I love this thread but I feel badly when I can't keep up with it.
I had to switch OB GYNs bc our insurance changed. The new doc said I need to come in on CD1 for an IUD, my previous doc never said it had to be on a certain day. Did everyone else go CD1???
I took all the boys to the zoo yesterday. At the gorilla exhibit there is a life size momma gorilla holding a baby gorilla that the kids can take pics with. She is holding her baby over 1 shoulder (covering hr boob) and the other boob is just hanging out. AJ (3.5 years old) starts explaining to everyone around that she is feeding her baby and the other boob is for her other baby. He kept touching the nipple and saying this is where the milk comes from.
I suck at making microwave popcorn. I burn it every single time.

@YankeePeach08 the first time I had mirena placed they told me it had to be on the first day of my cycle, but this time I just went in for my pp visit and he placed it then.
On the 100 days of sex, it may seem like a chore, but i think it could also be beneficial to those times where you and SO are fighting yet you sill have to fulfill the commitment. You have to put the anger/hurt aside and make a point to show love towards one another.

Angry sex exisits. So does "sure lets do this because I need to throw the laundry around"
Just finished 56 freezer meals. With going back to work and having little one that hasn't embraced STTN, I am attempting to prep ahead everything in my life that is possible...
Anyone going to be brave enough to wear a bikini this summer?? I'm stretch marks galore over here, so not sure if I will do it. Maybe they will fade some.

I have about 6 or 7 bikinis. I haven't owned a one piece suit in 13 years. (A maternity swimsuit I bought when pregnant with DD).
I have worn a bikini ever since she was born. Even after 2 major abdominal surgeries (with a very obvious vertical scar 13 inches long). Like pp said, 'if you don't like it, don't look'. But hey, I look awesome.

I ordered this high wasted bikini to help cover my tummy stretch marks. I haven't gotten it yet, but will post a picture when I do! It was only $12.19 with free shipping
@SomersIsles it's been a jigsaw puzzle even with a deep freezer.
Chicken potpie, Italian meatball soup, chicken noodle, spaghetti sauce, taco meat, Lomo saltado (SO us Peruvian) veggie beef stew, chicken bacon cutlets, buffalo chicken, etc. I wanted to make and freeze a bunch of pizza dough but I am out of space.
It took me all week. I made 60 before I delivered and did it in one weekend my how times have changed...
Ugh. I've spent the last hour and a half trying to pack up what I can and straighten up so we don't have much to do in the morning before we leave. Meanwhile DH has laid on the couch and ate half my block of fudge. (We each got two from a place here and apparently he had finished both of his at some point and started in on the one I had left... I'm a complete fat kid at heart so I'm more pissed about him eating my fudge than not helping.)
On another note, I freaking love how cute my baby is when he's sleeping. See pip/aw
STMs how old was your LO when he/she was 25 pounds. I'm trying to figure how long we'd be able to use this rnp because we were going to return it but I'm kind of in love.

The 7 month old that I watch is 21 pounds. The 17 month old is 24 pounds. It varies soooo much, but I think the average baby isn't past 25 pounds til around or after his first birthday.
Bubba, born Jan. 2007 * Sissy, born Apr. 2009 * Baby Sister, born Feb. 2014

My 18 month old is 22 lbs.
ETA: buuuuut, I assume there's a height restriction as well?! He's 33" I think? Hmm. I haven't measured him in a while, he could be taller than that?! :-/
Re: Bikinis: Only ever wore them around MH anyway. One pieces all the way!
@babycaps we're another who doesn 't dim lights for naps. Couldn 't anyway--- we lack curtains or blinds.
@bennieangel were you the one asking for cooking help without dairy? I'd look into international cuisines. Asian food in general (Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese, the 35512577 different kinds of Chinese) has NO dairy in it at all. Middle Eastern food will have occasional yogurt or feta but it's easy to work around. Some countries/areas in Africa are also like that. Morocco, for instance.
DS1 will be 6 in 3 weeks and he is only 35lbs. A little before his 4th birthday he was 29lbs. He's a small guy, but he can out eat some adults. It all depends on the kid. He even fits in the bumbo...

DH had the day off and we were supposed to leave for WI sometime in the late afternoon/early evening. Yeah....didn't happen. Between trying to get some of the house in order and getting all of the yard work done plus taking care of the kids and a few other things we were completely wiped out. I'm up feeding Keira now though so I'm going to try getting the car packed up so we can still leave while it's dark. It will be 10 hours just time on the road so I'm sad we missed the babies' longest sleep stretch. Oh well, at least I have my WI beer, old fashioneds, and cheese curds to look forward to!
So it's official. My baby is going to be more fashionable then me. She already has a pair of shoes that cost more than any pair of shoes I've ever owned. They were a gift from my husband's aunt. Baby dior shoes.
Why a baby needs a pair of designer shoes, I have no idea. But now she's got 'em.

OMG if LOs got a gift like that I would so EBAY it in a heartbeat and buy something useful.

I won't lie. I considered returning them and putting the money into a savings fund for her.

Yup! Don't like what I look like than don't look!
Do I need to start feeding this kid Taco Bell? I want my daily, manageable poops back!

Eta he's technically still light enough for one of our bucket seats - just too tall!
