Cute things about being due in November!

Lets post positive things about being due in november ! Besides the obvious of course! Ready, set, go. Here are mine:

1. Gives us at least 6 months or so until

Summer to slowly lose he weight

2. Pumpkin lattes

3. Having (unless go earlier) a cute bump for halloween and getting one of those cute shirts i have been seeing on zulily

4. Spending holiday season with our little ones

5. Having LO be already potentially old enough for pools, lakes, outings the following summer.

Lots of newborn snuggle time during the dark winter months.

Sweaters to hide the boob leakage (if you nurse)and post partum baby belly. Ever have someone ask you when you're due, a few weeks after you gave birth? Lololol.

Full two months off from school for me to be with new baby.

People bringing me thanksgiving dinner, and then having thanksgiving leftovers for days and days.

Leggings as pants totally acceptable in winter.

Baby hats LIKE SUCH AS this one...

Hallmark Keepsake Ornaments!
Agree on baby snuggles in the cold winter days & nights
Add hoodie or cardigan to current maternity clothes = stretch that last bit as fall maternity clothing
And vacation time restarts on Jan 1, right as I come back from maternity leave!

biggest for us is excited about tax deduction. (We never get more than 300 back if that and only because dh isin school)

-also no cooking thanksgiving dinner.

-cute outfits for little man and me

-get body better for next summer

- guess who won't be spoiling family with gifts. me! Ha

- cuts out me traveling for holidays

- don't have to go to work in freezing cold temps!!

Being out of the office leading up to and during the biggest trade show of the year. They're going to miss me so hard when they realize how much scrambling I did to get launch materials ready for the show. You know, when they decide like 2 weeks beforehand what they're actually going to show.

*Due at the beginning of December*

I've had two November and two December babies. It's my favorite time of year. All things autumn and holiday related. I love it all. I've never really desired any other period to be "due" in. I love mid Sept to late December time frame.

Ditto what everyone else said, but also I'm excited for what happens after Jan 1st. Everything kind of slows down socially and people really hibernate I feel like. I'm excited to have some "hibernating" time with new baby & family, so once spring & summer hit we'll hopefully be more ready to go out, have fun, be social, and less stressed. My first baby came at the beginning of summer, and it was hard to enjoy summer because of the heat with a newborn, weeks & weeks & months of minimal sleep, cluster feeding, etc. I'll be so glad to have all that behind us once weather warms up!

I'm super excited to buy all the cute holiday outfits!! I'm also excited to have a child at Christmas, which for my family is the first of the next generation so there hasn't been a baby or child at Christmas in a very very long time! I can't wait to play Santa for my baby!

Eep! I'm the opposite in Australia - moving into summer, but I'll be grateful for no pressure to look good in a swimsuit because I'll have JUST had a baby

Baggy tops and leggings are actually in style during the winter months so I won't feel like such a sloth during my maternity leave this time around.

I love the comment about matching pj's for the kiddos. I can't wait for this.

I am excited that I will actually have a baby for the holidays. That blows my mind. I am stressed about it, and not worried at the same time.....even though I won't be working for Christmas prep.....I will be learning how to care for a newborn.....so I am afraid that will make it even harder to make Christmas happen.

The tax return thing I didn't get too excited about, cause I figured they would just pro rate it and I would get like an extra $50....haha....maybe it doesn't work that way though.

I am really happy about the winter clothing, and winter time to slowly shed the pounds. Come springtime, I will be recovered and ready to work out and diet.

My sisters baby was just born in April, so this thanksgiving and Christmas will be both their firsts.

I never thought of the birth announcements for Christmas cards. That's awesome.

DD was born on the 28th of December and we definitely got more than $50.

ETA: We got about the same back for a full year that we did for the year she was born.
