Yep! Luckily I only had two bags of groceries and nothing pricey but I am still so mad. I got LO back out of his seat walked back in and talked to customer service. They said they would call me if it was turned it in, but there was nothing they could do since I didn't have a receipt (it was in the bag).
@stargazer763 and @34blondie, I think I will call back up there after I get Grayson down for his nap. I was dealing with a fussy baby and ready to get out of there. Thanks for the idea.
@HeartLikeMine3 I would call walmart and make a big deal about it. I'm sure their computers store what is purchased and they can find it, especially if you used a credit card. They also have surveillance cameras in their parking lots( at least here they do) so they should have the thief on camera.
I think I have almost gotten this excel sheet/database to the point where it will work. It will not work the way I want, but it's better than not working at all.
@Wasnotwas Love RHoNJ! I miss Danielle in a loved to hate her kind of way! She was a whole lot of crazy. Does the marathon mean the new season is starting soon??
I just can't today with my supervisor and staff. A mandatory meeting tomorrow 1 hour away, and my PTO doesn't count for it?
Also, since my supervisor is gone Monday and I have PTO the 3rd and 4th, she wants my reports by the end of tomorrow. Which is fine, but she sent out the e-mail about it today!!
Guess I am working tomorrow. I think it's only fair that I get Monday off instead now.
Well good news is walmart did look up my debit card and refund my account. I asked about the surveillance cameras but they didn't sound concerned enough to look for just a $26 refund. Anyways thanks to you ladies I got my money back and will stick to target from now on!
Gah, I'm so nervous/excited. I'm going to dinner with a co-worker who is moving (sad panda) after work tomorrow and I won't be going home in between, which means MH will be responsible for pick up, dinner, and bedtimes with the boys and I won't get home until after they are in bed. I'm such a grown-up
I was out for a run, about a mile and a half away from my house, and it hit me. I had to poop. Then comes where you have to make a decision. Do you take your time so all the bouncing doesn't help gravity along? Or do you just make a mad sprint home and hope you make it?
@tiffletons518 that is the worst feeling. There is a rec center near my house and their restrooms have saved me on multiple occasions. Though unfortunately I can't say that this type of situation has always ended well for me...
@sctiger Yeah.. I should've said "I made it.... this time". I think that's some sort of rite of passage as a runner. Spending a good chunk of money on running shoes that you will have to replace in a few months, running up and down the street one more time to get that extra .10 of a mile in, and experiencing runners trots. Check, check, aaaaaaand check.

I have actually been wanting to ask other runners about this...but hadn't worked up the courage. "> It doesn't matter if I go to the bathroom right before, I always have to poop part way through my run...thankfully I've only I done 5k at the gym. I'm scared to run it outside!!!
@lioness13 I'v been avoiding going to the doctor about it because I just kind of hoped it would go away on its own, but no luck so far. I would have to go to emerg today where it's a holiday and I really didnt want to have to miss work for it considering I only started again yesterday. I am going to try and take a benedryl now that I am off for the day, they usuallyl knock me out so I guess that will mean I won't be going for any walk today..oh well. Hopefully the benedryl helps, Ive never had anything like this before so I really didn't know what to think.

I think at some point your body just gets used to it. But, the few times it has happened, I have usually eaten too much before running. Like tonight was after dinner. I try not to run on a totally empty stomach, but small snack for fuel purposes only. Also, whenever I have a race, I always wake up early enough to have a cup of coffee first so I know I'll poop before I leave the house.
Alex have Grayson his bath tonight so I was able to clean up Grayson's toys and clean up from dinner. Now Grayson is in bed and I actually get to RELAX!!!
I am watching SYTYCD and I am enjoying it, but I really don't understand most contemporary dance. I just don't get it I guess. My favorite so far has been the tappers.
I used to nurse at 7 and bedtime was at 8. I still offer at 7, but she usually doesn't want it. I lay her down at 8:15 and at 8:30 she starts screaming and signing milk. I feel like if I give in later on at night though it will be harder to break because I stopped nursing her to sleep months ago.
So we were supposed to go to a 1st birthday party in Sunday but E had a fever and I didn't want him to get the other babies sick. I have a present for the birthday boy. I am wondering if I should try and get it to him or since we didn't go if should return it or give it to E. If I knew where they lived I would just drop it off but they moved recently. Also they gave E a present at his party if that makes a difference.
Yes, you should give it to him. You can give them a call and find out their new address.
Up late doing stuff for KJ's party. I am doing too much but I'm excited about the "Caption This" pages guests will fill out. I just finished them. Here's one:
Owen threw most of his breakfast on the floor and was screaming until I took him out of the highchair. As I went to clean up his mess, he started eating it off the floor. I don't understand him sometimes...
@WorkinIt my MIL is the same way. One weekend they came in from out of town. I had swept/vacuumed right before they came but we have a dog that sheds a lot. The second day they were here she vacuumed and swept everything. I figured that if one days amount of fur bothered her then that was her problem and I wasn't going to feel bad! She's folded our sheet before too. But I just see it as part of her personality and I have learned to not think she's saying something about me when she does it. I've moved on to just enjoying the extra help!

TMI alert, but my fellow runners will understand.

I went with mad sprint. I made it. Phew.
