Today I get to take DS for his 1 year shots and DD2 for her 4 year. Not really sure what my thought process was when I made this appointment.

They get shots at 4 years? Our pedi told us DD does 't get them again til right before kindergarten.

Oh my God I hope you are right about this. DD1 asked if she was getting shots (thanks bunches for that ) and so DD2 has been freaking out about her appointment.

@tiffletons518‌ The shots can be done at 4 or 5 years old. Honestly I'd recommend doing them at 4. Even that one year difference makes them that much more aware. Plus you get the MMR booster and with measles going around, it'd be good to get protection now!

@kelly422‌ crap. Lol. I honestly don't remember if our pedi did them at 4. I swear I didn't get a break from shots until DD1 got a bit older. So my pedi may do it at 4. We shall see how it goes!

E has a fever of 102. She's never had a fever before. Taking her in to see the pedi this afternoon. She is having massive greenish poops too. So far this morning all she wants to do is nurse non-stop. Boooo to Monday. My poor baby

Thanks all. I got up early with H and worked out, have done a few loads of laundry, and have dinner prepped. That way if I end up under a sleeping baby and kiddo, I have a bunch of stuff already done.

Anybody have a good idea of where to look to get a plain white tshirt for LO on my way home from work tonight?  I feel like finding plain white t-shirts is practically impossible ... the only thing I've found listed online at stores are gerber t-shirts, and I know those run super small, so I'm not sure they'll even fit.

Funniest/sweetest thing. DH and I were talking about the random stuff jocelyn puts in the diaper bag(remotes, our shoes, etc) and he was like well I'll never get that fun of finding things like in my purse from her. Apparently J took this as a challenge cause when he went to put his shoes on for work last night, he pulled out 3 little people dolls from the inside of his boot. His face lit up like it was Christmas.

This is going to be an exciting week because it is finally going to be KJ's birthday plus mom and dad are visiting to celebrate with us. My mom arrives today and my dad comes on Wednesday.

I've been spending the morning (O's last day in daycare until August) planning my FET (Frozen IVF cycle).  The nurse keeps on calling my cell phone which is no help because I live in a dead zone.  I call her back and leave my home phone number and two minutes later I get a new voice mail on my cell.  I hate it when technology doesn't work.  its 2014!!!!

Aww, @megsw85‌ . It was sweet of you to try at least. I don't even attempt. There have been a few times lately where H has worked more than usual and I probably should have, but honestly, I can barely keep up with my own chores let alone his too. Luckily for me, H's little half-brother is going to spend at least the next month with us (he's 14). He's eager to earn some extra cash so I told him I have PLENTY of yard work for him to do - regular mowing,garden weeding, deck painting. Hope this works out the way it does in my head

@megsw85 If you do, have Travis go first. Because if he sees the fit Colton throws, you will probably have a heck of a time getting him to cooperate. That's the advice I got, and it was good. DD2 jumped right up there, poor thing had no idea. At first it wasn't bad. DS fell asleep in the car on the way home. A few hours later, DD2 wanted to cuddle and started falling asleep. Right around that same time DS decided that was the proper time to hate his life about the shots and melted down. DD2 headed toward meltdown because, "please don't get up. I want to cuddle with you. I feel yucky. Can't he just be mad for a few minutes?". Yahhhh... she won. I let him throw a fit and she fell asleep on me. He eventually crawled up in my lap too. But, I'll be honest. I'm pooped.

@colieann31  bedtime over here is 7:30-8 and wake up is 5:45 on the dot.  I'm in bed by 10 too.  I long for the days when sleeping til 7 is sleeping in!
