Does anyone know offhand which thread had the pictures of normal baby poops? Trying to find it but cannot for the life of me remember which thread or day I saw it? TIA
@meritmacalpine I took a screenshot..I don't remember what thread but hopefully this helps
@satrimm Thank you so much! I thought I'd taken a screen shot but apparently I didn't! LO had seedy poop today and DH was all freaked... didn't believe it was normal :-$
@BrightEyes112 these prego dreams are something else that's for sure!
So nesting has hit me but most importantly DH too. After bugging him for months to do the nursery he finally got it all done in a week. He went above and beyond he painted, changed all the light and outlet fixtures in the room, and then proceeded to put in a new vanity in the restroom (which was really needed), and has kept changing light fixtures in other rooms. Is it wrong that I'm enjoying it and I can't wait to see what he does next.
Sooo...I had a baby today. He's so amazingly beautiful and perfect. I'll write a boring birth story when I get home. Both H and I are exhausted, every time we start dozing off they come in to check me.
@satrimm - I hope it's your water breaking! And don't feel dumb, I'm pretty sure what you are saying goes through a lot of women's heads at this point!
It's kind of fun reading through this thread after a couple days away knowing that a few of you have outside babies now. A glimpse into the recent past!
My AW today... I'm on my first week of mat leave, waiting for baby. My mom came to town on Tuesday and helped me paint our attic bedroom, which we've been building/renovating for a year. There's one wall we left for DH because it's over the stairs and she's scared of heights, and balancing precariously on a ladder to get into the corner would likely be a bad idea for me, but I think it looks great and I'm so grateful she came down to help us out with it. No idea when it would have gotten done otherwise!
(Obviously, there's lots of decorating stuff we still need to figure out up here, which is not my strong suit... and neither is beautifully making a bed!)

When will you leave LO for the first time? DH has a big work thing next Wednesday and E will be exactly 3 weeks old. My mom could watch her but we haven't tried a bottle yet and we would be gone like 5 hours...
DF asked me a good question this morning. Is there a team color for when the sex at birth turns out to be different than the u/s prediction? I don't even know how often that happens anymore...
mullenem - How are you dealing with the carpel tunnel? Mine has escalated significantly over the past week to be a huge PITA.
I'm so not dealing with it. I'm a microbiologist so pretty much everything at work makes it sore and numb/tingly. It even wakes me up in the middle of the night, especially my right wrist/hand and if I fall asleep on my right side. I can write about 4 words before I just give up.
the carpal tunnel on top of the major baby "senioritis" I'm having makes for very not productive work days...ooops.
Man, I'm in the "did I just pee myself a little or am I leaking fluid" limbo. I woke up and felt a small gush of warm liquid like it would feel to get my period, didn't think too much of it then I felt the same feeling again shortly after and so I put my hand down there and sure enough it was wet but not like soak the bed wet....went to the bathroom and I had to pee as well because it's 5 AM and that's what I do. I put on a pad...now I wait. ( pleeeeaase keep leaking, I feel so stupid not being able to tell!
FFTC: I stole a urine testing strip from the bathroom at my midwife's office so I can test the Ph level of my possibly-pee-leak. No regrets.
@lest12 & @ElTrain5 yay! I am having a lot of trouble getting motivated and don't know how much work I am actually going to get done. But ask me how much I really care.....NOT AT ALL!! My office was really sweet and got me a hospital bag full of bathroom stuff, snacks and a comfy pj set, it was really nice of them
MJ finally broke over her birth weight. So we are celebrating by trying out my K'Tan Breeze since (according to the printed materials) she weighs enough now. Baby wearing while dividing up pumped BM and drinking a delicious latte
I will take the baby boom! 39+4 and been having cramps and contractions for at least a week. 4cm and 60% as of Tuesday and been walking 3+ miles a day. We are ready to meet you baby!
Did you guys notice that there is no UO thread today? Clearly we are all too busy doing one of three things: 1)actively having a baby, 2)caring for outside squishy babies, or 3)hurting and feeling like we could have a baby any second now.
I'm only 37 and 5 and I'm very concerned I'm not going to make it much longer. I have too much to do first! Pediatrician meeting tomorrow, cloth diaper class Saturday, my work files are not done being organized, etcetera, etcetera!!!!!!!!!!!!! End freakout.

I'm so exhausted but too excited to have her on the outside to sleep.
Your ticker has the craziest sayings on it. This week's starts with "No mommy, that's not another baby up your butt...." lol huh?
