I make my guac in a way does not ruin the avocado. Just mash it lightly (I keep it pretty chunky since I love the texture) and add a little garlic salt and diced tomato and it is perfect.

I LOVE advocado but I developed an allergy to them! Occasionally I wonder if it would be the worst thing to die in a tub of guac.

2. Avocado is awesome, but it's a love/hate relationship. I love avocado--avocado hates me. I'm allergic yet still consume it on a regular basis. It tastes so good, until the itching and burning sets in.
