Thanks @EastBayBride508 I'm guessing today when I got for my beta they will tell me what my next steps are. Not sure how soon this whole process starts again. Thanks for the support. It hard for others to understand.
@shura12, I started my second IUI cycle with CD1, just like the first cycle. We used the same protocol, so on CD3 I started femara again, CD11 I had my mid-cycle u/s and then LH b/w on CD15 based on my follice size at the u/s. If everything is "normal," I would assume you would start your second IUI cycle just like your first, if you want to try it again.

@shura12 - I was also totally heartbroken about IUI #1 not working. I knew the success rate for the first one weren't good but that didn't stop me hoping. Since I didn't overstim or have any cysts the RE had me start on IUI #2 right away. I will probably have IUI #2 early next week. GL to you on this next cycle.
My beta was a BFN. I didn't have high hopes for his cycle, but it still sucks. My doctor agreed to let me try Femara for a cycle before talking about moving on to something else, either injects/ IUI or IVF. I am leaning toward at least one cycle of injects and see what happens, but I don't want to spend much more time doing the IUIs.
Me: 30, PCOS-non IR, Annovulatory; DH: 31, SA normal
Testing Completed! HSG Clear, Ovarian Reserve score 17, Elevated Testosterone, everything else normal so far
Due to travel plans, separate from DH, we had to take this cycle off of meds and everything. I haven't had a temp rise yet, though I've had many OPKs over the past several days that have looked nearly positive. So on Saturday I will go in for monitoring to see if ovulation has happened. If not, I'll start another round of Letrozole to prep for IUI #5.
We also had a follow-up consult for our WTF appointment. I had a bunch of questions to ask, and I'm feeling a bit better about going to IVF if we need to.

@catlover790 thanks for commiserating! Docs can be soooo frustrating ... I had being so dependent on someone else.
I don't know where I'm at in my cycle anymore ... Blood test yday confirmed I ovulated, but I don't know when! My guess is Saturday or Tuesday based on my chart, but who knows.
My progesterone was low, so I started suppositories tonight. Hoping my symptoms are limited.

Well I'm glad you O'd at least! That's good! From your chart I would agree with either of those days. Yesterday is a bigger jump but Tuesday with a slow rise is possible too.
Good luck!

IUI #1 BFN. Had baseline u/s yesterday and am supposed to start femara today but I need to have a loooong discussion with DH due to some comments he made about taking a break from this and other things that really hurt me and question if I should be doing this cycle. I fucking hate infertility! I think I've cried daily for the last week.
This cycles IUI is a BFN. I was hoping for different results but relieved of this 2ww that has been the worst for me. I think DH is a bit affected by it but is not saying much this morning since I POAS. On to next cycle
