    DF just asked if we could have his buddies over tonight to watch a boxing match. The dog has diarrhea, baby is going through a growth spurt, it's 90 degrees on our apartment and you've worked 70 hours this week (including today). Seriously?!

    I'm at my sister's. It's 90 and she doesn't have a/c. C is miserable because he's so hot and I'm miserable because he's miserable. This is gonna be a long weekend.

    I found it helpful when trying to track down my moms bio dad. It can be a little pricey though.

    @mrsdbc‌ I've done ancestry on there and actually managed to find ( well, he found me, I suppose) a long lost uncle. Turns out my man whore Grandpa got some chick pregnant before he met my grandma and she was shipped off to give up the baby. He's an awesome guy and by far NY favorite uncle. I've done both sides of both my and DHs trees. Loved it.

    I joined a babywearing swap group on fb and tried to buy something and she said it was pending - aren't you supposed to update it so we know that? I've never bought anything on fb before and I'm just confused. :(( I feel so awkward.

    In the groups I've been in, posts with items for sake tend to be updated to show status. It's been pretty much the usual way if things in CD and wrap groups. Odd she didn't do that - how does the rest of the page do it?

    @katekat8721‌ willow tree ring slings has some nice ones in her etsy shop. she does really nice work. plus her fabrics are really cute :)

    also Jan at sleeping baby productions just reopened her shop last night and she has some in-stock fabric ring slings she sews but I know she is closing her shop again tonight so if you want one from her you have to order today

    I don't know how much other ring slings cost, but I have a Sakura Bloom linen one and its awesome. It was a gift so I had to look up the cost, but it seems reasonable considering how much I like it. If you google you'll be able to find their site.

    My mom just asked if I would show off "our" baby to her friend that is stopping by. 1. MY baby. 2. You are asking me this as I am nursing him, which I will not stop doing for someone I don't even know :P

    My mom started with the "my baby" when I was pregnant. Which actually worked because I didn't mind being bitchy then, so she's calmed down a lot since the baby actually got here.

    LMAO @ohyealovely‌!

    I have a question... Almost 4-weeks post c-section, and my bleeding has decreased, increases occasionally with movement or after breastfeeding, nothing odd. It's been realy slow the last 3-4 days... but today it is bright red. I did walk yesterday but I have been walking anyway.

    Should I be super concerned? (Like, call the dr concerned)? I almost wonder if it's my period - way too soon, right?
