Ok I need some help from working moms who pump. I'm going back on Monday and feel so clueless! How many bottles do you usually bring to pump into? What is your routine of washing and storing parts in between pumping sessions? I know parts can be refrigerated in between sessions, but so you rinse and disassemble first? Do you store them in a ziplock? Help me!
I bring 4 or 5 bottles. I usually get 15-20oz in my 12hr shift (pumping 3x) we have a sink in our lactation room so I disassemble and rinse them after each session. I suppose you could put them in a ziplock and refrigerate, I couldn't do that for community fridge. So I just keep everything in my pump bag.

I only bring two bottles and use lansinoh bags. I'd go through way too many bottles otherwise. I rinse my pump stuff with hot water every time. At the hospital they never used soap between sessions, so eh. I wash all my st uff at the end of the day with soap.
If I was able to, I'd throw them in a Ziploc bag and put them in the fridge. Less time consuming. Just wash them at the end of the day. If they are refrigerated I don't *think* you have to disassemble and rinse every time. I could be wrong though.

I use the Freemie collection cups so I only bring 3 bottles. I pump 3 times and after each put the bottle of milk and the Freemie cups still assembled in a gallon bag and they go into my lunch bag in the fridge. I take the Freemies apart and wash everything each night.
I haven't noticed any funkiness not washing after each pump and it makes settig up so quick. If you can store your parts in a fridge go for it!
@KendraColeslaw, I have a confession to make. I was really sad to see you leave the FB group but then I realized as are friends on FB so now I'm happy again. :x
Eta: not rehashing that situation.. Just wanted to let you know.
Added several ladies as friends on FB, going by names I immediately recognized (except Swerb, I feel like I annoy you somehow >.>). Not trying to exclude anyone, so if you want to be friends feel free to shoot me a request. I use my FB profile pic for here, so, y'know... same and stuff. *shuffles off in mombie haze*

Alright ladies, we're off to the beach! Charleston, here we come! Baby gets to meet my bff and her mom, see my parents again, and meet my aunt and her boyfriend!
@thomas930 How are you? Tattoos aside and all that.
I'm doing pretty good, thanks for asking. The past 10 days were kind of rough as we had my BIL visiting and while that wasn't the problem, I was really taken off of my normal routine which really messes with my anxiety. I spoiled myself a bit on Friday and went out with out the kiddos and bought some new clothes. Having three kids has definitely kept me more busy that I thought it would, but I wouldn't change a thing

My son is getting baptized today and were having costco cake after and I'm really looking forward to it. I loooove costco cake. Plus there will a bunch leftover to stock the freezer with for after bed time snack.
Mama to a little girl born July 2011 and a little boy born April 2014!

GAH Merriwether forgot how to sleep, needed to poop and wanted ALL THE MILK instead. We cluster fed from midnight to 4 am. Finally got her down at 4:30 when the cats knocked down some of our Christmas ornaments (because yes, we celebrate Christmas in July) only to WAKE HER UP. Then we nursed until 5:30. I finally got her down again. She's up at 6. Hubster gets her (bless his heart) and says, "Woah she's heavier."
No shit Sherlock.
Then, after getting kicked in the stomach and chest all night cause she was doing the "I have to poop but can't get it out dance," she finally pooped for him. I'm mildly outraged I didn't get the satisfaction of hearing it. Am totally okay I didn't have to clean it up.
We ditched the Swaddle for the past two nights (yay!!!) but she is still in a sleeping funk, getting up every 2-3 hours. She's never slept more than 5 hours, so it's not a huge issue, but a 5 hour stretch sounds glorious right now! Slightly envious of you ladies getting 8+ hours. Good thing she's cute :-)
Feeling pretty today! A little bored with my hair though. Its in need of a change.
you tiny little big boobed hussy!
Thats my way of saying I'm jelly (
It has taken me 10 years to be happy with my boobs. They've always been big and I just finally learned my true size bra so I can finally dress right for my body.
Thanks ladies!

LOL, no, doesn't sound bitchy at all. I'm not around nearly as much as I used to be, and I wasn't around from the beginning of pregnancy. Glad to know I don't annoy you though!
Random: DH is watching a hunting show, and there was a commercial with a fishing lure jittering through the water taunting fish by saying things like, "You want summa this?! You can't handle me! Watch out! Ooh, there it is!" Probably the weirdest (and yet strangely amusing) commercial I've seen in a while, lol.

@TallaB First off it's freaking ridiculous that you have to plant sod where you live. Also, the difference between the cost of living in California compared to everywhere else staggers me evey time I hear it. Your HOA = $80. My HOA = $375. And that's low for the area. And you probably have a house, not a town house. Smh.

@dani+california You totally got it; I am impressed! @biggerinreallife is the only person in my life who 100% can tell them apart every time.
I feel totally creepy AW myself on RTT since I am no longer a daily contributor, totally my babies fault. But the app seems to have worked it's kinks out so mobile bumping is much better now! My mom is here and life is easy for the time being!
