I agree with you, but I feel for the *non-random* moms who are due at the end of the month. It's gotta be hard to be due at the end of the month rather than the beginning. You get everyone else's birth stories and it's gotta make you impatient. I felt that way and I was due on the 12th.

It's just weird to think there are moms that will be back to work after maternity leave before some of these babies are even born!

and @TKT17, I bled for 9 weeks with DS1.

I think that's more the exception than the rule but I don't think it's unusual to bleed for a month or so. Hopefully it slows down for real for you soon.

Can we say hallelujah!!! I finally have a bit of progress. Just came from my doc, she said to me, "you're at 4cm. She's not on call this weekend, oh fudge!!

As much as I want to see your face, I can't imagine another docs face all in my vag. Ohhhhh the anxiety! I'm totally singing for the baby a song from the clash! "Should I stay or should I go?"

DD has decided that the only place she wants to actually stay asleep for more then 30 seconds is on my chest.

I have a million and one things I really need to do, including get some lunch. But I can't bring myself to be mad about squishy baby snuggles.

Also my milk finally came in. I pumped an oz from each boob in under 10 min. Now if I can just get her to actually have the patience for the boob everything will be golden.

Yep, definitely bawled my eyes out today in front of two lawyers and stbxh. Effing awesome, especially when the lawyers try to blame it on "pregnancy hormones" not the fact that the assturd wants to take my kid from me 7 out of 14 days.

Not a sympathy grab, just venting.

Ughhhhhhh. I had to drive myself to the hospital and so DH drove my car home during my hospital stay. My car has been in the driveway since July 1st. NOW DH realizes he has no idea where he put my keys. Im ready to beat him up we have a key holder by the door for a reason!!!!!!!!

So on top of PP hormones and a fussy baby with breastfeeding issues, we just found out that DH's grandma passed away a couple days ago.

I am a fucking mess you guys.

That was the last of DDs great grandmothers, not to mention a terrific headstrong no nonsense woman I was looking forward to Sylvia growing up with. She was so amazing and I'm so sad right now.

I'm sorry for your loss. All 4 of my grandparents died within the first 18 months of DD1's life. It was really hard for me to grieve and take care of a newborn. (((hugs)))

I feel somewhat irreverent and petty now complaining about this, but I need to grumble about how I will not have a phone for the next 3 days because of some technical/provider issues.... just as I'm about to pop any day. (I'm 3 days past my late DD).

Now I'm paranoid that I'll be alone somewhere and need help and not be able to reach anyone. (Also now I can't Bump from mobile when I can't fall asleep at 3am, which sucks!!)
