyce Lynn was her name, and my grandmom who raised me is Jean. Good way to honor these wonderful two women!

BNB is the best. I mean, minus the TTGP board of course.
Fair warning, OP-if you do well here, you'll do well there. The BNB isn't a fan of kre8tive spellings or stuff like that. It's a very "tell it like it is" place.
When we bought DD's Christmas stocking we bought a matching one with a G on it since it works either way.

We've got ours picked out for the first boy and girl. Caiden Thomas for a boy and Harper Leigh for a girl.. for the third planned kiddo..I love Lilah for a girl (gotta convince DH more..).
DH is really the picky one with names, and we both know so many people that we're like.."Nah..I remember someone with that name,and they were..blah blah blah."
His method for picking a name, no kidding: Would it sound good being announced at a sports game? Seriously.. men are weird.

I go back and forth with our girl name. We were set on Mason...but I'm not sold on it anymore.... Especially because we can't think of a middle name we agree on (MN has to start with M too.... So it makes it harder) So we're kinda back to the drawing board with a girls name

MIL keeps asking if we will be using HER family names when we have kids, and I'm like NO. They are all horribly old fashioned or super common names. Now she wants me to use the names she would have given her boys if they had been girls. One of the names is my little sisters name, but MIL says that shouldn't matter!
Haha, MIL is always good for a laugh! Crazy old bat.
We currently want Ruby Jean (using the double name cause we're Southern like that) for a girl and Archie (maybe Archer?) Glenn for a boy. Both are combos of family names.

1st boy: Benedict 'Ned' Timothy or Leonard, we haven't hashed out MN yet.
H's favorite girl name is Persephone. He loves it. Persephone Anne. I really like it too, but I don't know if we'll take the plunge. I also love the boy name Hamish. Margaret is on our list almost purely for the NN Daisy.

Norah for a girl but not sure about a middle name. H really likes Penelope which I love as well but I've also recently thought Josephine would be nice as well since it was Abuela's name. We obviously still have time to decide though.
We are pretty set with two boy names and two girl names picked out
Boy #1 ~ Benno Galen (Benno is DH's great grandpa's name - pronounced Ben-oh, not like the gas aid medicine. And Galen is his uncles name)
Boy #2 ~ Mason Allen (Allen is my dad's middle name)
Girl #1 ~ Aubrey Lynn (Lynn is my mom's middle name. If you add an e to the end of it, it also happens to be DH's mother's middle name)
Girl #2 ~ Mackenzie Raye (Raye is my middle name)
ETA: If anyone IRL is going to find me out on this board, this post is what will do me in.
