    Can I ask a PR question? We're taking DD to the zoo next week for the first time. She's 15 months. It's a bit of a drive for us, so can someone think of anything I might need to pack that I wouldn't think of?

    We will have a stroller, sunscreen, water, snacks, sun hat, back pack buddy, and the normal diaper bag stuff. Anything else?

    K is being a stage 5 clinger. The only way I can put her down is if she is still holding on to me somewhere.

    E is teething like whoa right now, so ALL THE THINGS have to go in his mouth.  He was just gnawing on my chin... weirdest place I can think to chew on, but whatever floats your boat kid.  

    I have to work at 2... boo :(

    Good morning!

    Today we are going to the ILs house later. DH is working on some utility trailers.

    One of our dogs has been missing since this past Wednesday. We've been looking everyday for him. I miss him and can't help but think the worst. He got out of our yard and has done it before, but he's always come back shortly after.

    I need to figure out what to feed this kid. I'm lazy, but he's still too young for stuff like PBJ sandwiches and minimally cut up fruit/veggies. He'd just choke and/or throw all of it on the ground. 

    So, I have to actually put forth an effort. Woe is me.

    Tried a new kitchen experiment. It was not good. I'm sad now and am getting the taste out of my mouth by eating chow mein noodles by themselves.

    @pobrecita‌ I'm right there with you. My kid has been wicked tired/moody/snuggly for the last few days.he's also been sleeping a little late and napping a little longer. I'm really hoping its just teething, but I'm nervous that he's coming down with something.

    Hi all! Fil and mil were both trying to drive me mad when we visited this weekend. I was nursing dd at one point while fil and BIL had DS in the backyard. I looked out the window and they'd put DS on a float in the above ground pool and were pushing the flat back and forth.

    They were standing on opposite sides OUTSIDE of the pool. DS was alone in the pool. I may have been a bit vocal about that one.

    Right now DS and the dog are playing tag in the kid's bedroom while dd somehow sleeps through it. I think dh is sleeping through it as well.
