COULD THIS BE A SIGN OF PREGNANCY OR IS IT IN MY HEAD???

hi all me and my partner have been ttc for 3 months now and weve been using ovulation tests as my periods are very irregular. my last period started on the 10th of may and i ovulated on the 24th of may and today (7dpo) i woke up feeling extremely nauseous and have had awful cramps very low in my abdomen and shooting pains up the left side of my abdomen. iv also been having hot flushes and goin a bit dizzy. im not sure when i am due to start my period as they are so irregular. does it sound like i could be pregnant or something else?.. im going to do a test every day but just wanted some opinions as the waiting is driving me crazy

    You could be pregnant. You may not be pregnant.
    I recommend taking a test and being as patient as possible.
